khanivorous: The level of arcane deek riding on this thread is ballistic.
Arcane season 2 is a farcry from the hype bombarded on it here.
Even arcane fans know that at the back of their minds, there is that itch saying: the season 2 is not even close to the hype they giving it.
Arcane season 2 is a glorious 5/10.
You know it, you know it and yes! YOU!!! It was the first series I downloaded for a long time- I can't even finish a single episode without sleeping. Kaycee still deek riding this shit series because he's been over hyping too much. Can't still believe people think it's the best series Netflix has every made. It's just too artsy for no significant reason and they just made it about girls kissing with no significant plot people can actually understand without scratching their head |

GracieX3: The tax cut is a regressive one. If everyone had a similar tax cut of 5%, that is fair. But Trump's regressive tax made richer people to have more benefit.
You can argue with yourself over Trump. I'm not interested in MAGA propaganda. Thanks for saying it's fair because that's exactly it! What's MAGA propaganda😂 by the way? you leftists own every media company plus Hollywood in the United States - you're literally the biggest propaganda machine in the world. When you don't have a significant argument you call it propaganda 😂 |

GracieX3: Is it not the same Trump that did tax cuts that heavily benefitted the rich in 2017? The people that earned over 450k Dollars a year benefitted the most from the tax cuts
Or is it not the same Trump who crippled many Labour laws protecting the working class?
https://www.epi.org/publication/ten-actions-that-hurt-workers-during-trumps-first-year/ the fact that your news source is EPI of all publications says something about your bias. The labor law that affected those workers enacted at that time was not executively ordered by the Trump administration but by the 2/3 majority of the senate that was controlled by the Senate which were Democrats but they didn’t say that😂. Also, definitely tax cuts generally favour rich people and also a booming economy especially in a capitalist system but also the middle benefits exceedingly also - are you too dumb to understand?? And why's that a bad thing- if a rich person has 2mil and a middle class person has 200k and they both get a 15% increase in their income surely the rich guy makes more money but the middle class does too that's what a tax cut mean - isn't that equal?🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ either you don't understand simple math or you just listen to what you want to hear |

Palehair: I don't even know where to start. I never disputed the fact that the dems have lost the plot this last four years, even I think they lost the plot way before that when they started to push Hilary down everyone's throats knowing her track record when we all wanted Sanders and when the billionaires starting cozying up to Harris, I knew we were cooked hence why I didn't vote for them but 4-12 years isn't going to cancel out the fact that they were for the middle class compared to the republicans.
Also like I said "the left" is way different from democrats and most leftists tend to identify with the democratic party but the far left wants nothing to do with billionaires, infact most of the far left believes they shouldn't exist as they are a giant strain on capitalism so many of them will be supporting the Dems to save face and fool the masses onto thinking they are for them because without us, they are nothing but many of us are done drinking their Kool aid I typed a whole freaking show before😭😭 The Democratic party is no longer for its people but for lobbyists and bureaucrats who love war🤷🏾♂️. Regardless the left is also being brainwashed to hate the Republicans and Trump for 8 years with lies from the media they control🤷🏾♂️. It's difficult to switch from being a Republican to a Democrat now. By the way what do you think of abortion as a leftist |

GracieX3: Spoken like a poor man.
Trump favours the rich. In fact, at the presidential level, you favour the rich first before you do anything for the common man.
Keep spouting Trump propaganda. You will soon be buying Trump holy water. You're simply too dumb to understand English. What policies has Trump created to favour ONLY the rich? I'm very sure you can't answer this question because you're an NPC who just reads headlines🤮 Why will 74% of middle class voters even working Hispanics vote for Trump if he didn't favour them and their families during his presidency. Elon Musk made up to 100 billion almost immediately Trump won but people forget every Tesla employee has shared and they tripled their shares too. The rich make a lot of money and the middle class benefit too. It's like you're saying the reduction in gas prices and groceries only affected rich people 🤦🏾♂️ please be smart don't be stupid |

Palehair: Democrats and leftists are two different things. Even at that, most billionaires didn't take a side publicly in this election because the left hates them so why will they advocate for a party that don't think they should exist. I personally voted for Trump (not proud of it) but let's not come out here to pretend the democratic party isn't the party of the middle and working class Americans Looks like you’ve not been following real news for a long time. The Democrat party have significantly changed this past 4 years - if you go through documentaries about why the Democrats lost on both sides - a majority said the Democrats forgot the middle class and working class even Bernie Sanders said exactly the same thing. And like I said 80% of US billionaires support the Democratic party not publicly but through donations🤷🏾♂️. Right now the Democrats are the elites - they lord over the Pentagon, the media, the US Military and you're still saying the Dems are still for the working class. Please work on new information. The Republican Party have vastly changed |

