Ur A.M will surely come. It's clearly stated on the webpage of d embassy dat visa processing takes 4-6wks (sometimes even more or slightly longer than that, and sometimes much or slightly shorter than that).

I and my brother did interview same day, same time (just about 20seconds difference, because almost immediately after he entered CT 1, I entered CT 2).
We are going to d same school and same course, we did certification, application, funding, etc same time. We even got admission d same day/ time, we deferred simultaneously and got our deferral approval same day/time.

Yet, my A.M came within 3wks, his came after 6wks and 2 days.

I sent my int'l passport for visa stamping and within 2 days after getting to d embassy, it was stamped and sent back to me. He sent his, but his own stayed with d embassy for about 8-9days before it was stamped and sent to him.

So bros, just relax and be jubilating/rejoicing, knowing full well that u've crossed/passed the visa rejection stage.

Gurus .....is it possible for someone to use statement of result (university) in replace of the University certificate for student visa interview at the embassy.......the reason why I am asking is becus the school says the certificate is not ready .

Yeah house please... as regards to this issue . I ask Mr Paulinus last week becus I went for my block account opening. So I asked if it possible for someone to make use of a notarized photocopy transcript....he told me he does not know about it I should go inside the Consulate and make my findings. Although wen he ask for student to present transcript, he said it this way and I quote "if you have your transcript present it but if it's not applicable to you no problem " .....this where the exact words he said before I chipped my matter to him. Besides I have an original transcript but it's soft copy and that's why I ask him if the embassy would collect a notarized copy ....wat I intend doing is to present the original on my phone to the lawyer because without the original a notary public can't sign......
I tried getting my findings from the Consulate but they were like they know nothing about it ....that they are for Consulate..sometin like dat.

I have a sponsor that is ready to sponsor me, but he doesn't know how he can go about it to get the sponsorship letter in Berlin where he leaves. I explained every information I got here to him on how to go about it, that he should go to the Alien Office in Berlin and get the information needed.

He asked me how do I come about this information, If I stay in Germany. I told him, my friends that are schooling in Germany told me so. Whereas I got the information here. He then said I should get my friend contact in Berlin so he can ask them to explain better how they did theirs during there visa application. That what ever they say he will take it from there.

Please I need anyone Schooling in Berlin that used sponsorship Letter during he/she Visa application to help me explain to my sponsor better .

you are right. if you have the required documents and their number of copies and arrive at the venue on time and also adhere to his instructions and overlook his rants, you wouldn't have problems. why would someone come to an interview with cellphones and later you would be running upandan on where to drop it. I left mine at home and switched it off. Not having my phone for at least 4hrs would not kill me for a very important dream I am chasing. Even if you heard that visa fee is N28k please don't go with exactly 28k, go with extra money too, it is still your MONEY if the amount didn't pass 28k. People should get FOLDERS/BIG ENVELOPS and put their documents and avoid carrying bags or back-pack bags. I had a leather folder which I used to arrange my docs neatly during mine.People are the cause of the problems at the embassy and they would blame it on PAULINUS. Yes he rants arrogantly but that is well enough for everyone to adequately prepare one's self before going to the interview/venue

Mr Paulinius is not doing anything wrong rather,He does the screening so as to reduce stress for the consulars.If you arrange yourself very well,You won't have issues with him.

Imagine when you have appointment for 7 am and you arrived 7 30 am begging him to let you go inside..He also know the appropriate documents for all visas.

Can I still write a letter of motivation along with my other application documents to boost my chances of admission even if letter of motivation isn't part of the documents required for me to send. I have a 2.7/4 on the German scale hence d reason. I would appreciate candid suggestions

Thanks to all those who are kind enough to answer our questions here and put us through. The German embassy is rather tough. Please I have a question to ask. Is it compulsory to go with the WAEC direct scratch card for student visa interview? I mean, for pple like myself who are going for Masters and not undergrad? I have my student visa interview in March, so if I need one, I still have time to get it. Thanks in anticipation.

My questions is my university has a student copy transcript that can be given to a student with a signature from the Registrar and the official copy that has to be sent to a school.

Is it safe to post the student copy? And what does it mean? Saw it on uni-assist information: *Submit your certificates as legally attested copies in their original language*
