raumdeuter:Dr. Harvard Extension School, how is that going? |
cococandy:And now states would have to stand up whole new agencies that can manage disasters on that scale, hire people who have expertise in all sorts of random emergencies/disasters and invest in resources they may never use. There is going to be so much duplicative waste, loss of resources and lack of particular expertise. Incredibly dumb idea. |
raumdeuter:He said gate crashed a party where the Lagos Governor showed up and they crossed your name off a list and escorted you to your table. Sharrup!! If I wanted to impress I would have just posted who was sitting at my table. The jealousy is making you sound more of a nut than normally. |
raumdeuter:Honestly, it sounds like your wife manages your money. Well I hope she does. Most of this post is absolutely rubbish and I'm sure anyone who actually manages their own finances understands that. If you're just starting on the money journey, please don't listen to this nonsense. You have absolutely no idea how money works in the US. Here's a tip for you, Get a credit card, start out with something with 0 or a moderate fee seeing you don't travel often. And when you start traveling more, you can upgrade to something that has more perks on it. Run all your purchases through it and pay it off at the end of the month. (I'm relatively cashless in the US, and credit cards have better protections as well) Depending on what card you get you can earn points you can use to buy airfare or upgrade flights. (better redemption than redeeming it for cash). I've just upgraded your life. |
raumdeuter:Lol. 1.) You claim you bought a car with cash instead financing it at 0%. 2.) You proudly say, in the US, don't use credit cards and therefore don't get points for purchases. 3.) And you think paying more for something that someone pays less for yet get's more value from is somehow shameful. I see that Harvard Extension School education in action. And you are clearly lying about 1. Damn, Trump attracts the dumbest people!!! |
raumdeuter:Lol Why don't you get your money and access up so you one day you can get in. Do you see any chairs in my pictures. But you lie like you breath. It's a sickness. The first thing out of your mouth is always lie. I'm surprised someone hasn't already punched you in your face by now. Everyone there was having a great time. Even the 50 year old's like yourself. Yet, this dumbass who went to bed at 10pm on New Years eve is trying to police people's fun. Sharrup! |
raumdeuter:Do you have to lie about everything to feel good about yourself. It seems like you internalized the fact you had to pretend to go to Harvard, while I didn't. Let it go.. not everyone could be born equally smart. Just like not everyone's business could succeed. |
bemeruca:Lol @ trying to compare your shit-star hotel to the Radisson Blu. Then saying $1 is 2000 Naira. Delusional fking Trumpers. |
raumdeuter:When you walk on a plane do you get unlimited in flight data? Do you get unlimited 5g hotspot? Netflix? Hulu? Pandora? Apple TV? No. Then sharrup. Instead of trying to figure out how I pay so little so you can replicate it, your rambling like the idiot you are who thinks paying more for less services makes you a winner. This morons like I pay more for less services... Yay!! Fuking loser. No wonder you're a Trumper God, I can't wait for Trump to disappear so idiots like you can also disappear. |
raumdeuter:Will leave this here. And this year's party was a vibe. This video doesn't do it justice. Difference between you and I, You run your mouth and lie about shit. I don't. https://www.instagram.com/lagosmotorboatclub/reel/DEW-gXstxLw/ |
raumdeuter:Was housing inflation not a subject in that Harvard Extension class of yorue, Mr. fake Harvard grad? See how Jealousy and insecurity have finished you. Has you sounding like a rambling idiot. Don't stroke out now. |
bemeruca:Show me your plan with Hulu or Netflix anything. Lol. |
raumdeuter:I was looking at prices for apartments in Lagos. I saw an apartment for about 15 million in a building a friend lives in. Kinda surprised, I reached out to him, he told me his rent was 6 million for his upper floor apartment which was is in the same building. Again, this is simple shit a smart person would know. This is why you are a Trump supporter. You let your emotions override your sense. |
raumdeuter:He said he's not ashamed I pay $50 month for cell phone service. Nah, I'm actually upset, would like to pay $0. But it seems you've missed the plot. The goal is to pay less for more services not more for less. My fault, I forgot my mom's phone service is on there as well. That's why it's kinda high. ![]() I assume your company doesn't pay for part of your phone bill that's why you are sounding like a dullard oaf. My guy rest. You sound like someone who just started seeing money. |
raumdeuter:Yes, that's what luxury living in the heart of one of the most expensive places in Boston cost today (Beacon Hill) , not when I bought my house years and years and years ago. But you know all that. I assume your Harvard Extension Business class thought you about housing inflation especially in the East Coast over the last decade. You are just furiously trying to deflect and spin from all the bullshit you've been writing but throwing whatever idiotic bullshit you can throw. And yes I didn't have a car payment at that time. Why? when I wrote that I had paid it off. Lol. Fucking idiot. |
raumdeuter:Ha.. Lol. This pic are just some of the inclusions in my phone plan. The pic doesn't include the unlimited hot spot, unlimited in flight data, overseas voice and data, Canada and Mexico Calling and International Text. Definitely looks like a walmart basic plan to me.. Lol... As I said, compare yourself with someone else.
