The mistake you keep making is replying, rather than hiding like all you ninnies do when nabbed. Now we don't even suspect you are a spastic numpty, we have proof for it here.

The prosecutor was removed. (Fun fact: Trump was impeached first time for withholding aid from Ukraine even though he only threatened to. He still released the money without Ukraine doing what he asked for).

IjeDross wants you to ignore everything above, and settle for the fact that an FBI informant (meaning said person used to work for the corrupt FBI by proxy) who was not related to the case, made some fabrications about it. Then they sentenced him and made it look like it proved Joe had no role in his son's dealings. Think of it.

The DNC does not rate their party supporters and loyalists. They treat you guys like fools. See the type of botched job IjeDross is needing to do here. That's rough.
Ahh, so I thought you'd expose me if I posted the court documents? Guess not.
Just another mentally ill rant.
Next you will be talking about how the aliens abducted you as a child... and they all looked like Hunter Biden.

You mean that Smirnov whose allegations were central to the House impeachment of Joe Biden was not central to the Burisma case?
You sound more and more like a nut.
When Basilico has gone silent trying to defend it, you should probably know you've lost.

And it's so odd that you still revive this multiply debunked lie that somehow Biden tried to get the Ukrainian prosecutor fired for investigating his son. It's a lie for particularly stupid people which you seem to be one.
The Ukrainian prosecutor wasn't investigating corruption. Hence why everyone, from the International community to Ukrainians wanted him gone. Joe Biden was just delivering that message which was a bipartisan US message.

I love when people reveal themselves as nuts real time.
The right wing echo machine has done real damage to minds of people like you.
This shit is easy to read and research.
But it's like up is down and left is right.

And fyi, stop trying so hard to sound witty. You're not.
Reading your feigned intelligence is cringe.

Prosecutor was not investigating Burisma at the time Joe Biden called for his removal
Burisma Holdings was not under scrutiny at the time Joe Biden called for Shokin to be removed, per the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, an independent agency that has worked closely with the FBI.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2020/10/21/fact-check-joe-biden-leveraged-ukraine-aid-oust-corrupt-prosecutor/5991434002/
As a result, Biden leveraged $1 billion in aid as "a stick to move Ukraine forward," Kupchan said. "He was acting alongside our European allies. Everybody was of a single mind that this prosecutor was not the right guy for the job."

Daria Kaleniuk, the co-founder and executive director of the Anti Corruption Action Centre in Kyiv, Ukraine, credited Biden, the International Monetary Fund — which threatened to delay $40 billion in aid for similar reasons — and others with the prosecutor's removal.
"Civil society organizations in Ukraine were pressing for his resignation," Kaleniuk said, "but no one would have cared if there had not been voices from outside this country calling on him to go."

After Shokin left the Prosecutor General's Office, Jan Tombinski, the ambassador from the European Union to Ukraine, called it "an opportunity to make a fresh start."

"I hope," Tombinski said, "that the new Prosecutor General will ensure that the Office of the Prosecutor General becomes independent from political influence and pressure and enjoys public trust."

The half blind repair shop owner confirmed that all allegations, including the one involving Hunter and Ukraine were 100% true?

Next time don't talk nonsense on a public forum. There are some of us waiting in the lurk to disprove your lies before they even grow legs. I've noticed how you're side stepping the Alexander Smirnov part. If you make the mistake of pushing it any further, I'll force you to post the ruling here. We all know you guys run when it is time to defend your lies.
No need to force me to post anything.
I can easily back up whatever I say... that's the benefit of posting factual info and not being a mindless right wing drone.

It's always amazes me though, how to people like you the facts/court filings/confessions in court that are out there are lies and the lies without any facts behind them you take as Gospel truth.

Your mind is broken.

I plucked the section from the pertinent court filing.
https://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/smirnov-plea-deal.pdf

Despite repeated admonishments that he must provide truthful information to the FBI and that he must not fabricate evidence, Defendant provided false derogatory information to the FBI about Public Official 1, an elected official in the Obama-Biden Administration who left office in January 2017, and Businessperson 1, the son of Public Official 1, in 2020, after Public Official 1 became a candidate for President of the United States of America. In March 2017, Defendant reported to the Handler that he had had a phone call with the owner of Ukrainian industrial conglomerate Burisma Holdings, Limited (hereafter "Burisma Official I" ) concerning Burisma's interest in acquiring a U.S. company and making an initial public offering ("IPO" ) on a U.S.-based stock exchange. In reporting that conversation to the Handler, Defendant also noted that Businessperson 1, Public Official 1's son, was a member of Burisma's Board, a fact that was publicly known. Notably, Defendant did not report in 2017 that in the preceding two years, Burisma Official 1 admitted to Defendant that he had paid Public Official 1 $5 million when Public Official 1 was still in office, as Defendant later claimed. That information was memorialized in an official record of the FBI on a Form 1023 (hereafter the "2017 1023" ). Three years later, in May 2020, Defendant sent the Handler a series of messages expressing bias against Public Official 1, who was then a candidate for President of the United States of America and the presumptive nominee of one of the two major American political parties.

