I found this thread really educative, i really am and thanks to the professionals in fold. Actually, i wish to be a HR personnel but, had just a B.A in English. To start how is what is very challenging however, i'm considering where my role can fit into that field. I would say my selling point is communication. Is there a department for that in HR management? And do i have hope?


Im also considering taking some professional courses like CIPM or sorts?


And please i need a mentor who could help. I'm completely lost.
