When I take my children to school, pick them up, attend their bdays, go on vacation with them in Florida along with their mom I feel like I have something to live for.

You are 52 and lack such experience. You stored a photo of my children in the back seat of my car. Something you have never done, experienced in your life.

You are still posting photos of food a man bought you and struggling to take photos of wizkid at your age.

That's the difference between you and I
Your kids live in the same broken home you were just saying is the reason the 50's were better.
Every lie you write about me won't change your hypocrisy.

You don't get the point I was making but in the 50s people know what a woman is. Today they don't

The American people choose trump over Biden. The major complain was the economy.

Blacks also confessed trump did Better to improve their lives than Obama.
If you ever make it to the US, you'd fit in perfectly with Republicans here. Your post is symptomatic of most in the party.
1.) Republicans believe black people are inferior and aren't worthy of equality (50's were a great time). So do you.
2.) Republicans are more concerned about social issues, which seems to be your rationale for why the 50's were better, at the expense of their own well being (you not have freedoms in the 50's).
3.) Republicans lie to themselves and when they aren't, they are making arguments based on poor analytical skills and faulty reasoning. (Black Americans voted overwhelmingly for Democrats).
3.) A large swath of the Republican party is undereducated (This post is filled with dirt poor grammar).

I’m yet to hear a single innocent citizen that’s being detained or arrested. If you find one, it has to have been planted for public sympathy and you will see that the story has no head or leg. There are laws that past president overlooked but Trump wants to turn things around and follow the laws. If a US citizen is sent to El Salvador and not being brought back with apologies, it means it wasn’t in error, it’s the report that’s in error. Nothing says criminal US citizens(especially the ones with treason)can’t go to prison like Guantanamo bay Cuba. I posted a picture of Matt Gaetz in an El Salvador maximum security prison that Trump is renting for the US politicians and celebrities who have committed crimes against children and I said at the time that this is why they didn’t want Matt Gaetz to be confirmed. Just wait till the politicians are being sent there, some might already be there now.
Yeah, honestly, you really have 0 clue what you are talking about.
It sounds like you've spend a lot of time watching Fox News and/or right wing media.

1.) US citizens cannot be moved to prisons outside the US unless under very specific situations like fighting for a foreign country on a foreign battlefield. And in that situation it would be litigated to high heavens. Being a US citizen gives us certain rights and privileges even Moreso than the ones afforded to everyone in the US. Whoever told you they could send politicians or celebrities to Cuba even for crimes against children lied to you.

2.) The Supreme Court just ruled today 9-0 in a case that Trump admitted they "accidentally" sent an immigrant to the El Salvador jail. He was ordered not to be removed by a judge in 2019 (Trump's term) and Trump still sent him to the El Salvador prison camp this term. The kicker, even though Trump admitted the mistake, they refused to return him. The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 today that Trump should return him to the US. You can google the ruling and read it yourself.

So, on what part of checks and balances do judicial activism that Trump suffered in his first term and now, fall into?
If the judiciary is violating the executive and taking over the president, what Trump did is the best and guess what if it escalates? He has the army. Thank God the SCOTUS saw it all and moved, the congress too is passing a law to rein in the unelected crazy judges who want to rule the country from the court bench.
What Judicial activism?
You were told there was judicial activism and so you believed it. There wasn't any.
That is how the US system works.

Trump appointed a lot of the Federal justices. Some who have been ruling against him this time. Sometimes in scathing words.
He appointed 3 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices and justices appointed by his party have a 6-3 majority. Yet the most recent decisions against him like this one were 9-0.
What he is doing is so blatantly illegal and unconstitutional even people he appointed can't defend it.

As to the Justices. Every ruling can be appealed to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is Conservative by a 6-3 margin. And as President his lawyers get deference. No judge can rule the country. Not how it works.
And as I said it's not surprising that people he appointed have ruled against him.

The way you speak, I can tell you don't live in the US or if you do haven't studied our system of justice.
What separates the US from Nigeria is our court system. That courts try to rule impartially and everyone can (most of the time), get justice.
We don't need you talking about using the military because Trump decides he doesn't want to follow the law.
If you like a lawless country, I'm sure you think Nigeria works.

But, I suggest you download the rulings and read through them to understand them. See if you find fault in them. See if you were the person the government was claiming was a criminal based on tattoos you'd want the ability to see a judge to prove you aren't before you are sent off to a prison camp in a country you aren't from.
Also Read the US Bill of Rights. And the preamble of the Declaration of Independence. They are not long.
Those rights are what the US believes all people in the US deserve whether they are citizens or not because they are endowed by the Creator.

Trump had no choice, if judiciary could impede the executive, act like the president at the same time and violate the constitution as the judges did, the they left him no option than to ignore them because they violated the constitution of separation of powers and he swore to deal with enemies foreign and domestic.
That is not how the constitution works.
The Judiciary is a check on the Presidency based on the system of checks and balances.
If the President thinks the Judiciary overstepped, he can go to Congress and have them write laws to reign the Judiciary in.
That's how checks and balances work. Each branch can be checked by the other 2.

