It's been days of discussion on the issue of abortion, and I must say it's amazing. Regarding this, I feel the need to give a summary of all I've been saying regarding the issue of abortion.
I hope everyone realizes what he's been doing by now.
I can't be the only one.

IjeBos:
So it is the latter? As I thought.
You are obviously aware you are not a liberal but it serves your purposes to pretend you are to engage other liberals on abortion and other matters.
It would be a good technique if it weren't so obvious.
Question, where did you learn this? Was it self taught or was it in some church you belong?
And don't you think it's deceptive?

Regarding the issue of intrinsic human value, I will address that next week when chanced. And unlike what IjeBos said, it's not a religious belief but a philosophical one. I uphold the belief, religion or no religion, and I will be addressing it from a philosophical lens, and not a religious lens.
#Xavier
Cut the Bullshit. Your argument was predicated on religion from the jump. It's an easy argument to recognize.
Is disingenuous not to be honest on the basis of your argument. You're being too clever by half.
It wasn't a surprise that one of your first "philosophical" arguments mentioned religion that Budaatum called out.
I think it's shady and manipulative the way you went about this whole thing.

I'll disagree with the "imaginary God" part of your argument, but it is true his argument was somewhat of a camouflage. From the jump, I could tell whatever argument he made in support of his pro life position would have a religious undertone to it.

Maeve7, budaatum

It occurred to me that they might actually be referring to our instinctive drive for survival. But I don't consider that an intrinsic human value, it's a biological imperative like hunger pangs. What do you think?
His intrinsic value argument is based on Christian beliefs. Christianity is also the basis for what I can tell most if not all of his argument. It's the same form of "liberalism" that fueled the Catholics pro-life movement in the 70's.
Christians believe humans are created from the image of God and for HIS purpose. Hence the intrinsic value.

i don't have the time to go into the rabbit hole of what is a fact. Hunter dropped his laptop in a repair shop and the contents of it are legit. no one hacked Hunter's phone to get all those photos, voicemails, and emails.
The guy who lives in a rabbit hole gets cooked by actual facts and now says he has no time for rabbit holes.
The FBI agent the Government called as a witness in Hunter's trial said she did not verify all the contents of the laptop.

Yes, only a sick person would believe the Russians would perpetrated an Operation on the son of Presidential Candidate they don't want elected to help Trump who personally calls Putin, by stealing Hunter's info from other places, placing it on a laptop, then giving that laptop to a partially blind Computer Tech who didn't have a surveillance system in his store who somehow got it to Rudy Giuliani. The problem is you spend your life watching youtube videos, being told how to think.
Like Raumdeuter, you don't read and have 0 reference of the US court system.
You don't even seem to be a competent tech person. Not understanding data.

The laptop was admitted into evidence solely for a few documents they were verified.
The judge probably made a bad ruling as there should have been a forensic report filed authenticating the laptop. There wasn't.
The FBI agent testified that she didn't see any tempering, but she didn't even look and she has a small understanding of it.
She only looked at the documents she was given to look at.
Again, the laptop has not been fully verified. People can't even say that the info on the laptop didn't come from other places.

From Hunter Biden's attorney's cross examination of the FBI witness on the Stand at Hunter's Trial