One month later, in June 2020, Defendant reported, for the first time, two meetings in 2015 and/or 2016, during the Obama-Biden Administration, in which he claimed executives associated with Burisma, including Burisma Official 1, admitted to him that they hired Businessperson 1 to "protect us, through his dad, from all kinds of problems," and later that they had specifically paid $5 million each to Public Official 1 and Businessperson 1, when Public Official 1 was still in office, so that "[Businessperson 1] will take care of all those issues through his dad," referring to a criminal investigation being conducted by the then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General into Burisma and to "deal with [the then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General]." Defendant was in Los Angeles, California, at the time he made these statements to the Handler. Defendant also reported in June 2020 two purported phone calls between himself and Burisma Official 1 wherein Burisma Official 1 stated that he had been forced to pay Public Official 1 and Businessperson 1 and that it would take investigators 10 years to find records of illicit payments to Public Official 1.

The information Defendant provided the Handler was memorialized on a Form 1023 (hereafter the "2020 1023" ), an official record of the FBI, which was finalized on June 30, 2020. The events Defendant first reported to the Handler in June 2020 were fabrications. In truth and fact. Defendant had contact with executives from Burisma in 2017, after the end of the Obama-Biden Administration and after the then-Ukrainian Prosecutor General had been fired in February 2016 — in other words, when Public Official 1 could not engage in any official act to influence U.S. policy and when the Prosecutor General was no longer in office. Defendant transformed his routine and unextraordinary business contacts with Burisma in 2017 and later into bribery allegations against Public Official 1, the presumptive nominee of one of the two major political parties for President, after expressing bias against Public Official 1 and his candidacy. When he was interviewed by FBI agents in September 2023, Defendant repeated some of his false claims, changed his story as to other of his claims, and promoted a new
false narrative about the son of Public Official 1 after he met with Russian intelligence officials.

This should serve as the reference that you're not only dishonest, but you're incredibly ignorant and will still scramble to defend your faves regardless of their crimes.

Look at what I highlighted vs what you are typing? I've never seen this type of cognitive impairment being disguised as sanity. Hunter fvcked his late brother Beau's wife after he died of cancer. Then went on to fvck his niece (Beau's daughter) and left the pictures and videos on his laptop. That's why I asked you if Beau's daughter qualified as underage since you're hellbent on being dissonant to truth.

This shows, you either don't know the contents of the laptop or never cared because of who was involved. Then ask yourself if you'd have done same for Trump. That's TDS at work.

And before I pounce on the nonsense you have up there about the bribery part, do you understand now why no democrat-supporting libtard should ever be taken seriously? You guys already hate Trump so much you'd defend literal satanists to paint him in bad light.

It is on this thread we are told to ignore Trump's words until they appear to make him bad. Ignore that his net worth shrunk between his time as the 45th, but swallow the cockamamie that he was stashing up dollars for himself during that same time that his net worth, shrunk, by the way.

Now, we are to ignore the fact that Biden is on video bragging about getting a prosecutor fired for investigating Burisma since he threatened to hold back foreign aid to Ukraine. The videos are literally online.

Same Biden's sons laptop that they initially claimed was made up, had text messages from his business partner and friend (former Navy Seal Anthony Bobulinski) texting Hunter about the split of their loot with his father. Tony (the other end of the texts confessed this publicly and in hearings).

Hunter threatened he will out the entire criminal family syndicate if he wasn't protected and just like he angled for, his father pardons him retroactively starting from 2014 (when the Burisma allegations were rife).

Yet, to the average Libtard, we are to ignore all these and quibble over some clear misdirection. Almost like you don't know there are consequences for telling lies continously. Almost like, if you claim a laptop is fake and Russian disinformation, but turns out it is not, you have lost every right to tell people they live in a different reality. That's just stupid cope. Hope you know.

Don't forget when Biden was sharp as a tack? You have no moral ground to stand on. I'm just responding to show how hypocritical most of you fools are. Trump is already the 47th. That goes for those calling him a felon. Calling him that won't change shit. Just so we are clear. LOL
I told you to provide evidence of 'underage sextapes' and then "tons of undersage pics'.
I'm sure you spent tons of time searching and if you had any you would post them.
But what we got? Nada. No evidence. Because there is none to post.
Instead you wrote a wall of words some of which it's clear you don't understand.

