where do you stay? You can get the galaxy nexus from 30 to 35k by a used phone i mean a tokunbo aka belgium phone. No matter your state there should be a place you can get tokunbo phones. PEOPLE SHE WANTS SOMETHING WITH OTA! NOT TECNO OR GIONEE OR THAT GALAXY CORE!

if you want an upgradeable phone u'll have to go for a UK used device. These are my suggestions: galaxy grand, galaxy s2, Htc one x, galaxy nexus, Htc one s, i'm most sure of the galaxy nexus because that's what i'm using now and it came with 4.3 jb but i'm running on 4.4.2 kit kat. Check the above phones on Google and Make your choice .