Palehair: It’s typical of Hollywood to always insert themselves in the culture for them to feel better about themselves and fool their fans so I'm not surprised they are still doing it today. In this anti-capitalist "eat the rich" era, they are trying to get in with the culture to show that they care which is an honest gesture because I think if you have a voice to enact change, you should use it but the gesture itself is capitalistic because it's completely disingenuous and this isn't a new thing, it's been happening since the stars of the silver screen era. Do I need to bring up Jane Fonda's Vietnam war antics that gave her the nickname Hanoi Jane yet she refused sign an ad by fellow anti-war activist because it criticized one side of the war or John Lennon and his animal rights activism whereas baba values his fur coats than Yoko Ono?
People could swallow their fake activism back in the day even though they don't follow what they preach but not today with social media announcing their every move. Almost all of them released or continued their lifestyle brands this year from Reynolds to The Rock and if you go into the production of these products, you will find shady dealings from child labor to flouting labour laws abroad to make them cheaper etc, I remember how they panned Beyonce for singing about capitalism when she benefits from it, she released 4-5 products this year alone with most of them exposed for using child labor where these kids are just paid with water same with Rihanna and her Fenty line yet they will get on social media to advocate for change. The only thing they owe us is their art and nothing more because if they truly cared, they will try to understand the struggles of the everyday man by living our lives but they are cooped up in their mansions living their rich lives while benefiting from the capitalist culture they are fighting against.
Say what you will about Tom Cruise but he has really grown as young Tom was obsessed with the spotlight and wanted everyone to know everything about his personal life and thoughts only for it to backfire because of his cult association but he was smart enough to follow the money by keeping mute for years which is gradually changing. He's been criticized for keeping mute on world issues and only showing up when he wants to sell something, his team must be taking note because he's getting back into the spotlight like joining the roster on the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympics and supporting Simu Liu when he accused white people of cultural appropriation but he's taking time not to overdo it because he already has the scientology cult and their antics and his gay rumors ontop, he's not going to add progressive SJW to the mix
Sorry for the essay but the hypocrisy is just too much with these people, at least we know what we are getting with a dumb ex IndecentStar like Stallone but these ones wearing progressive skins when they are far from progressives are truly snakes and majority of them voted for Trump because they know they will get richer with him but gave out the fake woke persona for TV platitudes Actually a large majority of them voted for Scamala Harris - they weren't being hypocrites. Also it's fake news that a Trump administration favours only the wealthy that's bullshit - 80% of US billionaires sponsor Democrats |

I have seen a handful of these brats, saying they are leaving the states for 4 years 😂, like what does that even solve??. Some others are saying they are leaving twitter, the one that irked me more, was Gabriella Union making a note saying she was leaving twitter, like wtf? I don't be going on twitter,to see fking Gabriella Union of all people tweets, like i hardly even follow movie stars and celebrities in general on socials because I live in a different reality from them. My own is that, if you are leaving twitter or X, just leave, don't give any notice, nobody cares jeezz...
Even Kamala that is directly involved isn't taking it this hard...These guys seriously needs to stfu and hold their L for the next 4 years. Actually, a Trump presidency will favour both the upper class and middle class that's the reason 70% of the working class voted for him |

IjeBos: Yes, half the Dem Party is, while 100% of the Republicans are. Dems fought against Citizens United which created these dark money pacs. Dems are for public financing of Campaigns to take out the billionaire class from elections. What are Republicans for that would make anyone think they want the richest out of politics?
You're critique sounds like what the Palestinians in Michigan just did. They were mad that the Dems weren't pushing hard enough to stop the War in Gaza so they elected someone who would allow Israel to do more than that. Trump just nominated Huckabee who doesn't believe in the 2 state solution as Israel ambassador and Stefanik who believes Israel should get everything they want for total victory as UN ambassador.
At times you cut off your nose to spite your face. Dems aren't perfect in this regard but light years better than Republicans. 😂😂😂 Dems are not for billionaire funding but billionaires funded up to 400 million of their campaign budget😂 and I hope you know 70% of Trump's campaign was funded by normal people. Trump raised 15 million dollars in 24 hours after his mugshot was released. 80% of US billionaires have given to the Democrats for the last 6 elections and you're really saying they're not the elitists 😂 you sincerely don't know shit about history. Israel has always been one state. In 2004 - Israel decided to transport 10,000+ of their citizens away from Gaza for peace sake even though they didn't need to. Instead of living peacefully - Hamas took over Gaza and kept on building missiles for years against the law they signed. Why would you live with an enemy that wants to kill your whole citizenry in your backyard? If Hamas doesn't wave a white flag they should all be tracked down and killed |

