You can also try to go for walks with your girlfriend. Link number 6 seems to be pretty good. I got it from a friend a while back. You can even try tweaking some Nigerian recipes as well and see how that goes. Can't wait to hear how things go with you and your girlfriend

and really has no time to cook, eat or have a life. Right now we on a little break, so she's just out right trying to have a life with the going out to eat

I understand what you mean about the busy schedule. I'm a student as well so I know the feeling. As for the healthy meals that you can prepare, it depends on the kind of foods you guys like to eat. If you can give me an idea of the the foods you like so I can know what kind of recipe to give you. Do you guys like American healthy food, Spanish healthy food etc? I wanna have an idea one what kind of things that would sought your taste. Oh and by the way, I didn't think your girlfriend was white thrash or that she had no brains. I can't really say that there's a specific regimen. I'm a vegetarian [yupp, a Nigerian who's a vegetarian lol], so the things I eat is based on things that would work for me [doesn't mean it can't work for you though]. I usually start my day off by drinking a glass or water in the morning. Your body tends to lose water while you sleep so its good to drink water when you wake up. I usually wait a few minutes before I drink water so it won't upset my stomach. I try to incorporate grains, protein, calcium, and legumes when I eat. As for me eating a lot, I do but like I said its mostly fruits and veggies. Hmmm, you said you ate a lot of cereal and beans so how much did you eat? How were the beans cooked? And what kind of cereal was it?

It depends, if its someone I think I might like then I don't mind. If its some some that just comes across as person I wouldn't really wanna get to know then I'd say its annoying. especially if its one of those guys that just can't take no for an answer.

Technically speaking, you can have s.ex with someone who is HIV positive you just need to be safe about it. Having sex with someone who has HIV does not me you will automatically get it. I have a friend who was born with HIV and she as an active and safe sex life. If you don't wanna have intimacy with her, just be upfront with her.

I'm sure you girlfriend is beautiful, but you need to understand that it is a personal choice for her. I don't know what kind of dark skin women you are looking at there but the dark skin women here wear make up and they look amazing. Anyway, its her choice.