But this is always the case with you right wing nutters.
You spend hours writing conspiracy theories and lies you allow right wing sites to fill your heads with, but when asked for evidence of any of it?
Nada.

You did this with your claim that Biden broke the law and ignored the Supreme Court, now this nonsense.
Spend more time actually reading credible information and less on this type of bullshit and you'll be smarter for it.

And this post reads like someone who is unwell or something Basilico would write.

Weak deflection. Superficial. Circular. Bullshxt style argument. Pontius Pilate type argument.
More bullshxt. Dismissive fallacy. I can bludgeon you with facts about Tony Bobulinski, or the fact that you're just stopping yourself from saying the whole laptop was Russian disinformation, but you know it won't fly.

The only fitting response for you is, why is Joe pardoning his son and family from 2014? Why that specific year if . .[fill in tropy nonsense you have above] is true?

Hunter's laptop literally has text messages, of him, threatening his father, for not protecting him enough, even though he was paying everyone's bills, including Beau's tuition.

Cho cho cho you prattle on without any facts - just tabloidy circular mumbo-jumbo.
The only difference between this your post and Ice cream is, I actually asked for Ice cream.
You mean Beau's daughter? Do you know how many underage [16 and below] girls were in that laptop? The cognitive dissonance is painful to observe in real-time. You're coping so hard. Sheesh.
Basilico has you to the finest details. Denialism. Downplayingism. Whataboutism. All you offer for your faves. Trump on the other hand . . .
Whataboutism. Your arguments are weak . . . like . . . seven days. Do better.
The fact that that you consider Basilico a credible source means you are fuxing nut.

Let's just look at one example from your post.
You started with

He had underage sextapes and porn videos in his laptop.
to
Android17:
You mean Beau's daughter? Do you know how many underage [16 and below] girls were in that laptop?
So, from underage sextapes to pics of an underage girls?
Why don't you post one of these many pics of underage girls that were on his laptop.
Don't waste your time they don't exist.

So you lie about the bribery - someone was actually charged for making up that story.
And you lie about the sex tapes and pics of underge girls - they don't exist.

And you are talking about Whataboutism? Your whole post is whataboutism.
You are talking about Hunter Biden, the son of a President who isn't in government to defend Trump saying he wants to grab women by the pu&&y.
You might want go back and review the definition of whataboutism.

You're soo down the rabbit hole of right wing propaganda you've met up Basilico there.

I don't know where any excuses were made. But in the same vein, the conversation is inadmissible as it was collected at a time that the record button should not have been hit. So Trump did not want you to listen to that conversation and that's perfectly acceptable in court.

Which leads to Hunter. And yes, while he was not elected or voted for, Hunter symbolizes the virtue-signalling and perfomative nonsense of the TDSists.

He had security clearances he shouldn't have had due to his records. He had underage sextapes and porn videos in his laptop. He took bribes on behalf of his family and kicked back 10% to the big guy, his father. Hunter played an activer role in Burisma, the fall-outs of which, required the 11-year retroactive pardon his father gave him. Hunter represented his father so Joe was essentially pardoning. . .wait for it. . . HIMSELF!

Did you celebrate his pardoning here? Why should you hold Trump to his words (when he did not expect to be recorded) vs Hunter - who actually did it?

Who did Trump grab by the poosie? Where's your post for Joe who showered with his daughter Ashley?
Garbage in, Garbage out.
Most of this post is lies and half truths.
You have been so totally engulfed by right wing propaganda that you're living in an alternate reality.

The bribery allegation is such bullshit that there is someone who just plead guilty and will be in jail for 6 years for admitting he made it up during Trump's 1st term when trump was trying to manufacture dirt on Joe Biden related to Ukraine.

As to Hunter Biden. He went to Yale Law School and was a professor at Georgetown. He wasn't some bum who just got a job.
As to the underage drinking, there is no evidence he had any underage women.. that is another lie.
As to the drinking, drugs and prostitutes. Welcome to anyone who has worked anywhere near Wall St. Cocaine and prostitutes are common. I was at a party where guys were snorting cocaine off of naked women. Highly successful guys.
The paradoxical thing is that Republicans just elected someone to Defense Secretary after trashing Hunter Biden who seems to have lived the exact life Hunter Biden did. Alcohol, Drugs, Women/Prostitutes. Difference he had a sexual assault charge too.

