Business › Re: Hausa Ajami/Arabic Inscriptions Removed From New N100 Note by igwedaboss(m): 1:49am On Nov 18, 2014 |
Built2last: The next to be removed should be the Arabic inscriptions on our military badges, and rankings....Nigeria is a secular state...period.
This madness has to stop, National assembly is built like a mosque, the presidential villa is built like a mosque....This country belongs to us all and is never a religious state. visit any ministry, parastatal or agency of the government in Abuja. the master plan of those buildings have mosques...They couldn't have the freedom to do that in Lagos, and came up with the script that the capital of Nigeria has to be at the center of Nigeria.
We just need to be security conscious cos in matter of days the news that Hausa/Islamic Inscriptions has been removed will go viral, they will tag all of us HARNI (meaning Unbeliever) and may go on rampage killing themselves not me.
I remember my uncle who was a member of MPR telling me that Soludo had good plans for the Naira but the northern hegemony wont allow him. That his problem with Yaradua began the day he raised it in their meeting that Nigeria is a secular state and so should not have any religious inscription in our currency. He said YARADUA heard of it before that meeting ended. Of course his brothers informed him. Yaradua called Soludo as the meeting was ending to ask how true.
Most people think Soludos tenure was not renewed because of the planned devaluation of the naira which presidency claims they were not carried along. but the inscription on the naira was the genesis of Soludos crisis with Yaradua. OBJs grand plan was that Soludo should remain and complete the devaluatuion plan.
In days to come expect the northern elites reaction to this removal.and may be Bokoharam taking more innocent lives in protest...Nigeria belongs to them and we are their slaves...so an average northerner thinks.
Except for those suffering from historical Amnesia, the 2015 struggle to take power by the north is never born out of the love for Nigeria. The North has not forgiven Southern Nigeria for the death of Yaradua. In their heart, in their mosques, its a subject of discuss that Jonathan is seating on their chance and must be unseated no matter what. Ineeded, Jonathan has disappointed all of us greatly but the North seeking power on the premise that it belongs to them or based on vendetta is a NO NO for me and all intellectual minds.
I dont know how we came up with Quota system, but that stuff has only served in the interest of the north. I dont know any southerner who has benefited from Quota system. We sacrificed merit at the altar of that Northern grand plan. If not tell me why Fashola should not be given APC presidential ticket to have a good election. But try that and see the viper react...It must be them or nothing. They annuled June 12, gave it to Weak Shonekan for few months and chased him out again, killed Abiola in the prison so that , his case will remain in the ash bin of history. Today, my people cry for remeberance of June 12 and they laugh from Minna and Kano.they knew what they were doing... If you are up north during the election, and Jonathan is declared winner, better run for your life. They will unleash the evil dragon, what Bokoharam is doing now is childs play compared to the plan.

There are other institutions like that too.. once he starts with the program the more he will get exposed with the course and what to do.

Well to me. I would take hazard over Di maria. No sentiments. Hazard is a better player and Hazard has more potential.
"Di Maria.....meh, very good player don't get me wrong but he's nothing special. He isn't world class. He's more on the Alexis Sanchez, Mata, Silva type level. Robben & Neymar that's hazard level. They bring serious danger to a field of play with less glorified players around them. Even when it comes to strength hazard has it more.
at the age of 16, made his professional debut in November 2007. He went on to become an integral part of Lille under manager Rudi Garcia, racking up over 190 appearances. In his first full season as a starter, he won the National Union of Professional Footballers (UNFP) Young Player of the Year award becoming the first non-French player to win the award. In the 2009–10 season, Hazard captured the award again becoming the first player to win the award twice.[13] He was also named to the league's Team of the Year.
In the 2010–11 season, he was a part of the Lille team that won the league and cup double and, as a result of his performances, was named the UNFP Ligue 1 Player of the Year becoming the youngest player to win the award. Hazard was also given the Bravo Award by Italian magazine Guerin Sportivo for his performances during the 2010–11 season. (wiki)
Eden is technically gifted and very fast. He will be a major star in the future. I would take him to Real Madrid with my eyes closed."
Zinedine Zidane on the 19 year old Eden Hazard, August 2010. (wiki).
In short ehn. Watch best of hazard on YouTube and that of di maria and come and tell me who you would prefer. No sentiments attached. |

