A sister who is a single mother rented an apartment three years back & never failed to pay house rent before due time, was given quit notice the same month she ought to pay her rent.
When she enquired from the landlord the reason behind the eviction, the landlord told her that he has increased the house rent, which is 150% to what she used pay. After pleading they both agreed at 100% but given only two weeks to make the payment. When the two weeks was due & she couldn't meet up, the landlord served her paper from the court the same week.
At the given date, she was present at the court alongside the landlord & they both signed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), then she was given 3months grace to pack out.
At the second month, she went with the driver to pack her belongings. At the process of packing out, the landlord called tout to beat her up 😭. She called me & she was really wounded.

capturing 1st of march
picked up passport on the 10th of march
wasnt DIY.

Meaning,it's true.
First WK of Feb to first of march is 1month
Then after capturing, you waited to 10thvof March

I got info. this evening that someone can't get passport within two weeks or 4weeks due to FG procedures, that's at least 6weeks or 8wks.