You probably should have listened to the whole clip instead of getting fooled by right wing media.
Obama never said he didn't need Congress.
In fact. he first mentions Congress.
Then mentions things he can do to alleviate costs while Congress is working.
Things like cutting back on travel.
Cheaper phone bills
A tool library so tools aren't continuously repurchased.
He tried to implement cost efficiency measures in the agencies, not cut the agencies.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Parenting/comments/11v09m6/5yearold_black_son_says_he_wants_his_skin_to_be/

Hi. I am an African American mother living in a predominantly white neighborhood in the suburbs of Illinois. My 5-year-old just started Kindergarten this year. Yesterday he came home and told me that he "wishes his skin was white". It really broke my heart. I asked him why. He told me that "white skin is better". I asked him why would he think that and he said that everybody at his school is white and he wants white skin like his friends. I told him that his skin was beautiful and that he has brown skin like his family. I needed a minute to gather my thoughts so I let him leave the room after speaking about it shortly. I brought it back up to him the next day. I told him how much I loved his skin. How beautiful he was. I told him that just because he's different at school, does not mean he's bad. After our conversation, I had him repeat 4 key points of our conversation, which he did. I am still very bothered by this though. I worked hard to get my family out of the hood, due to how violent and dangerous it is (we've lost several family members due to the gun violence in Chicago) but I don't want my kids to grow up not loving themselves because of the neighborhood we live in and the schools they go to. I don't know what to do or how to help him. Please help

I read about that too.

Much like scientists often experiment on mice because they’re mammals. We can tell how things might affect us by how it affects them. Like the current popular weight loss medications (the glp1s) that have been found to reduce obesity at far drastic rates than any medications of their kind. Also now being studied to cure other problems like alcoholism and chronic kidney diseases.

They have to test first on mice before proceeding to human trials.

If you leave it to the right wing who only know how to propagandize, they’ll say the researchers are spending millions to help mice loose weight.
Exactly.
And people will say, "what a stupid expense".
And that propagandizing ultimately will impact some very good work.

I remember a while ago there was an article about the government spending millions on study of shrimp in the ocean or something(can't quite remember). The right wing media was lambasting it. So, I looked up the study of the shrimp and was surprised that it had very long term practical applications esp. for the military of how things move in fluid motion in deep water.

Just saying, somethings look and sound crazy, but always aren't.

In this case, these cups are a "bespoke self warming mug that is used for heating liquids and beverages on very long service missions on a particular military airplane." (based on reddit). It seems these mugs have to plug into these planes for power and not interfere with the highly specialized electronics in these airplanes.

So, it's not just a coffee mug you can get at a grocery store. It has to be specially designed for each plane and tested to make sure it doesn't interfere with it. It may still be somewhat overpriced though, but there will be a lot of outrage before people look into why it may cost so much.

Another AUSDA in New York resigned because of the attempt to kill the Adams prosecutions.
Look at this letter.
Insane.
This is 5 alarm fire stuff.

I don't see any judge accepting the dismissal now.
Bove is probably going to need a pardon from Trump, because he is criming.

Mr. Bove,
I have received correspondence indicating that I refused your order to move to dismiss the
indictment against Eric Adams without prejudice, subject to certain conditions, including the
express possibility of reinstatement of the indictment. That is not exactly correct. The U.S.
Attorney, Danielle R. Sassoon, never asked me to file such a motion, and I therefore never had an
opportunity to refuse. But I am entirely in agreement with her decision not to do so, for the reasons
stated in her February 12, 2025 letter to the Attorney General.
In short, the first justification for the motion—that Damian Williams's role in the case
somehow tainted a valid indictment supported by ample evidence, and pursued under four different
U.S. attorneys is so weak as to be transparently pretextual. The second justification is worse.
No system of ordered liberty can allow the Government to use the carrot of dismissing charges, or
the stick of threatening to bring them again, to induce an elected official to support its policy
objectives.

There is a tradition in public service of resigning in a last-ditch effort to head off a serious
mistake . Some will view the mistake you are committing here in the light of their generally
negative views of the new Administration. I do not share those views. I can even understand how
a Chief Executive whose background is in business and politics might see the contemplated
dismissal-with-leverage as a good, if distasteful, deal. But any assistant U.S. attorney would know
that our laws and traditions do not allow using the prosecutorial power to influence other citizens,
much less elected officials, in this way. If no lawyer within earshot of the President is willing to
give him that advice, then I expect you will eventually find someone who is enough of a fool, or
enough of a coward, to file your motion. But it was never going to be me.

Please consider this my resignation. It has been an honor to serve as a prosecutor in the
Southern District of New York.

Yourstruly,
Hagan Scotten
Assistant United States Attorney

It baffles me too to be honest.

