abduleez1: Greig Fraser?? I highly doubt that. He's already scheduled for Dune: Messiah. And DC Studios is still trying to see if they'll get him in time for The Batman II.....which is hardly feasible.
So I highly doubt story. no

abduleez1: I don't know about the blank cheque narrative with peeps exaggerating it on Twitter but the movie will be BIG nonetheless. He had a bigger impressive cast last year for OPPENHEIMER and film was capped at $100mn. Dennis Villeneuve had a similar bonkers cast this year for DUNE PART TWO and yet the film production is around $160mn. So I wouldn't be all too concerned with budget this epic is gonna take. At most, it won't exceed $200-220mn. Nolan is not a profligate director in terms of production cost, neither is Universal.
On the film slate, year I've checked both many times. 2026 is the mega year of the decade. It has the biggest numbers of heavy hitters. It'll definitely be more than 100 mil -imagine the CGI they'd need for the movie😭 and if Nolan asks for 400 mil they'd give it to him not that it'd ask that. I heard Greg Frasier is involved this time |

Athena should go to Charlize Theron. Anne Hathaway can take on Circe. I'm sure Nolan has great plans😭 bro cooks with casting too. Some dumb fcks are calling it woke already because it has a black woman Lupita Nyong'o? If they knew any history, they'll know black people existed in the Northern Part of Africa and they were not even slaves then |

abduleez1: Chris Nolan is breaking the internet with this!!
I've been waiting for ages for Hollywood to get back to Greek Mythos for long and Nolan just gave us a new push into the next decade. ✌🏽
We've been flooded by Norse mythology this past decade till now in TV and film. Roman Empire is back on the menu with Gladiator II, but my itch has been basically Greek which has seemingly been forgotten before now.
So grateful and joyful for Nolan spearheading this fresh push. Agba for life. Bro definitely has a blank check for this movie. Sincerely imagining Nolan with seven headed witch monsters and one eyed Cyclopes eating sheep 🐑 is mind blowing!!!!!!! Have you checked out the 2025/2026 slate of movies? They’re fucking insane! 2025 A Bong jun Ho movie A 50 cent movie A guy Ritchie movie Superman Minecraft A Wicked movie Mel Gibson movie A Jordan Peele movie A Jurassic World movie A captain America movie A mission impossible movie A Brad Pitt Movie (F1) Fantastic 4 Avatar 3 2026 Spielberg movie Dune 3 Nolan Odyssey Batman 2 Avengers Doomsday Mike Flanagan The Exorcist Del Toro Frankenstein Spider verse Paul Thomas Anderson movie Shrek 5! abduleez1: The worst Luthor I've ever seen in my life. Giving hippie Joker vibes and a psychopathic trait. Some major characters characterization by Snyder really alienated his universe from many audiences. It's mainly DC fans that stuck with him. The average audience zoned out with the character assassinations.
*Having a Batman that kills despite all his morals and fans initially having problems with Affleck cast as Batman. * Superman killing Zod which is still controversial to this day.
*The single act of killing Superman in his second movie just put the nail in the coffin for his universe. Reason why that film debuted with the largest opening for a superhero film at the time with $420mn worldwide and still couldn't even beat $1bn because after opening weekend fans and audiences was pissed how the film turned out. First time ever Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman shared a screen ever and it couldn't hit $1bn despite the m@d anticipation with that movie and opening weekend.
*Goofy @ss looking Doomsday even the CW design looks way better and the way and manner we got the Doomsday was sketchy.
* A highly controversial Joker portrayal with Ayer and his goofy gángster vibe who'd always have Heath Ledger's shadow on him.
* The poorly executed "Martha scene"....fine, he wanted to show how emotional Batman can be to his parents de@th and all. It's still stüpidly executed. Batman who's been gathering info about Superman and secretly knows about other Justice League members (Wonder Woman, Flash, Aquaman etc) but couldn't know that Supes mom was Martha?? The fvvk you kidding me. It's a very stüpid plothole. Someone he's been plotting to take down for a while.
* There's also this one I always found annoying: The Kill!ng of Robin by Joker. We haven't even seen a Batman movie and he's already kill!ng off characters —off screen for that matter. If he even showed the story on-screen I would have appreciated it. For a director task with building a universe kill!ng off characters without fleshing them out and plotlines and you're expecting everyone to buy it like that.
But his Darkseid showdown in Apokolips would have been glorious tho.
Like I said.....it's all vibes and insha'Allah with that universe. There's so many structural problems not to like even if you're the most optimistic DC fan. Snyder verse sucks but Snyder fans will never admit - the writing sucked ass all the movies were either mid or bad. Superman's personality was so different from the comics that it looked like he had no future. Cavill was an awesome cast but his writing was bad🤷🏾♂️. So I'm sincerely glad Snyder verse is done |

