There are avenues for each form of payment.
I always carry cash as I don't like punching in numbers waiting for certain people to tell me they received the payment. Or dealing with the drama of network issues for certain payments.
Also best for tipping as I said earlier.

The Aboki do use online payments. But even this trip I had to "trust" an Aboki with a 1 million transaction and leave because the payment wasn't reflecting on my account when I did the transfer and I was in a rush. Fortunately enough it came through.
I've also thought about what happens if an Aboki decides to do a chargeback for a large transaction.
Would rather do cash and deposit while we are both in a bank.

I am in the process of looking for a new account. Zenith was too unreliable this trip. May do a combination of Opay for smaller transactions and another bank or credit card as well. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I think I'd even like to get a current account with some sort of benefits for opening/having their account.
