Why did NASS refuse to pass the budget sent to them November last year...that's about 5months....they only decided to pass it wen pple started asking them for the budget during the dino-IG matter.....use ur head pple, NASS r thieves....a group of selfish pple.......... D Lagos Ibadan rail project is ongoing, d second Niger bridge is ongoing. Not to talk of all d roads tht r being rehabilitated across the country............
