I learnt swimming the hard way, i usually swim in the shallow part of the water (5ft), after sometime my friends encouraged me to swim the deeper part (12ft,).i jumped in only to stop swimming half way in the pool i called for help when i realised help wasnt coming,that was when i learnt how to truely swim i began to swim like an expart .i held my breath till i swam to d edge of the pool,.after then i now swim with confidence.

If only you know how much I envy you right now...
But how did you learn to swim in the shallow part, by yourself?

It was a challenge. I jumped in and woke up just for me to see eyes around me some pressing my stomach. But today I swim against the currents I love swimming in the rapids

After all the instructions, yet I was still afraid of the water,the next thing I knew the guy just pushed me unaware,since then the phobia has reduced. Its been long I swam,but I still remember how to.
No be small thing o,the moment he pushed me,its was an unforgettable moment. Fear is not a good thing,being inside the water is very soothing. So just try and get rid of your fear
