MentalCase98:Police... blah blah blah. Do you not get tired of running your mouth and lying? At a a point all that pretense ends. So, I will do you one better. I am currently at the Raddisson Blu Lagos. I will be here for 2 more days before flying out. Tell me when you are coming with the "police" and I will meet you in the Lobby. Easy right? Don't stop running your mouth now. Follow through being the big boy you think you are in your mind. |
MentalCase98:Make that 40. See how fast you responded when you saw my name. That jealousy and envy bubbled up didn't it. I'm sure you have special alert tone. Look, I'm in Lagos doing things and you're on Nairaland pretending you are. Well done! How is that 15k mommy gives you stretching in this economy? |
bemeruca:Logged in to find 39 Mentions. Wow. It seems I really do live rent free in the minds of bemeruca/benalvino and MentalCase98/slyfoxx. I guess this is what joblessness looks like coupled with an attraction to men. Making it through that Lagos airport can be stressful, so when I get to the MTN lounge I'll order a drink, I'll try to go through the posts and I will make sure I have some fun at your expense. Lol... 39 Mentions.. Ha. And bemeruca it seems you still struggle to write sentences. You and the English language struggle daily.. and the English language is yet to be defeated. 🤣🤣🤣 39 Mentions. 🤣🤣🤣

I'm looking for an interior designer based in Lagos near VI who has also some experience with home automation. I have two apartments located in a multi-unit building that are close to completion. They are both 3 Bedroom, 4 bath apartments with a staff suite. I need a design plan from the floor up for both. The first apartment will mainly be a rental unit. My only consideration will be the ability to get the most rent. Ideas on how it should look will be dependent on that, especially the ability to maintain it. Because it's a rental the automation will be minimum, maybe a remote door lock and of course the ability to see who enters and leaves. The second apartment will be a private residence which may periodically be rented out. I'd like to see some modern/contemporary designs. I would like as much automation as possible. And of course reasonable surveillance inside the apartment. I currently use Home Assistant, and would like to just add a New Home to the setup, so ideally everything should integrate with it. But I am open to other options/platforms as well. I would like to incorporate some locally made furniture pieces as well. To be upfront, I do have someone I am almost sold on. But would like more options. I'm also very particular about finish work. Drop a link with your info and a link to previous work. I'll reach out if I like what I see. Also, you should be able to provide references of past work or a way to verify past work. Thanks. |
2:40 am on a weekday.
|
MentalCase98:2:34 AM on a weekday and you're still at it. You clearly have a life outside of trolling on Nairaland. (that was sarcasm)
|
MentalCase98: bemeruca:You guys should carry on with all your "deek", homosexual talk. Slyfoxx seems to be already in bed waiting for you bemeruca. Enjoy! |
MentalCase98:You're right. My boys who have children are spending quality time with them. As I think ALL people who have children (even 4) should be spending qulaity time with them. So, I am very glad that we can both agree that Bemeruca should be "spending quality time with his CHILDREN right now and preparing for tomorrow’s work", even though he may not have custody of those 4 children. There is always zoom. |
MentalCase98:There's clearly a misunderstanding. I'm not claiming you're a broke ass. The shit that you have posted here says you are broke ass. 😂😂 What is you're excuse for begging for N1500 because you're stranded? Oh yeah... I hacked Nairaland and edited all those posts that are saved on their servers.. Yeah, like I said, you're a dumbass. Thanks for bringing up schools. Where did you get those degrees again? Was it in London or the US? Oh did you get them in both countries by flying back and forth every weekend. Everything that emanates from your mouth is a lie. You're a comedy. A walking joke. And what's worse is you don't even know it. As I said, I don't think you've ever been on a flight. These are what you call receipts. Not the BS you talk about.
|
bemeruca:I see you and Slyfox are talking about your favorite topic.... deeks. Carry on, I'm sure you two are having a great time. |
MentalCase98:Wait, so you are no longer slyfoxx? Can't keep up with your denials. Maybe you can clue Bemeruca in to the lie du jour. Continuing on. This post was a blast. You tried to pretend that you weren't the person that was exposed. So you posted an old bank receipt with a person with your same last name sending you money. But you ended up revealing you only had N15,020 in ur bank account after your mom sent you 15k. lol. So you were broke in 2019 and also broke in 2023. And worse... your mommy sends you 15k for transport. I hail you, Lagos Big Boi. bwahahahahha But really, are people really as stupid as you? You have to be putting on an act. It would be really great if someone got that guy who gave you that N1500 to post that transaction receipt. ![]() I did you a favor and hid the name... won't next time.
|
MentalCase98:These posts always crack me up. If you're over 30 and get stranded over N1500, you're "adulting" wrong. I mean what type of idiot has to sell Bet credit on a forum for N1500 so he can get transport? lol. The same idiot who would have you believe he's a Lagos big boi.

