OhBritannia: Rings of power season 2 episode 7 is a solid ONE million/10 for me.
Ladies and gentlemen!!! this is the best episode so far since they started this project, this episode could easily be the finale and i am even suprise they made it a finale before the grand finale. Now this is what i am talking about, this is what we have all been talking about, instead of other networks to use fillers to waste our time and then expect us to wait till next year or two to give us wars we have been waiting for, they should learn from what the rings of power has done with this season 2.
Proper top of the notch bloody, no mercy war and fights.
This episode is just top notch. Dialogues 10/10 Blood and gore 10/10 Cinematography 10/10 Action and war 10/10. Plots 10/10.
I swear, i can't wait for the episode finale next week and now that arda has gotten a ring, next episode will be bloody.
Though to not drop spoilers, there are some sad deaths in this episode though, some people died that made me feel sad.
We keep talking about how deep this project is that in this episode 7 that's a masterpiece, they didn't even show us Numenor and it's people or the Harfoots and yet the episode is a masterpiece. This is just to tell you how deep this series is and now i understand why they committed 5 seasons to this awesome project.
Anyways, let's see what the episode finale will bring to us.
Will Durin arrive with his dwarf armies or not.
Ladies and gentlemen!!! I am fully and 100% entertained.
Blink twice if the show-runners are holding you hostage👀
kendrick9: **Spoiler**** I heard he dies. Is it true? Haven't played the game. If so i wonder how the show can cope without having it's leading star Pedro in future installments
I think they'll divide the game story to two seasons - if not, he'll die in the first or second episode - from there- it's feminist and girl boss propaganda - tiny Ellie slaughtering grown up men with ease - like how every girl can do - GIRL POWER 🤲🏾🙌🙌
Ishilove: Maybe because I know a little bit about the history of Dahomey and the Amazons, that's why I have never felt inclined to watch the movie. I don't quite appreciate Hollywood's retelling of a story that involved slavery
Exactly, they retelling the story of Africans written by non-Africans, acted by Americans
If they stick to the game story and its development, 80% of people are going to hate it. You can't imagine the amount of hate coming to anyone playing Abby (let her get ready for death threats) as a player of the game- it's a masterpiece in storytelling but in game play to narrate the story - it sucked!! Everyone hated the game play.
Tiny Spoiler: If you thought the LGBTQ stuff was much in the season 1 😂😂😂 you haven't seen anything- they brought an LGBTQ expert to write the story for the game -I'm very certain it'll get banned in most countries because it'll also be like watching child porn because the actress who plays Ellie still looks like a child - that's one of the main reasons everyone despised the game NB: The way they keep advertising Pedro Pascal is false advertising imo
myami: Armadeo, illusioneffect, bankygee, ishilove, guys I was watching the woman king and during the war scene between the agojie and the oyo fighters, the oba told his men to retreat which they did resulting in a stalement. Next scene I saw, the oyo fighters were carting away prisoners of war from the agojie soldiers. This got me wondering, how did they capture this ladies since they retreated?
If I remember correctly, It resulted in a stalemate but some ladies were stuck on the other side of the battle wounded and unconscious resulting in their capture
T1 and t2 that's all. The others didn't make any sense.
T3 was wack. T4 was horrid t5 was horrible with Spartacus friend and dragon queen. T6 was laughable an aging terminator. They actually tried to explain an old Arnold.
T1 and T2 are it. Then the anime was just there for me.
BankyGee: That Maharaja movie you recommended was so good. I let my review twice and got banned twice. I don't know why. It's indeed one of the best movies of 2024
samistry: I recommend the original and it's sequel, judgement day. Then maybe salvation. Skip the rest.
This might be only me but I preferred Terminator 3 way better than the first film- maybe it's nostalgia because it was my first time seeing a nude woman in a movie when I was a child. Kristina Loken was just drop dead gorgeous and still is and the movie still lives up today
And from the rumors I'm hearing his contract is just for a year and doesn't include a movie deal. Which lends to the reasoning that he might be killed off? Or Parallax?
oyaskii: First off... Impeccable choice of trailer song, just scintillating..."Pixies" where is my mind" is such a pristine choice 👏🏿
Secondly... Yeah this look so good, like it's actually the first MCU project that has gotten me excited to look forward to in awhile, based off this visuals.
