If she was arrested for marrying two men then I suppose the police should arrest Mohammed Bello for marrying 86 women??

Romance › Re: A Hidden Truth: Depression: by InkedNerd(f): 9:25pm On Aug 21, 2010
This is a very serious and personal issue. I personally wouldn't run away. If you really care about that person you will take the time to find out why that person is/was depressed. There seems to be a problem in the black community with depression and mental disorder. No one ever wants to seek help and when one does seek help they are often ostracized undecided
wow inked_nerd. i'm actually very impressed. esp at the vegeterian part. there definitely arent a lot of nigerian vegeterians. how do your parents feel about that? how old are you?
lol i cook my food very well. the cereal, let's just say i ate 3 bowls of cereal lol. today i ate a ton of rice and chocolate. bad i kno but it tasted really good. i think i should eat more meat since protein's supposed to be good for muscles.

i also need exercises that target my arm fat without me having to lift weights.
i've decided that i can't be working out everyday because i will loose too much weight unless i compensate by eating more which means more money which i can't afford. lol
any simple arm work outs for the back/bottom of the arm/ the part that tend to be prone to flabbiness. i want to gain arm lean muscles to replace d fat.  but don't want to lose weight anywhere in my body. just to replace fat with lean muscles.
I'm 21 yrs old. Initially, my parents weren't too happy with the veg head transition. I didn't intentionally become a vegetarian, it was more of an accident than an intentional transition. I'm already a slim girl, so my parents thought that I had an eating disorder [which I don't], then they started to think it was a fad, and now they just don't know what to think. I doesn't stop them from laughing at me though. My mom always makes fun of me and says that when I have children that they'll starve or she'd tell me that when she comes to visit me when I move out that she'll bring her own food with her because she thinks I won't feed her "properly". I understand that the workouts can be quite tiring afterwards, so its best to eat some form of protein when your done. I doesn't have to be just meat, it can be chicken, turkey, fish (all fish is high in protein: tuna fish, salmon, shrimp, etc.), eggs & egg whites, beans, nuts, supplements (powders, shakes, bars, etc.). I don't think eating 3 bowls of cereal is a good idea [even though its tempting] wink]. There's nothing wrong with eating chocolate just remember to eat it in moderation. As for your arms, you can't really pick and chose what areas of your body to lose weight [chai, if only exercise were that simple grin] but you can help tone certain areas. Remember moderation is key. If you want, you could try using measuring cups when you eat so when you put the food on your plate/bowl, it can give you a better idea of how much your eating. For example, I LOVE to eat oatmeal [don't know why though, been like that since i was a little kid], in the morning when I eat oatmeal, I use a measuring cup to scoop it out. If I look in my bowl and realize how much I put it total if gives me an idea of how much I should keep or remove.

Romance › Re: Do U Believe In Love At First Sight? by InkedNerd(f): 5:28pm On Aug 21, 2010
You can love someone at first sight but that doesn't mean you are in love with that person. Loving someone and being in love with someone are two different things.