I would argue that the demos have a faction of nutcases, radical lefts that give the entire group a bad name. They are also the same group that didn't support Kamala because of Palestine..
Unborn babies die all the time. I don't think this is relevant matter. It was just used as a proxy by repubs to stir up women into voting for them. Thanks for asking!!! It is actually a movement that started in Arkansas, Iowa, New Jersey and New Hampshire (the last 2 states are Democrats!) to make it easier for kids from 14 to 17 years old to work longer and later – and in occupations that were previously off-limits for minors to allow young adults to develop their skills in the workforce.” In the 8 states that tried to re-enact it - they were losing almost 46% of their workforce in the manufacturing, agriculture and mining business to white-collar jobs in the city so they wanted to ensure the young generation could develop skills like working in the farms with permission from their parents and for extra working hours if they wanted to. The articles made it look like they were forcing poor kids to work when in fact they were trying to ensure legacies in the deep South don't die out because when this kids grow to 18 they lose interest in actual farm work and blue collar jobs. The law also ensured the young adults are still paid minimum wages or even more if it's a company. Also for the abortion thing - if you actually understand what abortions actually entail - you'd know how evil it is |

IMAliyu2: The party working to loosen child labor regulation, tax cuts for the wealthy, and for union busting. They are good at populist messaging compared to the Dems The Democrats even with their flaws and stubbornness are still more amicable to being pushed in the right direction. Give an instance under Trump's presidency were only wealthy people benefitted from his tax cuts and it didn't affect middle class workers? You keep repeating exactly the same lies with no evidence because you're party tells you what to think. Have you ever gone to another source why some Republicans (which are mostly old Republicans like Mike Pence) want Union busting - you actually dont - you only report from sources that are totally bias for Democrats. Unlike you - I actually try to understand the news from different sources both the left and right because I'm neither. The Democrats have been in power for 12 years in the last 18 why have they not cut taxes from the rich or do the wonderful tax cuts for poor and middle class individuals until Trump created it - the only thing they have actually done that even was a bad investment was given aids to people all the time increasing inflation and making sure black people don't want to work because they believe they didn't have to. Ask yourself this question- what have they not don't this wonderful things for the past 12 years? |

IjeBos: I forgot you have little understanding of US politics. That you think Republicans care about the working class says it all. Google Trickle Down Economics. Or better yet try to find any bills the Republicans have passed in the last 20 years that benefit the lower or middle class. Or look at their push to kill labor unions which led to the growth of the middle class. Or their push to kill overtime. Or their push to kill workers protection regulations Or their resistance to increase the minimum wage Or the deregulations for Wall St. Or just look at their push to loosen child labor laws in favor of business. All these policies do one thing. Favor business profits over the workers.
You sound like a politics neophyte and a political illiterate. I can't take you seriously. You should get a US Politics for Dummies book to figure out what party believes what. The fact you’re quoting Alex Finch from AP the same person that was part of the people who claimed Tulsi Gabbard is a Russian spy shows how stupid you’re and little you know about mal-information. If you actually want to know the reason why Republican are loosening the grip on child labour laws you would but you don't want to escape your bubble. Like I've always said I'm not even a Republican - I just believed all political parties have big flaws of but you're a Democrat who believes Dems are for the working class and you can't even defend your party, isn't that hypocritical and senseless. Like I've been saying you're a bot who just repeats what your party wants you to think. Think for yourself for once in your life. Your party said killing unborn babies is awesome and your wiring tells you you should believe that. For the last 50 years, republicans will ruin the economy and democrats step in to fix it. That’s why it’s obvious anyone who said they’re voting for Trump for the economy is either a big fat liar, a band wagoner or someone with the memory of a fish.
Republicans on average always have net negative job growth and all the negative markers of a failing economy. If they are so good at leading, the republican states won’t be the lowest rated in education, highest In poverty and lowest in healthcare access. What they want is to keep holding onto their hate and voting that way while benefiting from economic prosperity that California and the likes bring to the country.