Thirdly....is that Buckky!😭....
I am so so awakeeee 😩.
Still very skeptical - Marvel is now like a bag of stones and gold. Besides, the writing& creative team overhaul happened after this movie got filmed - it's still likely the same team behind Antman Quantumania. The Director's show Skeleton Crew is also coming up. Maybe the re-writes and date pushbacks did something let's see
SOZINN: You've always been a clown. When someone chooses to defend what he's passionate about then you remember that there's no cash handouts involved and he's not on the planning committee with the executives. You and this your consistent bullshit, whenever you don't agree with someone we start seeing crap like this. 😂
phr0nesis: I pity who de follow IGN rating. If those guys give any show a high rating, just know it will soon get cancelled
Exactly😂. IGN gave The Penguin pilot a 5/10 - pilot episode that's one of the best pilots I've ever watched but they gave Agatha the lesbian witch an 8 - series that won't last
LifestyleTonite: The story of Jesus Christ is bigger than what you know. The reason why anyone can claim to be bored of it is simply because the person rejected Jesus. Jesus appears in almost every passage of the bible, right from Genesis to Revelation. Only his own can see him in those pages.
Most people don't even know that after Jesus died, he went to hell fire to suffer for our sins before God resurrected him and brought him back to life. Mel Gibson might explore that.
The nigg* is saying the story of Jesus Christ is overtold when in actuality it's in decline, not everyone understands the resurrection right now- most people in the United States have never EVER read the Bible or go to church so it'll definitely be new to a lot of people in a time when no one wants to make Christian movies or talk about Jesus because they'll cringe - it's what the Devil will definitely say- 'the gospel is so overtold'🤦🏽♂️ when it definitely isn't! Most people don't even know the influence of the Passion of the Christ when it came out - children were giving their life to Christ - it prompted massive pilgrimages to Israel at the time and people coming out publicly to declare their faith. Why not capture that essence again when the message is in decline through the visual telling of the resurrection that no one has ever captured on a grand scale in Hollywood. People forget everything in the first movie only happened for 12 hours
oyaskii: It's a good thing to thoroughly think before you spew any rubbish to avoid making badly informed statements especially in a fora like this, you might look like a dunce thereafter if not.
😂Wow, and I actually thought you were the smart one here. I won't trade insults with anyone here all because I'm trying to make a valid point - it'll be asinine and 'pre-teen like' to do that. You are simply just ignorant about how the business of Hollywood works right now. In your statement - you believe the story of the resurrection of Jesus Christ has been overtold?😂 That's actually very very untrue esp in Hollywood. If you count how many Christian movies in the last 10 years has recounted the resurrection of Jesus Christ - you won't count 5! That's not because it has been overtold but because Hollywood wants it to be ignored - no director or writer wants to make a 'Jesus' film because it'll hurt their career🤷🏽♂️ except you're already a well established director that can do whatever you want To real Christians - the story of Jesus can never be overtold esp in a time where there's a big decline in the adherence to Christianity esp here in the US - most people don't know much about the resurrection I can tell you that🤷🏽♂️ and to those who do - it's a welcome development to actually see it on a big screen after a long time. The people who you see making fun of the idea of a Jesus Christ movie on X are not the intended audience and they're likely not to even watching if it's any other Christian movie. You said people don't want to watch a Christian movie. I can't tell you how excited Christians in the US are to watch a Christian movie from a well-acclaimed director in Hollywood. You forget Twitter is not a real place - people in Missouri, the deep South will definitely watch because it's nostalgic🤷🏽♂️ and they haven't watched a Christian movie on a big screen since no Christian movie has opened in >1500 theatres in years
pu7pl3: Oh I forgot, you were in those meetings with Mel Gibson and them. No wonder you're here fighting tooth and nail cos you'll get a cheque for it.