Q. You have no reason to believe the time the FBI acquired the data from Apple, or what you just described, they changed any part of it, right?
A. Forensic examiners?
Q. Yes, the FBI, they didn’t change anything that you know of, did they?
A. No, I have a small basis of my understanding of how they work , I know they do a lot — they create images files of what would be considered the original data, so it doesn’t change the original data, but beyond that, I’m providing what I know.
Q. And the material that came into evidence that you discussed with Mr. Hines yesterday, as far as you know is the way the FBI obtained it?
A. Yes.
Q. And you indicated what you know about what they did with it, but you have no reason to believe the material that you just described yesterday, and I asked you about today, had been changed, altered, it was authentic as you understood it?
A. What I can speak to is when we obtain the data.
Q. Yes?
A. It was authentic from that point forward.
Q. And then when you provided it to us in discovery, discovery meaning you provided material to the defense, that’s the way it was sent, in the same way that you retrieved it?
A. My understanding is you received copies both of our extraction reports and of the full forensic images of the original data.
Q. I think you said, I don’t know that you identified, that as to the device, the laptop, it came into the possession of the government in December of 2019?
A. Yes.
Q. You understand that from the invoice that you showed about a repair shop that it was brought, according to the owner, in April of that year?
A. Yes. The invoice is dated in April.
Q. So can you tell what happened between the time the invoice indicates that device was brought to the shop and when the FBI acquired it six months later?
A. No.
Q. You are aware from your investigation that the person who claims to have gotten it in April indicates he made copies —
MR. HINES: Objection.
MR. LOWELL: I’ll withdraw the question.
THE COURT: Sustained.
BY MR. LOWELL: Q. Will you put up government Exhibit 40? So this is an invoice you identified yesterday, and I referred to, dated the 17th; right?
A. Yes.
Q. And you indicated that that’s one of the things you obtained from the data that was recovered and that was extracted and that you had reviewed?
A. Yes.
Q. And the date of this is the 17th; right?
A. The date of the e-mail is the 17th.
Q. But you know from your investigation that the person who sent this indicates that he got this device five days before?
A. I know from the investigation that yes, it was reported that it was April 12th.
Q. Do you have any notion of what happened in that device between April he 12th, where your investigation indicates that’s when the person acquired it, and April 17th when he sent the invoice?
A. I have some knowledge, but it’s through somebody else’s statements.
Q. So no firsthand knowledge?
A. No firsthand knowledge.
Q. Now, the last point on this. If the person acquired it in April, and the FBI says it acquired that in December, six months later, did your investigation indicate whether what was put on that machine in April was the way it was originally done by Hunter before then?
A. I’m sorry, ask that one more time.
Q. I didn’t say that right. Benchmarks. April 2019, the person says “I got the device.” Right?
A. Yes.
Q. December of 2019, the FBI acquires it?
A. Yes.
Q. What I’m asking is, did you do an analysis to determine whether on the date that this person says he got it, the data he got was in the format, content, or in any way what had originally been put there by Mr. Biden?
A. You’re asking if on the 12th the person that received it?
Q. I’m asking whatever that person got on the 12th, was the way it was originally put, do you know? Did you do an analysis? Did you find out whether any of the files had been tampered with, added to, or subtracted?
A. I did not. Right, I did not.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xD8cPgcZ3E
Hunter's laptop was never verified. It can never be verified. The chain of custody has been broken.
Did Hunter have a laptop? Yes.
Is that the physical laptop the FBI has? Maybe.
Is every bit/byte of data on the laptop Hunter Biden's? That is unverifiable.
Some of the info on the Laptop was not originally on the laptop, someone put it on there after it left Hunter's possession.
No forensic analysis can be done that says the laptop is Hunter's as the chain of custody was broken.

You say you are in Tech. But every even a basically competent tech person understands the difference between a physical device and the data stored in it.
You deal in basic misinformation a rational tech person would understand.

What the experts found
In their examinations, Green and Williams found evidence that people other than Hunter Biden had accessed the drive and written files to it, both before and after the initial stories in the New York Post and long after the laptop itself had been turned over to the FBI.

Maxey had alerted The Washington Post to this issue in advance, saying that others had accessed the data to examine its contents and make copies of files. But the lack of what experts call a “clean chain of custody” undermined Green’s and Williams’s ability to determine the authenticity of most of the drive’s contents.

“The drive is a mess,” Green said.

Trump is a traitor.
And unfortunately for him, the US government should have all the intercepts of those calls.

Trump Secretly Stayed in Touch With Putin After Leaving Office, Book Says
A new book by the journalist Bob Woodward also reports that Donald J. Trump, while still in office, secretly sent Vladimir Putin what were then rare Covid-19 tests for the Russian’s leader’s personal use.

Former President Donald J. Trump has secretly spoken with President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia as many as seven times since leaving office, even as he was pressuring Republicans to block military aid to Ukraine to fight Russian invaders, according to a new book by the journalist Bob Woodward.
...
The book also reports that Mr. Trump, while still in office early during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, secretly sent Mr. Putin what were then rare tests for the virus for the Russian’s personal use. Mr. Putin, who has been described as particularly concerned about being infected at the time, urged Mr. Trump to not publicly reveal the gesture because it could damage the American president politically. “I don’t want you to tell anybody because people will get mad at you, not me,” Mr. Putin reportedly told him.

As I always tell people, conservatism and liberalism are broad spectrums containing various school of thoughts. Yes, at the core values, they all agree, but in some cases, there will be disagreement or variants, just like we see in every other worldviews e.g theism, Christianity etc

Calling someone "not conservative" or "not liberal" because of their pro-choice or pro-life views respectively, is like a theist calling a deist "not theist"; or a Protestant calling a Catholic, "not Christian"; or a polytheistic Hindu calling a Monotheistic Hindu (like Vivek Ramaswamy), "not Hindu"; or a pro intelligent design Christian calling a theistic evolution Christian, "not Christian; or a pro-life Christian calling a pro-choice Christian, "not Christian". It's funny and ridiculous as hell 😂😂😂

This is the reason why most pro-choice conservatives and pro-life liberals do not express their views, and lots of them that do, claim independents (in other to avoid opposition) before doing so. Only few like me... and you... are bold enough to speak and stand their ground in the face of opposition.

1.) Independent isn't the middle of Conservative and Liberal. Moderate is.

2.) You've made the choice to call yourself a liberal, I'm not sure why. Is their power in that word?