And even in this partisan report Hur(the Republican that he is) makes it clear the distinction with Trump's prosecution. https://www.justice.gov/storage/report-from-special-counsel-robert-k-hur-february-2024.pdf (pg 388 of the pdf) Historically, after leaving office, many former presidents and vice presidents have knowingly taken home sensitive materials related to national security from their administrations without being charged with crimes. This historical record is important context for judging whether and why to charge a former vice president and former president, as Mr. Eiden would be when susceptible to prosecution-for similar actions taken by several of his predecessors. |
This is a section from one of Biden's attorney's on Hur's report. I thought this section was telling. Full Report https://www.justice.gov/storage/report-from-special-counsel-robert-k-hur-february-2024.pdf The President's inability to recall dates or details of events that happened years ago is neither surprising nor unusual, especially given that many questions asked him to recall the particulars of staff work to pack. ship, and store materials and furniture in the course of moves between residences. The same predictable memory loss occurred with other witnesses in this investigation. Yet unlike your treatment of President Biden, your report accepts other witnesses' memory loss as completely understandable given the passage of time. For example. you accepted without denigrating John McGrail's failure to remember certain events while he served as then-Vice President Biden's counsel: ''McGrail's memory of these events could well have faded over the course of more than 6 years." Report at 238 n.923; see also id at 67. 69 (noting Mr. McGrail's failure to recall events despite emails that place him in the center of various discussions). So, too, you accept the memory lapse of one of the President's personal la"vyers who testified that in his initial search of the Penn Biden offices certain boxes were stored in a locked closet, noting only that "his memory was fuzzy on that point." Id at 265. And the events on which you found the lawyer's memory to be '·fuzzy'' occurred only a few months before his interview. Id; see also id at 64, 66 (noting without comment the failures of |
MentalCase98:Look at this post. You lie and when called out, as usual, this is what you spew out. Same ol nonsense for someone who ain't sh*t. You've been exposed slyfoxx. We know your real name. And so everyone on this board knows who you are and aren't. You are a mentally unbalanced person who spends days and nights pretending to be other people, writing rubbish like this online and whose greatest achievements are how many times he's been banned and how many usernames he's created. Be something, do something with your worthless life outside of being Nairaland's biggest troll champion. |
Robert Hur came out with his report on Biden's classified document. He is declining to prosecute. My issue is the extraneous language in the report. Seems similar to Comey 2.0 and a variation from Mueller's report. I think Merrick Garland is by far the weakest Attorney General of any President by far. Here is how Hur describes Biden. “Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory,” Mr. Hur wrote. Why would any Special Prosecutor put this type of remark in any document. And for background when Trump have his written answers to Mueller he said he "couldn't remember" more than 30 times about something that happened less than 2 years prior. https://www.cnn.com/2019/04/18/politics/trump-written-testimony-mueller/index.html Below is Biden's lawyer's response to that portion of the document.

Glad this judge did this. I think thumbing your nose at a congressional subpoena should mean heavy consequences. I think he still got off light but glad he js forced to go directly to jail unlike Bannon.

