The kind bleeding I had last night eh, hhmm. the blood kept pouring, double pads kept soaking. Its well sha. I pray no one experiences this . Its well, I know God ll gv me another in due time. My best friend that lost his son due to overfeeding, has started again with her second baby. I don't know what wrong with her
, I have tried talking to her but she won't listen.

her late son died at 1year6months. when the baby was alive she does not feed her in my presence any time I come around she will excuse me to go feed her late son in the bedroom, the baby will yell and cry, feeding the baby takes 1hour. one day I told her that I want to see what and how she feed her baby, she laughed and said im lucky that her neighbor is not around that she will feed her outside today. she gave Me wrapper to tie and brought out lots of nakpins, she brought big bowl of food(cerelac,Gerber and sma )immediately I saw it I was dump founded, she scoop the food with cup , use napkin to cover the baby nose while the baby grasp for breath and was pooing and farting and the same time, she fed the baby 1 very very big bowl food, I was scared that baby should not suffocate, after eating the baby doze and snore off.
The baby could not walk, @1yr3months without crawling.
The baby died as he was feeding him and was bleeding from the nose....
I could not tell the husband what I saw cause I don't want to be tagged a homebreaker and I was TTC then, now God blessed her with a son again and she has started again to overfeed the baby.

MY SWEET MOTHERS YOU GUYS SHOULD ADVICE ME, SHOULD I TELL THE HUSBAND...WHAT I SAW NOW I MEAN HOW SHE FEED THE BABY( holding his nose) IM SCARED I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANOTHER BAD NEWS.... PLEAS HELP

Just prepare yourself for more as your baby grows. I'm already used to people like that. All i do now is smile.

-You gave your baby jaundice because of the malaria you were having.
-Your pikin go black well well o. Nor just deceive


yourself. (As if i complain to them)
- Your pikin never start to sit down?
- Wear him cap 24/7
- Stop eating fried rice and salad when you are breastfeeding
- Don't waste your time to work on your tummy. Wait till you drop the last baby before you form sisi.
- Stop expressing your milk in bottle. Pour it inside cup and feed him with spoon now
- What happened to wrapper? Why are you using baby carrier?

My BS, My testimony (part. 1)

The 3rd of September started like every other day, woke up heavy with heart burn, went about my normal activities, and because I suffered bad heartburn the previous night, decided to eat my last meal by 5pm, didn't know God was preparing me for the emergency CS that I would eventually have that day.

GENESIS
At about 12.30 pm I got up to ease myself, got back to my bed and just before I dozed off, felt a very sharp pain, took it as one of those things and tried to continue sleeping, but I started feeling like I was weeing on my body, my pant was wet, I remember mumbling 'has d every 5 mins weeing started already'?, got up and went back to d toilet, only to discover I couldn't hold d 'urine' coming out. It was just pouring.

My mind said 'ebony13 its your water' and I was like 'taaah, shut up' but when the water wouldn't stop flowing, it dawned on me, I got scared, woke my hubby up and then started crying. I was just 32 weeks. I wasn't ready. Hubby calmed me down and we decided to go to d hospital in d morning.

The next thing I felt was bam! Contractions! I panicked, I cried, asked God why me, after all I went through to have these children. Timed the contractions it was coming every 15 mins, then every 10 mins. We had to leave for d hospital immediately. On getting to the hospital,Contractions had become very painful.

I alerted d nurses, nurses alerted d doc, and running around began. They had to put everything in place. At this time I was already contracting every 3mins, started vomiting, shouting down d place. The nurses kept saying breath through your mouth, I tried it and it didn't work Nada. They came to check for my babies heartbeat and got only one, I noticed them giving themselves d look but I was in too much pain to ask. Another nurse came to check, same thing, one heartbeat. Before finally a doc came to check and got both, tears just started pouring from my eyes

During the contractions, I was really scared because I still had my cerclage on, I was screaming 'I don't want my cervix to tear o', the next thing I knew my body started pushing with each contraction. I started screaming
' I'm pushing o, its pushing me o'
That was when everyone started doubling up their speed and I was wheeled to the theatre. The time contraction started and when I started feeling to push was just about 2 hrs. I remember asking one of the nurses, ' why is it so fast? I thought they said ftm labour isn't fast'? Amidst contractions o.
In the teatre, another drama started

You should just try to take things easier than you would normally. Avoid eating pineapples or unripe pawpaw and potash. They can trigger contractions.


Use your routine drugs and enjoy your pregnancy.

Works like magic. @ Feddy, that part of yiyiyiyiyiyiyi, I never let d water run.. when he tries to imitate,he will shine his teeth and you quickly brush. Lolz.

how old is he and how many teeth does he have? is it not that cute bobo i saw in ur pix? he should have outgrown wash cloth. keep trying with the toothbrush and pea sized toothpaste. even if he bites down, gently insist and keep doing what u're doing. he will eventually come around. most children are like that. also try to find a way to add fun to it,or distract him to open his mouth.
make him see d toothbrush as his friend.lol

for the yellowish deposit, it's plaque. u can use ur finger to scrape it off the areas u see it. then continue with the brushing.

tiz been awhile here, how una dey ooo, my sabi sabi june 2016 mamas - yes, make i put year cuz very soon we'l have june 2017 mamas.... how are your LOs, have they all recieved tghe 10 weeks vaccines? that vaccine badht gaaan... my DS was doing doing 'hun. hin, hon' he could laugh or smile as usual. breast sef tire him, im bodi cum hot...na so so lukewarm water i dey take mop him body every time i wan give him paracetamol.

i was once in ur shoe and my ds was 7 months old, and i breast feed him till he was 14 months old. and i delivered last month and he is now 17 months old. though it was not easy

u can continue breastfeeding if u can cope with the painful nipple and stress.

Take dis handkerchief and wipe ur tears.yes I am in ur shoes.mine was even 7months old when I took in,u can continue Bf if u are strong or beta still u can wean her since she is 11months.

Though it won't be easy but God gat ur back

not every baby will be chubby dear! genetic composition plys a huge part in determining a baby's size.

Does she eat well? Is she hitting her milestones? is she the right weight for her age?

That is what you should focus on!

Yes, that's actually how we roll here. No dull moment with team October mums yeah!!!. Put on your dancing shoes and enter the dance floor. Flat shoe are not allowed, from 6 inches upwards. Na salsa we go dance today o. Oya make una pair up 2 by 2.
No team October mum ported to September and I hope none of us will port to November either. Let's start dropping the babies like its really HOT. I wish all of us an easy pizzy delivery.
