Who are his aspirants has nothing to do with the rule of law. He is saying what so ever the NWC is doing after Oshiomhole suspension without his Express approval is illegal. Having only one candidate for the primary won’t be Ok, when they are still looking forward to the eligibility of the sole candidate in court being an authentic registered member of the party and the waiver, whose fate will be decided after the primary on the 25th.
What if the judgement goes the other way after the primary, who will they present?

I can confidently tell you that Odubu is in the race. He'll be contesting with ize iyamu tomorrow in the primary. His campaign organization released a statement to that effect yesterday. Although, the arrangement is to throw up ize iyamu eventually as the winner but odubu will be in the primary with him as a back up plan.

What's the big deal about the letter? This was done to fill the vacant position of the then national secretary who left the nwc to contest for governorship election in yobe state.