I’ve not seen Fox News in months because of time, I just know that SCOTUS has said he can deport, the other details are irrelevant because even SCOTUS knows that there’s no time to put all these people through the courts where democrats will make sure not a single person is deported by stalling the process. That was why Trump invoked the enemy act of 1893.
The details are in fact not irrelevant, details are what these ruling hinge on.
This wasn't a win for the Trump administration it was the opposite.
The Supreme Court by 9-0 reiterated that everyone in the US is required to get due process, a point Trump was trying to contest. Meaning they are all allowed to go through the courts.
The distinction which was 5-4 was whether the case was filed in the right district. The conservative court held it wasn't and so dismissed the suit.
They said habeas corpus must be filed where the person is being held which in this case was Texas.
Another lawsuit saying the Aliens Enemy Act was improperly used was filed in Texas after the Supreme Court Ruling. The Judge in that case issued another restraining order preventing it from being used in Texas where the Trump administration has been stashing immigrants.

Again, this case was not about whether Trump's use of the Aliens Enemy Act was legal, the Supreme Court did not rule on that yet.
It was simply whether immigrants charged under the Aliens Enemy Act should get due process. Trump lost on that.

Now that the case has been re-filed in Texas, it will make its way up to the Supreme Court in which they will decide if his use of the Aliens Enemy Act was legal. IMHO they should have decided it when it first came up to them.

The President has the right to deport immigrants. That was not/never contested.

What does the bold have to do with what I said?
He will be brought to the US, go through the court, and then be deported.
They said they mistakenly sent him to El Salvador.
Again you seem to struggle with the English language.

As defendants[Trump DOJ] acknowledge, they had no legal authority to arrest him, no justification to detain him, and no grounds to send him to El Salvador - let alone deliver him into one of the most dangerous prisons in the Western Hemisphere,
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cn4jz3v401yo
I'm never sure why you send so much time arguing about against the values of a country you don't even live in esp. that if by luck one day you were allowed to enter you would be an immigrant.
If you don't like due process and like the ability to extralegally remove someone, why don't you try to get into Russia, you're values don't align with the US.

Like I said, the mistake was that they sent him to the wrong country.
They can bring him back and deport him.
You're an amoral person capping for people who would ship you to El Salvador if you ever did come to the US.
I wonder if Stephen Miller thinks the Supreme Court is now the President of El Salvador.
It was also a 9-0 decision.

How morally bankrupt do you have to be to defend the DOJ acknowledging to "mistakenly" snatching someone and sending them to a prison camp and then refusing to return him. A position that the Conservative Supreme Court wouldn't even defend.

I can't imagine a fund manager not being able to figure this out after his first presidency.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/donald-trump-fund-managers-tariffs-b2730989.html

As President Donald Trump’s back-and-forth on trade policies creates chaos in the financial markets, some fund managers are questioning the rationality of his decisions.

“In the last few days, we have had many conversations with macro fund managers,” Tom Lee, the head of research at the financial analysis firm FSInsights, wrote on Wednesday morning, before Trump backed down from most of his tariffs on U.S. trading partners.

“And their concern is that the White House is not acting rationally, but rather on ideology. And some even fear that this may not even be ideology,” he added. “A few have quietly wondered if the President might be insane.”

I’m sure you’re about to teach me

Tell me how a black man today is more affected than black men in the 50s who had to witness public lynchings and hold their peace so that they wouldn’t be next.

Don’t mistake people being more vocal and advocating for themselves as being more affected. What you’re witnessing is a generation of people who are not okay with letting things be the way they used to be. So they speak up more, agitate more and tolerate less. It doesn’t mean they have it worse than those who directly experienced the horrors.

As of 1968, public lynching of black people was still a thing. In other for people to survive then, they had to have put on a facade, keep their heads down and swallow their pride so as not to be the next in the trees. That’s some soul crushing existence if I ever saw one.

What you’re asking is for black men to go back to an existence of being submissive to white men, not to ruffle any feathers and accept whatever is thrown at them because anything else is playing victimhood.

I can’t believe you’re making me defend men on the internet. Hell has frozen over
Biko. Whatever. smiley
But the truth is you are doing a better job of speaking about the black male experience than than he is.

It takes a special level of buffoonery to say people were happier in the 50s. This totally disregards the experience of black people. The only people who were happier in the 50s were white people. If you can’t see that because you choose not to see things “through a lens of race”, it means you’re totally disconnected from your own identity. It’s not a flex. Unless you think only white people are humans. Therefore when assessing happiness only their happiness counts.

If we make American great again to be like the 50s, you will not be part of the prosperous class. You’re going back to fighting for civil rights. I can’t believe we’re having this conversation in 2025. A group of black men who want to go back to the times before they had the right to vote.

You are not supposed to involve ignorant people in intellectual conversations that go over their heads.

Incidentally that is one of the goals of this administration. Erase all that history so we can pretend it did not happen.

Women did not fully get the right to vote until 1920 over a 100 years after the revolutionary war.

The Civil rights act was 1964,roughly 100 years are the civil war to end slavery

These rights were earned in blood over decades, one step at a time. And because some people dont know their history, they think the rights have always been there. They think Rosa parks is a fairy story. They will say the tuskgee experiments never happened.
I think it is even more egregious than that, they want to go back to those times. A times where minorities and women "knew their place".
It's no surprise Bemeruca voiced that, he probably heard it on a Conservative site somewhere.
