You asked if their intelligent voting helped them. To compare them to Lagos, we need to make adequate and logical comparisons. |

Goddyrichie: for ur information I don’t support any political parties and I’m not an ibo guy b4 una talk say LP na Igbo get ham but let look at it since apc and PDP Don Dey rule us what development that come out from this country what achievement why can’t we try another party and see instead of us to do that we scatter it because of tribalism and religion that’s really really bad and sad in this country We have tried LP in Ondo state and APGA in Anambra. No significant positive difference. We may try another man, not party because the system is almost same. Nigerians remain Nigerians. They don't change based on party and largely lack political ideology and vision. The man in Lagos has done very very well, compared to 35 others. He appears to be the same tribe, religion and state of origin as the LP guy so it's not a decision based on what you imply. |

Don't cry foul after the choice is made. |

structureless party may win lagos?? Na wah oooooooo...
This life ehnnnn.....just try wateva dey ur mind...even if it looks like all odds are against you....... You still fail to understand simple politics. Politics and elections is a game of numbers. LP lacked and still lacks the structure to win a presidential election. It doesn't mean that they don't have places where they are strong but their strength is not enough nationally, they lack the spread and structure. That's simple arithmetic. The factors of tribe, religion and poor FG performance/policies played out heavily in favour of LP as people voted against the ruling party. Those factors are largely removed in state governorship elections. There's no North versus South or tribe versus tribe battle or Muslim Muslim ticket emotions to vote against here. So most states will not have the effect like presidential. Only ipobic dominated areas like South East and social media warriors dominated areas like Lagos and Abuja can have strong LP showing. Evidently, no Abuja elections, so remains Lagos. That's why i didn't write them off for Lagos. Doesn't mean LP will win. |

Okwyjesus: Those people that voted BAT in SW states did they vote emotionally or intelligently Some emotionally, more intelligently. They saw through Obi's tribal and religious campaign. They are also eyewitnesses to Tinubu's governance and vision of Lagos, a clear track record other candidates could not boast of. |

Draslo: Bro remove Lagos from there. Last last they will come and say Lagos elections were rigged LoLz, you are right though but Lagos has to be on its toes. Of all states i never expected them to be so gullible at the elections. i understand Lagos is the home base of Obi's social media support, asides his ipobic driven fans in the South East. But i didn't expect them to override sensible people who don't fall for tribal and religious sentiments. |

CaptainFM1: Make the election just dey free, fair and credible. Make INEC make use of BVAS and lock-in all results at the polling units. And make parties no use thugs and voters suppressions. I think any candidate can win if all the above are followed. Any candidate doesn't just win elections. It is a game of numbers. The average person doesn't go through the stress of voting to gamble. They vote for what they know, that's the structure. |

HardMirror: from the control of tinubu. Simple. To what is the bigger picture and question. If Tinubu's control and vision places Lagos comfortably in the top 5 largest economies in Africa despite being the smallest state in Nigeria. Why cut the nose to spite the face? Why not deliver other 35 non performing states first and see if their deliverance is worth it? It's like having 36 businesses and one is performing well. You leave the 35 non performing and draining businesses and start dealing with the staff of the only one performing. It makes no sense. |

Won’t be a bad start.
The structure they’ve been asking for will soon structure. Don't overrate yourself or cry foul after Saturday elections. LP has nothing to win any state government elections except in the South East and maybe Lagos(which is an unfortunate thing). Vote intelligently, not emotionally. |

HUMANIIST: A child is born, and upon hitting puberty, discovers that he or she is attracted to the same gender. Confused at first, they wondered why they had no romantic attraction to the opposite gender. They feel differently, and without a support system they end up isolating themselves, trying to figure out the hows and whys. They never created themselves, nor do they have control over this attraction. But homophobia, propagated by religion, leads them to hate themselves, to the extent of suffering from internalised homophobia. This is when a homosexual fight and bullies other homosexuals to avoid suspicion. And they can be very convincing. In nature, we have counted over 1500 species that engage in homosexuality. Unfortunately, homophobia exists in one, humans. The beauty of life lies in our differences. You can't hate someone because of his race, beliefs or sexuality. Live and let live.
AndroidAI God doesn't expect us to be natural but spiritual, the natural man doesn't follow the things of God. Man is born a natural sinner, liar, thief, fornicator, swindler. You must be born again. |