samistry: But ign said mufasa is the superior movie with a 8/10 rating while sonic got 6/10. Bro IGN has lost their authenticity, most of their reviews are personal attacks and just plain bias or probably they get paid for their positive reviews. oyaskii: The movie just go to show, that politics and power tussle exists everywhere and is just as fierce, even in the church. The tribalism and division you see in our country today, didn't start from thin air. I know some parishes that won't vote in a CWO president who isn't a tribe of where the church is located...same Catholic faith o, but tribal division comes in.
lol I saw a Black Man, a Nigerian for that matter ascending the papacy with relative ease, and i said absolutely no way 😅, i just knew they were gonna find some dirt to nuke him 😩😩.
The movie was good, not action driven, but the dialogues carried enough weight to fully explore all the scheming and twists going on.
I thought that final twist was a bit too "woke" and not needed, as the movie would have been fine without it....Good film nonetheless. Church politics is worse than normal politics in some countries |

BlackManta: The views confirms that the interest is there...
It's not enough for box office success because there's still work to be done. The marketing for this movie has to be very good and the movie has to be well recieved by movie goers and critics.
But having a successful trailer debut does give them an early advantage. It's up to studio to build on that hype and deliver a great movie. Yeah, it's literally left for them to manage the hype |

Only a shit head magat would drag his vacuous politics into discussions on entertainment. Even the russophiles have more sense than that. what kind of person runs around telling people if you're a star they let you do it? what kind of mans storms dressing rooms of underage children?
please keep your trump worship out of here
you have your golden calf and you are free to worship it
effing lunatic conservatives injecting their trump worship into every conversation You're probably sincerely and utterly dumb if you think your favourite actors or celebrities in the 80s and 90s are saints and have never said anything derogatory about women esp when they were literally making movies about sexualizing young girls and no one complained at that time. The only reason Trump was targeted for what he said at that time was because he was running for office from a different political party😏. And also you're sincerely dumb and retard*d (looks like you are already) if you think that's cause for charging someone for rap*. The person who said he rap*d her literally went on air - not crying or even traumatised but talking about how proud of her self she was and how much money she would make. Trump just recently won 15 million dollars for defamation against ABC News for the rape defamation and is filing a lawsuit against the alleged rape victim - he'd probably win that too probably to shut you fckin assholes. This is not even about Trump but about how retard*d folks like you support liars simply because you don't like that particular person. If Trump was not famous or rich- you can imagine the ruin it can create for an innocent person's life. I hope it never happens to you simply because you talked to a woman |

I've been hearing SONIC tracking better at the box office for about 2 weeks now over MUFASA. Paramount's pic is also better well received compared to Disney's.
Fingers crossed on legs both later amass. Paramount has been taking Ls throughout the year- glad they have a win. Mufasa is also not tracking well internationally. Omo! |

oyaskii: I think we can have polarising viewpoints on movies....No?.
For the hype and praises it is getting, imo, the actual movie is nothing close to that. I was expecting some kind of depth, but it's all just surface and lacked any form of originality or "freshness" that Neon indie films tends to stand for. Nothing particularly stands out in the flick tbh, too generic for the Oscar and award shouts it is getting.
Same thing with "The Florida Project" (2017) by the same filmmaker, it was praised to the high heavens,.only for me to see it and it was a total borefest. we can have polarising viewpoints on movies... Of course and I can also disagree with your viewpoint. Probably you may have to understand after a 2nd watch🤷🏾♂️. It's not a perfect movie in anyway but it's definitely not a 5 |

abduleez1: ANORA.......8.9/10
A thrilling watch from start to finish. Didn't expect it to be this sexüally expl!c!t but it was refreshing.
It's a story about a forbidden love story between a strippér and a Russian oligarch's son. Really cool cinematography and lighting. Wildly funny and enjoyable. Rich writing and acting..... I loved the organic mixture of English and Russian in the movie. Fitted so perfectly between the characters interchanging between English and their ancestral Russian. The movie isn't really deep on delivering a message but more focused on personal journeys and wild adventure. It's a look into the lives of immigrants and séx workers. A richly put together piece of storytelling.
The sexual tension between Anora and Igor was well done and performed. Kudos to the writer-director Sean Baker.
There's a subplot of having all the money in the world won't buy you a woman's affection. Igor didn't do much except for a few gestures and still secured the kitty.
Mikey Madison surely has Hollywood's gaze firmly set on her. Arguably one of the best movies of the year and I can see the hype. I had mad fun watching this. Don’t understand how oyaski thinks it’s mid |
