Some people are now having had on because a megger city of 20m people opened one line of light rail after 8 years of construction. This is of course a good progress but one line of train for 20m people does not take away the fact that Lagos is a glorified slum. I have travelled wide and far and i know it is, when compared to other big cities, even within Africa. A lot can still be done to improve this city.