|
raumdeuter:It's like I broke you. Lie here, Lie there. Lie everywhere. The problem is your lies are easily dis-proven. Anyone can do an apartment search in Boston for current prices. You should have started there before you started lying. But being an idiot Trumper, lies are all you know. You're pretending that you are part of the game and very wealthy then say things like you don't use credit cards to pay for things. It's like Bemeruca saying a company bought him an 80k car. People in the know, know both are bullshit. |
raumdeuter:1.) You're lying like you are prone to do. I've lived in Boston the average rent of a 2 bedroom was not 3k 15 years ago. 2.) To embarrass you further, my house is worth well over 1 million dollars now. Figure out the mortgage of that. It's like you Trumpers are just stupid, emotional cretons. And being so emotional you lie often to make your point because you know you won't have one without it. I'm telling you Loser, we are not equal. Compare yourself to people like Bemeruca and you may feel better about yourself. That's why I don't talk about numbers here, what's the point, it'd make people like you feel bad about yourselfs. Loser said 150k was nothing to him, but lives in a crappy house. Just stop lying and you won't have to keep making up more lies to cover your old ones. |
budaatum:The more I watch it the more I think he planned it. The groan, the facial expression. He tried to add plausible deniability with the "from the heart" comment, but the face he made, was eerily consistent with what hitler made. Almost like he practiced it in the mirror. |
raumdeuter:My brother's bonus last year was 1.4 million dollars not including his stock options. He bought the car not leased it, will send it to Naij in a couple of years. Different league. You're talking nonsense to someone who knows your talking nonsense. I assume you got your understanding of finance from the Harvard Extension Business School Class you took. I pay for everything I can with my credit card, then pay it off. I get points for everything. Again, free money. You clearly don't understand money or how the game is played. But I didn't 't expect you to as it seems you just run your mouth on this site to impress the likes of Bemeruca and Basilico who have no idea about the US. 150k is below my materiality.. ahahahhaha. I can easily look up the cost of your house online. If 150k were out of your materiality, you'd have a nicer house. Pretending won't change that. You really really sound like a poser right now. I guess Bemeruca has rubbed off on you. |
Good read on the History of the 14th Amendment and the Birthright Citizenship from a Conservative. https://www.gibsondunn.com/wp-content/uploads/documents/publications/Ho-DefiningAmerican.pdf Conservatives now are trying to do the 14th Amendment like they did the 2nd. |
raumdeuter:First it was I couldn't fathom someone spending 150k on a car. I have a car around that amount. Showed you a text with my brother buying a car worth ~250k who didn't pay cash for it even though he could easily. I didn't even bat an eye. Now you've moved the goalposts. The point remains. Smart people don't do shit in cash in the US. All to show ur story is Bullshit. |
basilico:Why is that you, Bemeruca and Raumdetuter, spend so much time lying and being intellectually dishonest in everything you say? If you had strong arguments to make, you'd make them without all the lies and intellectually dishonest right? Again, for the slow people in the bleacher seats. I have a car worth the same This is a chat with my brother who was designing his car before placing his order for his G 63. A G 63 is about 100k more than whatever Raumdeuter claims he bought. And unlike Raum, he's financially savvy. He didn't pay cash for it even though he could have bought 4 of them cash just with his last years bonus. A 160k car is not a car that I'd be like woah at. When you know people with 4 150k+ cars in their driveway, it changes your perspective. Now, your legion of idiots will say I'm bragging. Let me repeat it, I don't think you, Bemeruca or Raum, given how mushy your brains are could afford a 160k car. |
Nashville shooter. Sounds like some in this thread. And gets his info from the same people as some in this thread.
|
bemeruca:Get some self awareness. You literally pretend to live in the US to be around Americans in this thread. You are the literal definition of Groupie. |
AmazonTopaz:Though I give some grace for people in Nigeria whose churches preach this, I agree. |
basilico:Listen, your cousins can blow all the money they want and load up on all the debt they want, but they'll never have the same experience as me. Because it's not only about money but access. So, even if I was sleeping in my boys guest room helping him fill out Ivy League Forms with his kids, I'd still be hanging with one of the brightest financial minds in Lagos. And with that a plethora of information about business investments and contacts with all the Lagos players who come to his house just to chill, drink and chat. But, that most likely goes over your head. |
cococandy:They are not really Christians, they are a cult or political group. Their message doesn't resemble any found in the Bible. They are wearing the cloak of Christianity while denouncing all that it stands for. Read this article on NPR and had to chuckle. If Christ came down and told them something opposite of Trump, they'd call him a liar and woke. And interestly enough Bemeruca and Basilico had the same response in this thread. I think they forget what the word Christianity came from. It was the result of having multiple pastors tell me, essentially, the same story about quoting the Sermon on the Mount, parenthetically, in their preaching — "turn the other cheek" — [and] to have someone come up after to say, "Where did you get those liberal talking points?" And what was alarming to me is that in most of these scenarios, when the pastor would say, "I'm literally quoting Jesus Christ," the response would not be, "I apologize." The response would be, "Yes, but that doesn't work anymore. That's weak." And when we get to the point where the teachings of Jesus himself are seen as subversive to us, then we're in a crisis.https://www.npr.org/2023/08/08/1192663920/southern-baptist-convention-donald-trump-christianity |
Peacecore:To change the Constitution you would need an Amendment to it. Amendments are very difficult to do. An act of Congress would not be sufficient in itself. Under Article V of the Constitution, there are two ways to propose and ratify amendments to the Constitution. To propose amendments, two-thirds of both houses of Congress can vote to propose an amendment, or two-thirds of the state legislatures can ask Congress to call a national convention to propose amendments. To ratify amendments, three-fourths of the state legislatures must approve them, or ratifying conventions in three-fourths of the states must approve them.https://bensguide.gpo.gov/j-ways-to-amend-constitution?highlight=WyJjb25zdGl0dXRpb24iLCJjb25zdGl0dXRpb24ncyJd |
TemporaryHansel:Not an achievement, but good to remind those who like to use it as some sort of weapon their station in life. |
DaddyCoool:Yeah, except this court doesn't care about precedent. They fancy themselves a legislative body. Unelected overlords |
