hakeembee: Hello house,
A lot of members of the forum had been sending me DM's, asking about the course i studied in Estonia which was WELLNESS AND SPA SERVICE DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT (Masters Degree) at University of Tartu.
First i will like to say a little about myself and my policy, I like treating people that are asking me about my course like my siblings, which means I will be a little hard on them but in a positive way though, lol. I am saying this because, as an alumni of the ISA, I should still advise people that want to study my course (You can check what ISA is all about via this link: http://isa.ut.ee/). If you deemed it necessary, you can also go to my direct link where i answered some questions about why i chose to study the course: http://isa.ut.ee/ambassadors/hakeem/
Now before you ask me further questions, I like you to visit some websites and read about the course in the following links:
https://estonia.dreamapply.com/en_GB/courses/course/19-ma-wellness-and-spa-service-design-and-management?search=7126478
https://www.pc.ut.ee/en/wellness-and-spa-management
We also did a couple of videos for the department on youtube while we were students: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCW9eXqT005Fyc35BTV-A7KA
So after rigorously going through all these, you can now come back and ask specific questions, which you didn't find answers to on the links.
Have a nice day. Slm Mr. Hakeem, please help me answer these following questions. 1. is it possible for 29-30years old to get estonia visa for bachelor degree? 2. can I pay my tuition fees on arrival n in installmental in university of tartu? 3. can I use my statement of result n online print out to apply to uni. tartu since original certificate is not ready yet? thanks in advance brother. |

Mavin1: You need information and advice from people but you don't want to give out the ones you have? How? I don't understand you, because I stated clearly in my write up those countries I have tried and the one I can't due to block account. So which information am I hiding? |

Liodins: I have the same exact credentials I have, but I had to rewrite neco last year to give me a better chance of securing admission into one of the EU countries, but now I have to wait for things to go back to normal to start applying. Pls try and write any proficiency test to give u better chance. OK brother, thanks |

flowergirl222: Let me help you.
YES, they accept all our various formations, whether it is NABTEB, OND, HND, or BSc.
Let me break it down for you.....
1. Generally if you have WAEC, NECO or NECO GCE, or WAEC GCE, you are eligible to apply for any BSc program.
2. If you hold NABTEB, OND, HND, or even BSc, you are allowed to apply for 3rd year programs in some universities that offer such 3rd year programs, e.g France. Also, UK and Denmark do top-up programs where you can use your HND (only) to apply for a top-up program in your discipline.
3. Lastly, if you hold BSc, you are eligible for Masters.
Basically there is little or no postgraduate programs in the EU. They refer their PG programs as M1 which means Master 1 and you are eligible only with a BSc certificate.
Truthfully, I only read comments on NL, I personally don't comment because of some foolish and confusing contradictory opinions but I decide to write this out and explain to everyone in your shoes because I have realised that most ND, HND, NCE, and NABTEB students/graduates are always having this similar challenges. If you need more guidance, ask me further or go to google. Thanks for detail info. I will check those countries you mention out, if I need more detail I will DM. |

Dear all, Please I really need your help and suggestions, I have NABTEB, ND and HND in Architecture. I want to further my education in any European country, I have tried my best to find schools that can accept my education background either for Bachelor Degree or Master, but unfortunately most of the schools I mailed or checked their website asked for either WAEC or NECO for Bsc admission and they stated that my HND did not qualify me for Master admission. Among those country I searched are: Estonia, Lithuania and Poland.
I would have tried Germany but am on tight budget and can't raise money for block account.
Has anybody face the same challenge as mine? How did you overcome it and achieve your aim? Is there any other good option I should try?
Please help a brother. Thanks in advance. |

Jaycew: No. You cannot use your HND for masters in Poland, you’d have to go for bsc and I don’t think age is a factor. They really don’t care. Thanks for ur swift respond sis. |

akinbo3: PTE Is the easiest.
But 5.5 IESTS is not something u can make if you study hard. Go for IESTS lesson @least register for a month. More so watch the speaking ONLINE and practice.
Search for the making scale and compare with IESTS, TOEFL you will see that PTE Is easy. OK bro.. Thanks |

slysite4real: I would say IELTS is easier to pass. PTE is 100% computer based and many of their exam centers in Nigeria experience technical problems. But the good thing about PTE is that you can register, write and get your score in just 3 days, while IELTS takes about a month. Thanks for this info bro |

Royalejr: PTE is easier and cheaper.. all you need do is get familiar with the test formats and questions. I did mine (1st sitting) and passed well. OK .... thanks |

brashear: Fewer applicants write PTE, a 5.5 bands on IELTS is a low requirement. However, find time and practice, aim higher. OK... Thanks |

Thegamingorca: You can't have little time to practice and still not know which of the exams to do.
Before you have little time to practice you should have registered and paid for one of the examination.
Stop this feigning of panic attack and focus on one. If you are going with ielts, you can book on many far dates to give you time to prepare.
Dont because of AL go and rush it and end up getting overall score of 4.0( which is impossible ). Since you know your school need 5.5 if I were you, I'll just sleep to relax till the ielts exam day.
Instead of wasting time wondering which is easier to pass...just be brave...You are a Nigerian that got a degree or SSCE entirely taught in English . OK... Thanks |