Konkoja:I did think the due process issue gave the court enough pause/rational to deny it. That being said, I want to see how the Supreme Court deals with the actual words of the insurrection clause in the Constitution(as Obrigardo mentioned) when they hand down the ruling. |
Biden is old, but this kind of stuff is nonsense. He remembered the wrong name. It happens. I can only imagine the amount of people a US President comes in contact with on a daily basis, let alone a 40 year career. |
In case any one of our forum Fanboys wants to argue that Tucker is a journalist. Here is what the lawyers at Fox had to say when he was sued for slander. Basically that any reasonable viewer arrives with an appropriate amount of skepticism about what he says. My fault, reasonable wouldn't be a word I would use to describe Baslilico or Benalvino Just read U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil's opinion, leaning heavily on the arguments of Fox's lawyers: The "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' "https://www.npr.org/2020/09/29/917747123/you-literally-cant-believe-the-facts-tucker-carlson-tells-you-so-say-fox-s-lawye |
sanpipita:Right? They thrive on the belief that people have the memory of goldfish. |
Thought I'd add some context to this immunity debate. This was Trump before he found religion on immunity. https://www.newsweek.com/trump-has-accused-numerous-political-rivals-crimes-including-joe-biden-barack-obama-1537922

DeepSight:I was joking somewhat. He claims he's a journalist and there for journalistic purposes.. interview Putin. But.. I think he's grifting at the US's expense. The whole conservative love for Putin is odd. |
DeepSight:Yeah, I think Putin hired him for his disinformation skills that cost Fox nearly 1 billion dollars. |
Raynald:Nothing has changed in terms of the law. In fact if you remember, Trump said Obama should be indicted while Trump was president (remember the "he spied on my campaign" bit). It's peculiar he's changed his tune years later.. actually it's not peculiar, it's Trump. But the foundation of the US government is the concept of check and balances. That each branch can be checked by the other 2. Now say the court found that the President (Executive Branch) is immune to prosecution. What prevents him from killing the Supreme Court (Judicial Branch) if they are about to make a ruling he dislikes? And then when the Congress (Legislative branch) goes to impeach him what prevents him from killing them all as well? He is immune from prosecution right? And tada we have a king/dictator. Check out the Ruling by the court, it's interesting. And one last thing. Indicting someone is not convicting him. First you have to get the crime and evidence through a judge. Then, the federal government and nearly all states require unanimous juries in criminal cases (In fact I believe the Supreme Court recently said the US Constitution required unanimous juries in all state criminal cases). Imagine what it would take to get usually 12 people drawn by random to unanimously vote to convict a President. And I've sat on two juries. From my perspective, the jurors are diligent and try to follow the rules the Judge sets out on the Law, going through each element of the law carefully before rendering a verdict. Then lastly, the President would have the option of appealing the conviction. The appeals court probably up to the Supreme court could weigh in. |
Okortor:Several Channels? lol. And when he reported it what would be his punishment then? If he didn't choose to stay silent, this was probably his best option. He may be sitting in a cell somewhere but at least people know to question the military if he goes missing in the bush mysteriously. |
bemeruca:Your posts are 1 small step up from Mr. kikikikiki. Do you even understand what you write? |
budaatum:Boy, what a dufus party. They bring an impeachment that every legal scholar says is an abuse and they can't even pass it. What nuts. |
Republicans be frauding and trying to steal elections. NH found the culprit of the fake Biden election robocall. I honestly hope they throw the book at them and make them an example. AI is here and there needs to be accountability. A search of political contributions from Monk turns up a single $5,000 check from 2008, plus another $5,000 on the same day from a person who appears to Monk’s wife, to a mysterious political group called PLR PAC. The group, known as a 527 for the portion of the tax code that governs it, appears to have spent nearly all of the $65,673 it raised on independent expenditures in support of then-Republican presidential candidate John McCain. There is little other trace of the group beyond that.