IjeBos: Reading these posts from Nigerians who've never stepped foot in the US, noone should be suprised Nigeria looks the way it does. From cheering outright Corruption to looking fwd to "axes to Grind". The government to them is purely a vehicle for personal wealth and vendettas. They are so consumed with their personal grievances and story lines they've lost grasp of the larger picture.
Put your acolytes on the Supreme Court so every matter goes your way. Put you defense attorney and friend in the role of AG and Deputy AG so no one can prosecute your misdeeds and they can go after your enemies. Put your acolytes in Congress so no one there can reign you in and no one can stop the graft. And even when your acolytes in Congress are against what you do, just go around them. Everyone is an enemy and any guardrail is an unnecessary constraint to be demolished. How's that working out for you in Nigeria?
The ones complaining the hardest about these picks are members from Trump's own party. The founders created the US with Checks and Balances so no person esp. the President could be a king because they left Great Britain where they felt they were persecuted.
I guess you guys know better than the system of government that's worked well for over 200 years. Again, how is this strongman government working out for you in Nigeria? I wish I could reply in VN - I cant type too much so all I can say is this opinion is dogshit. Unlike Dems who decide who to put instead of the President. Trump is taking the Roosevelt route - put your closest allies so he can actually run the government instead of nameless bureaucrats. Franklin Roosevelt, Andrew Jackson and Ronald Reagan did exactly the same thing and they’re still considered one of the best presidents in the US. ijebosb: Telling people they should educate themselves is condescending? Of course someone from the Tribe of Degenerates would think so.
There are many ways to get a cheap degree in the US. Community Colleges and state colleges are a few. But that is the point. The people that didn't go those routes generally don't have the desire for greater understanding or self growth.
And yes, people who don't study generally make poorer decisions in everything they do. Studying or learning generally gives you a greater set of options and accompanying results to see before you make decisions. Your argument is that someone should reinvent the wheel every time they need to do sometime. It's such an asinine argument it can only be made by someone who doesn't think much about anything. OMG! This is actually the last time I'll actually have a serious discussion with you because you're so distant from actual reality that it's mindboggling - normal people would read this atrocious statement and consider if you're either retarded or you're just a child at the keyboard. The fact you still think going to college makes you smarter in freaking 2024! 65% of polled Americans have said colleges are irrelevant due to high inflation and the rise to the cost of living Forty-one percent of current college students reported they had thought about “stopping out” — or withdrawing for at least one term — in the past six months. That’s up from 37% in 2021 and 34% in 2020. Among adults without a degree who aren’t currently enrolled, 55% reported program costs as a “very important” reason why they’re not in college, while 45% blamed concerns about affordability due to inflation and 38% cited the need to work. Cost is also the biggest barrier to re-enrolling for those who had stopped out, with 54% saying it was a very important reason why they hadn’t returned to school. If you actually think anyone in his right mind would choose community college and waste a year of his life learning something he or she will never use to make money or help his life when he could use that time to learn computer science or do something actually useful then you're just dumb 48% of Americans believe most college degrees are actually irrelevant esp due to inflation so wtf are you saying. Most people in America are working class citizens - that poll would never have called them illiterates if Kamala Harris had won. They're not un-educated but are working class citizens. If you actually think this country would survive if everyone in America started going to college for 4-6 years then you're just hilariously stupid and it's not a joke but a FACT. This are the people that work in the manufacturing industry, build freaking 200ft ships and maintain them everyday, build space ships, feed your hopeless insulting belly everyday but simply because they don't have a paper they're not worth salt to YOU because you went to a college that looks like they actually didn't teach you jack shit about how America functions and they didn't. IjeBos: Nice graph for Raumdeuter who believe feelings are better than Economic Data. Groceries are as affordable now as during Trump's presidency before Covid. Prices went up but so did wages.
What's wild is even during the peak of inflation, groceries were more affordable than they were during the 1st 2 years of Trump's presidency. You're simply an absurdist😂 are you actually in America? Because it looks like you're not |

N3TRAL: I'm Agnostic Atheist.
Started questioning things as a teenager. I'd go on social media platforms and argue for hours against religion. I hated it back then.
Now, I'm indifferent. No arguments with theists. I just want money, a blissful career and a sweet girl. I'm a practicing Christian who was an atheist most of my life so I get you🤷♂️ |
