It could be the over 580,000 people who voted Obi, or the over 75,000 that voted Atiku, or just random people who didn't even vote. It's without logic to assume anyone you see in Lagos is for Tinubu. That said, I notice that agriculture is not among the growth sectors. Which makes perfect sense to those of us who're close to the sector. The government is still taking weak and tokenistic measures and pretending agric is fine without addressing any of the real problems of that sector. I hope they wake up.

You're correct about the drag on agriculture. The states are also chiefly responsible for real, fast and sustainable effect. They are closest to the people and own the land administratively. i personally don't like the performance of the agric minister so far by the way. But the FG is not pretending. They've been working hard with Brazil and others especially as regards animal husbandry. The president still took some governors there recently for that purpose and i believe we'll start seeing fruits from next year.

You missed the point. i didn't say your local players are popular, plus i don't watch football and will struggle to mention players in any league globally except very popular. The point again is very simple, improving and making your local league vibrant and interesting doesn't stop you from connecting to the global and major leagues. We've had it good for companies and banks as promised since he took over. Petrol subsidy removal, Fx liberalization and floatation, Student loan scheme - Nelfund, Consumer Credit Corp, Electricity Act Amendment, Tax reform, LG autonomy, Super Highways are part of what were promised and we've gotten these already.