I've lived in the UK for decades and if you told me years ago that we could have thousands of white people old and young attacking mosques, burning hotels housing immigrants and attacking black people in the streets like happened in August last year during the Anti immigrant riots, I would have said this was not possible but alas it happened and it has made me rethink my safety and continued stay in the UK.

Even my Oyinbo neighbour who is married to an African woman seems happy with the anti immigrant riots based on some of his utterances around that time. I kukuma have now learnt to no longer see him as an open minded friend and I only interact with him only if necessary.

And it's going to get worse in the UK as the televised anti immigrant riots last year has let the racist genie out of the closet and Brits are now proud to wear the badge of honor of being called racist in public 'cos for the past 2 years the UK populace have been egged on by the racist rhetoric of the last conservative government and currently that of the crafty Kemi Badenoch who will sell her grandmother to become Prime Minister and Nigel Farage (Trump and Elon Musk's friend) of the racist Reform party who will probably become the next UK Prime Minister going by how toxic the racism in UK society and politics has become.

But what do you hear from black people and immigrants in the UK huh Deafening silence.
Just heard parts of JD Vance's speech in Munich today. He is basically arguing that unchecked migration is a bad thing because non-Europeans are inherently dangerous.
It's shockingly racist.
And shocked that any black person would celebrate or be supportive of that.

The whole Western world is becoming more and more right wing racist by the day only that Trumps own is not disguised.

From the UK anti immigrant riots last August (where mosques were burnt, some black people were attacked by mobs of white men who also set fire to hotels housing immigrants) to the conservative party competing with Reform party to be more anti immigrant than them to the Reform party leader Nigel Farage winning a seat in parliament for the first time (after trying for close to 30 years) once he ramped up his anti immigrant rhetoric in a campaign where some of his party politicians said in camera that illegal refugees should be slaughtered and their families attacked and that the royal navy should shoot them for target practice once they stepped off the boat.

Only, yesterday, the ruling Labour party not wanting to be left out of the immigrant bashing has changed the rules such tha a lot of refugees who have patiently waited for the 10 year period before claiming UK citizenship will now no longer be entitled to UK citizenship FOREVER because they entered the UK via a dangerous route.

Then you have Germany where a Racist party may well win the next election.

We haven't yet factored in the perpetually drug addicted (Ketamine) hyperactive insomniac Nazi saluting, Apartheid sympathetizing Elon Musk whose parents got right from Apartheid in South Africa and whose money helped the Buffoon called Donald Trump win a second term and Trump now wants to pay him back by allowing his white Afrikaner kin from South Africa emigrate to America while at the same time denying birth right citizenship to those born in America to legal migrants in clear breach if the US constitution.

It's not looking rosy for anyone with brown or especially black skin living in the West or hoping to move to the West as the West in now a toxic racist enclave and Nigerians can keep hdiling and justifying racism all they want but sooner or later it will touch you if you live abroad and even if you don't live abroad, it will soon touch you because at this rate, black people especially Nigerians will soon find it near Impossible to get Visas if any sort to Western countries especially America.

It has already started and our Chief if Defence Staff was recently refused a work related visa at the Canadian embassy.

So, Nigerians should continue hailing Trump and his racist crew. E go soon reach everybody.
I think the embers of this started with Trump 8 years ago and has just continued to spread unabated.
The leaders of these countries are not taking this seriously. They don't see it as an existential threat, like Biden, Merrick Garland and the Dems didn't see it that way.
And here Trump is again.

It's hard for me to understand Nigerians who support Trump esp. those who live in the US.
It's so irrational.

Some of us grab women by the pussy and we brag about it to our friends. even the women brag about who they allowed to grab their pussy, it is locker room talk. the kind of discussion you have with your friends.
This is the kind of stuff someone says, who doesn't get women and has never been in a locker room.

Without consent as Trump stated, what you are describing is rape.
I don't associate with people who rape women, you seem to.

You have a daughter.
Probably time to grow up and stop pretending to be something you're not.

Sir, please don't quote FoxNews for me abeg. It may not be apparent to you, but it is the same reason I don't use use MSNBC or CNN as proof of any anti-Trump talking points.
I think CNN and MSNBC are vastly different than Fox News. Fox News makes up stories. If you watch them you will be less informed.
CNN and MSNBC largely report the stories accurately. The difference is in the bias. CNN is controlled by a Conservative so has a slight conservative bias. MSNBC does report the stories accurately, but they do editorialize in favor of more liberal causes. Fox new purposefully lies so that their viewers are less informed and does it favor Republicans and now the far right.
