I use a redmi 8 and I've no such issues as complained of. What you need to do is stop all auto updates and syncing on your phone, that's playstore, Yahoo, Gmail, photo gallery, etc. Also limit the number of times your social media apps, Facebook, Twitter etc refresh themselves eg limit them to hourly or just daily timeframes. And reduce time spent on data intensive apps like Instagram, Facebook (videos), YouTube etc, cos these apps are data guzzlers |
ednut1:I lost an oil sump and consequently, a whole engine, to a pothole around ikeja secretariat last year! |
Hi, can we see pictures of the smart watches? |
Buy it my broda, it's easy to maintain and fuel efficient. I drive one. |
Sambaby7640:Nah don't think you can lose your funds in theses apps, because they are owned by reputable financial institutions; I know for a fact that I-invest is owned by sterling Bank plc, and they're very careful in protecting your money in order not to tarnish their image. Plus they're covered by insurance. That's why I advised him to research before investing in the apps, I'm always careful with my money, cos I work hard for it ooo ![]() |
CanadaOrBust:This is the best advise you can get here. I started just like that; after finishing from the law school, I started working at a firm where I was paid next to nothing (I was just given money for food and transport sometimes)but I was putting in my best and learning very fast. Later when the partners saw the shift I was putting in, they placed me on a "proper salary"(although this was still too small, but at all at all na im bad ). I grew in that firm and many opportunities came my way and I leveraged on the platform there to later get my dream job. So you need to start from somewhere, don't think because of your 2.1 or 2.2 you will get job instantly. You need to start small, either work for free for little salary with a firm or start your own little practice and slowly grow your clientele base.Ps. Whatever you do, try and hone you skillset to be the best, when people discover that you are good at legal practice, they will seek for you, be it employers or clients. Cheers bro and see you at the top |

Please folks, I'll like to know whether ntel has an 8gb data plan among its new data offerings? Because I've been paying one guy 3k to help subscribe the 8gb data (and due to ntel's inefficient app and website, I'm unable to check my data balance if truly the 8gb or something lesser is there), but the plan is not included amongst the plans on ntel's website, so just want to be sure the guy has not been scamming me. So please I need more info. thanks |
Asshurbanipal:Most of these present crop of youths are intellectually handicapped and lack deep introspective capabilities to sit down and look at the bigger picture, rather than their myopic and straight-jacketed views. The way to build a viable democracy is by holding political leaders to account; if a leader promises me something during his campaign and based on that representation, i vote for him, i expect him to fulfill his promise (or at least try to do so). And if he doesn't, I'm well within my rights to vote him out, that is the social contract the politician signed with me. Why do you think Trump is doing everything possible to build a bloody expensive wall in America? He built his whole campaign on this promise and he has to fulfill this campaign promise to keep his base for the next election. What do we have here? politicians just make lots of promises and we don't hold them to account on these promises. If we were able to remove GEJ and if we can also remove PMB now, any President coming after them will know that we, the people, are going to hold him to account for every campaign promise and the fabled power of incumbency will no longer avail him. |
aremso:Smh for these infantile bunch, for your information, i manage a thriving business in Lagos state and i know first hand, the challenges the bad economic policies of the federal government are causing the average business |
rexwalters:My friend can't you engage in an intellectual discussion without insults and abusive words? iBut to your question, let me give you just one policy; if you are discerning enough you should realize by now that, Nigerian's system of centralizing everything in Abuja is hampering the progress of Lagos and every other state in the federation. Pmb and osibanjo (and as a matter of fact, APC) campaigned on decentralizing power to the federating units, that was the focal thrust of their party's campaign in the the West in 2015 and i personally supported them because of this promise. Fast forward to the present day, these bunch of liars have changed tune and are singing a different song. See ehn, the south west will continue to change the govt at the center until we get one that will implement this important policy that will better the lot of everyone in this country. |
Honor10:Please look at the bigger picture also; is the Nigerian economy good? if the National economy is bad, it will tell on the economy of the south west, why do you think lagos state is over populated and bursting at the seams, and it appears things are slow to work there despite all the efforts of its administrators? Its simply due to the bad economy policies of the National govt. We Yorubas have realized this fact and we now look at the bigger picture. I pray the Gubernatorial elections are free and fair, you will see bigger shocks by then |