Politics › Re: 2015 : APC Considers Buhari - Fashola Ticket by igwedaboss(m): 11:43am On Oct 19, 2014 |
madamoringo: I marvel at the way Nigerians are easily carried away with PDP hoodwinking them with all kinds of fear-mongering, falsehoods rather than showing their achievements in the past 16 years of failure. One of the most annoying is religion. I am a christian and have no problems or qualms with a muslim-muslim president so far as the candidates are not corrupt bastards like GEJ and dullards Sambo (Christian-Muslim). Jonathan is the personification and definition of corruption, Nigeria needs a leader that will stop the bleeding: CORRUPTION! Nigeria needs a Vice President that is visible and working for his salary, not the non-existent Sambo.
IBB-Aikhomu - Failure and killers Abacha-Diya : Failure and killersa OBJ-Atiku - not particularly successful but corruption was drastically killed and reduced and economy and foreign policy very positive Yaradua-GEJ - Mega failure presidency GEJ-Sambo - Corrupt and mega failure presidency
PDP is afraid of a Buhari-Fashola presidency, unable to criticize it for any issue on corruption, performance, proven track records of performance; it points out it is a muslim-muslim ticket! Is that what leadership of a country at the highest level is all about? Nigeria is a secular state, religion is a personal thing for you, in your home and house. No matter how religious a president is, he will never be able to impose any views on the country because laws must be passed by the Legislature only and even if a president introduces a bill, it will have to be debated and voted on by the Legislature made up of representatives from all parts of Nigeria.
Why doesn't PDP government of the corrupt president GEJ, now one of the richest presidents in the world after 4 years with an official salary less than $ 1 M per annum (Obama $ 400,000) tell us why power is still an abysmal < 4,000 MW, Corruption has Molested and Molesting the country, $ 20 B missing, petrol at N 97 but subsidy is still being paid in the hundreds of billions, under his watch BH killed tens of thousands, yet no conviction of the same people he said are in his government who are sponsoring BH, $ 15 M seized in SA, the refineries are still not working, the roads are a disaster. This is the only thing Nigeria needs to know and learn about. If you have failed in 7 years as president and VP, you should never expect to go and campaign in any state without being stoned to death, you and your TANOIDS! ^^^ He stole all I wanted to say, I just tire to type, meanwhile you can read all he said and take it as what I wanted to say exactly. |

Politics › Re: Prophesy about the outcome of a Jonathan's Loss In 2015 by igwedaboss(m): 11:15am On Oct 19, 2014 |
CyberWolf: The issue is that some people are shouting change change, but don't want to pay the ultimate price...For change to occur,it has to be bought and paid for by people's life, especially the protagonist..You cannot fight for change and expect to enjoy it,no it doesn't happen that way..For change to occur, people must give up their life in exchange for the change so that their loved ones will enjoy it.. Clearly stated. @justcash thanks for this insightful thread. I can't believe nl'ders can be this interactive with very little intentions to derail the thread. I for one respect everyone's view and opinions about this so called prophesy, if you are an open minded person you will see that Nigeria and it's politics is far greater than what only a man can know. Nigeria of tomorrow is only what God can know, even G.E.J is not sure about tomorrow. That aside, for those who craves for change in Nigeria should be ready for its outcomes and be rest assured that it's not going to be a very peaceful one. In as much I desire change in Nigeria I am yet to see who can strongly bring about that change we all crave for. The opposition party we tend to put our belief in as a lot of question marks hanging over it's head, it's political structure is questionable and their togetherness. That's why it's best you cling to the devil you know than the one you don't know. I'm still yet to choose who to vote for because PDP over their years of rule are yet to show if they have what it takes to bring about that desired change. About the issue of MEND, trust me if they decide to rise if G.E.J loses in the next coming election it's not going to be easy. A Lot of people say things because you don't know what the MEND can do. I'm not here to brag about them, but if you think hitting the pipelines is the only thing they can do then you have to prove to me that our harbors are very safe and well protected, and believe it or not our harbors hold a very strong part in our economy. So if we so much desire change how ready are we to pick up our selves if MEND decides to strike. Well the Nigerian army may strike all of them down at one point or the other but before then nko? They host lots of weapons, high grade weapons. I was graced to interact with some of them in the south south region, south south ain't no joke even with the kind of money these boys have now is enough to cause an uproar with lots of them going for training abroad. Well because of the war against BH at least G.E.J has equipped the N.A, but the question is, is it enough to conquer the creeks? Desert different from creeks. Let's just hope peace reigns. Let us vote wisely. God bless and happy sunday. |
