Election matters have a defined duration. I think it's 180 days at the tribunal and 60 daus at the appeal court.

I can confidently tell you that PDP will win in the 5 Esan local government. The two Ovia will go for PDP. Oredo will be scattered. The votes from Akoko Edo will be scattered, Kabiru Adjoto is there for that. I can't say about the Owans but I believe Pascal Ugboma will do justice for PDP there. I expect Etsako east and Central to lean towards Shuaibu. The west will be scattered.

Go and check the names of those that depended Degi at the high court. They only brought in some more experienced lawyers after the damage. In any case being a SAN doesn't define in totality how good you're as a lawyer. Some lawyers are not SANS but have won more cases than very many SANS.It was SAN that started recount of ballot papers a day to the end of the allotted time giving them to proof their case. In the end he got stuck in the middle of the exercise for want of time. That's what he would've done earlier and it would've helped the case of ize iyamu in 2016. They took the case to appeal court for time extension but were turned back to the tribunal.

My point is actually that you just can't say someone forged certificates on the basis of some discrepancies in names. Once the awarding body confirms that name in their archive that settles it. The rest is just to reconcile the names with an affidavit.

That someone has slight differences in a name doesn't amount to forgery. Once the issuing body confirms that the name went through the institution it kills the forgery allegation.

You can’t because of the urgency of an election adopt documents vide an affidavit that may or may not be yours ... No, it can be done at anytime. There's no time lag under the law to do it. It's not an affidavit of change of name.

There's no case here. Obtain confirmation from the various issuing bodies and backed with a simple affidavit of reconciliation of names.Tender them before the court, that will kill the case at the high court. That's what Degi failed to do because of arrogance and the inexperienced legal team that handled the case. I just did mine recently. I had three different names on my certificates before now. I had only my surname constant but the two other names were different in all the certificates.

If you see anyone crying about Oshiomhole campaigning for ize iyamu just know that he's either a sympathizer of obaseki or a pdp member. Ize iyamu can not win this election without Oshiomhole. The man is a nightmare to pdp and obaseki.
