Your first post lacks fore sight sorry to say. If u were talking about him (yaradua) spending money on amenities to help bizness, and boost the economy of his state u would have beeen making sence. But when u start talking about beggars. In that case there is not much anyone could do to it at present judging that Nigeria is still a developing country that has not even given its best to able bodies with skills not to talk of pple with dissabilities and no skill. There is little u can do to help a lazy man. Even in the developed world there are still beggars, who think its the easy way out.