LMAO Blockbuster kor Icepicker ni
Queen, Mel and Caviezel have had countless interviews about the movie and it's even on wikipedia and if you can't call a movie that made 600 million plus on a 30 million dollar budget a blockbuster in the early 2000s - maybe you don't know anything about movies
pu7pl3: Before you start crying answer this; what does "Passion of Christ" mean?
There are thousands of stories in the Bible you can pick from and nobody will complain, if they wanted to do a remake then just come out and do it and not say it's a sequel. Part 2 my foot.
Except the director and the studio never said it's a sequel, get your facts right Queen! Do you actually think an independent studio will drop the name 'Passion of the Christ' - a project that made them a profit of more than half a billion because of grifters on Twitter - if they're making a movie about Jesus Christ - why would they drop the name 'Passion' when it can even mean something else. A director, writer and producer of a film who has been working on a script for 10 years to tell a different story of Jesus Christ would drop the name that'll give his movie instant recognition because he wants to please internet grifters and people who don't care about the story of Jesus Christ. The people who actually care don't mind it at all🤷🏽♂️ unfortunately for you guys. They're mostly glad they'd see another blockbuster about their Saviour once again🤷🏽♂️
ShaqFu: Well they have some story to tell, the one of Jesus' resurrection. How an angel came to remove the stone, those he met, how he met his disciples, how he proved to them he is Jesus etc, generally, it's going to be one big bore fest. Lol
Sorry the story of Jesus Christ will bore you, you've heard it a thousand times so I'm not surprised. But a great screenplay never bores no matter how many times you've heard it. I read the Lord of the rings books a thousand times before I ever got to watch the movie anr it never bores me whenever I watch it. If the screenplay is creative enough - it'd never bores anyone - that's why some movies are called classics
Kaycee7: Back when I heard about this, I think it was titled The Resurrection of Christ. Maybe they're still workshopping the title
Most of Hollywood hates Mel Gibson so they'd would do anything to discredit the movie🤷🏽♂️ I'm not surprised they decided to leave out what the story could be about so people can jab on the idea of a 'sequel' even when the studio nor the director or writer said it was
pu7pl3: I think I saw this post this morning and I wanted to comment but I was like nah, I won't watch it anyways cos what other story do you want to tell that you named it part 2. Fucking dumbos
I think what is actually the dumbest thing is believing the Story of Jesus Christ has an end.
Even though there's already a plot - the screenplay can be about any thing. You guys act like making adaptations from a finished book like Lord of the Rings is ok but from the Bible is dumb??🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
The only reason Mel Gibson never made a Resurrection sequel is because of the controversy surrounding his personal life and the difficulty in writing a screenplay for a vastly told story and bringing it visually has been a daunting task for him.
I can't believe you guys think telling a biblical story is dumb🤦🏽♂️ when the first movie ONLY covered just 12 hours before his crucifixion and his death. Get a hold of yourselves.
oyaskii: I am not supposed to even laugh at this but the thought of this has me in stitches 😂😩. Like seriously, how will a sequel to "The Passion of Christ" even work?. The replies to the tweet are cracking me up 😂☠️.
Hollywood is so down bad at the moment, sequels and reboot here and there....They might actually need AI faster than they think, at this rate to write out screenplays for them fgs 😩
I'm sorry too say but you're just being ignorant🤷🏽♂️ if you've watched the first movie and do a bit of research, you'd know Mel Gibson has been working on a script for a sequel for 10 years and already had an idea the time The Passion came out. The movie would be about the events before, during and after the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The writers of the movie has written Oscar winning movies and had never written a bad movie EVER! People always hate on Mel Gibson but no one ever talks about how he has never made a bad movie yet. I'm totally looking forward to this movie🙏. People always make fun of Christian movies and I'm not surprised🤷🏽♂️
Yemike: Claudia isn't in the picture, her character is too young for that. Season 1 has got vibes and the eccentric Mr Lioncourt made it lively. S1 isn't gay, it's more of a straight relationship. I'll swap Amad for Mr Lioncourt. The girl that play Claudia in s1 really nailed it, don't know why they change her sha. Small, petite, pitiful but deadly Claudia.
The actress just grew up😂. JA though, it was due to contractual obligations
