Yeah this was my first actual vampire movie. I was under the impression that they were all horror, gory, Dracula-esque things but if not, hmmm, i might check out one or two when I have time (any suggestions?). Is the movie of vampire children you're referring to a foreign (Scandinavian, i think) indie film thing, where they're like 12 and the girl is a vampire and the boy is being bullied or something?; my friend wanted me to see that with her last year but I didn't. Btw, I see you're a True Blood fan (Bon Temps location), I don't follow the tv series, but I love the Sookie Stackhouse book series!!!

@ topic

Cranford - it's really long since it's kind of a mini-series but it was really well-done; I loved it.
Yes it's the Swedish movie. I think maybe it will be much for you. It's gory and a bit scary if you are not used to such things. Try Bram Stoker's dracula (One of my favorite movies of all time) Now that has a good love story but don't take my word about that part - people think am nuts for thinking it's a great romantic movie grin
Yes yes yes, I am a True Blood Fan grin I have a thing for Eric and Bill cheesy I have only read the first of the books. I did like it though and will finish the series.

Holly, for some reason I think your story get comma, Even if true, I don't know why people go into relationship searching for love, The point of relating with another person is to socialize and get to know the other person, Love develops when things mystically gels and not so often does. So please save me the LAMEness of saying "I don't think I can love again". Just go ot there, socialize and be open minded.

Tatase:
Flirting is fine as long as:

1.) Both parties have the same degree of interest in each other (i.e. either both are just playing, or both like each other equally. It's not cool when one person takes it more seriously than the other)

2.) You're single (I think it's really shady otherwise even if its like a joke but maybe that's just me. I know lots of flirters in relationships but I don't think it's right.)
I agree with you.  Am not much of a flirt.  If i like you, yeah i can summon up some effort but otherwise.  .  . can't be bothered really undecided

Bushland because of washing with hands and eating at home? huh Did she even listen to herself when she said that?
Did your grandparents or parents use washing machine when they were younger?

She shouldn't worry if you move out, it's not like it's going to be impossible to see each other.

About iice being weird, the natural thing to say will be 'don't we all know it'. But I have a small advantage. Personally, until I see (or hear of) iice sitting naked and smoking weed in the centre of a pentagram drawn with a vampire's blood atop d sistine chapel I can't say she can surprise me anymore. Don't go doing that though, iice.

I agree with Topup on the heart to heart talk. If you used to be close and tell each other anything, i think you have to talk and hopefully it's works out. If it doesn't, at least you told her what is in your mind and heart. Maybe if she saw that foreigners aren't that bad undecided

This is true but if this happened why are they looking for a r/s and not looking to get back on thier feet?

At this point in my life myself and all of my gf we have no desire or need to hold someones hand and help them get back on thier feet.

Now you are talking of a horse of a different color if you are talking about someones husband. But someone I just met and am thinking of dating.

NO SIR. I would advise anyone facing problems as you outlined to first focus on getting back on thier feet and not seeking a girlfriend.
