just copy the stock dialer from a working p5 and place it in system > apps. No data > app level app can replace it
Thanks boss for the help. But now the problem has infact gotten worse! the phone no longer recognises the dialer app and everytime I click on it this message pops up, "unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped". I've trawled the web searching for a remedy(I've even done a factory rest), but none seems to be in sight. So I think I've to reinstall the Phone's stock rom(cos I recently rooted the phone, but unfortunately didn't do a backup). So anybody with the P5 stock ROM, kindly post a download link, would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

tayo_ast: Is there any app that speeds up internet connection?
From my knowledge, most, if not all are PLACEBOS. It's clearly stated in the app description on play store. That's if you take your time to read it.
Yea most are "placebos" like you call them smiley but recently I discovered one internet speedup app that does really work. Try "Hola" and hit me up later to give me a feedback wink

PoliticsRe: Minister Forced Aviation Agency To Spend $1.6 M On Two BMW Armoured Cars(Pics) by inspbado(m): 8:35pm On Oct 15, 2013
To all the folks up here arguing that the "honourable minister" has not been directly implicated in this sleaze; I agree to a certain extent; the docs shown have not linked her in any way whatsoever. However, the press has done its job by exposing this fraud under her watch, if the minister now denies ever mandating her minnows to order those cars as it has been alleged in this write-up, then its up to her to investigate and punish the erring officials found wanting/implicated in this matter. Where she fails to do this, then it can be implied that she knew about this fraudulent purchase afterall. So.... the ball is in ur court "honourable minister"!!!

Afam4eva: Why's our present always answering almost every question with -

It's not only in Nigeria that it happens. It happens everywhere

Mr Man, you're the president of Nigerian and you were elected to solve problems and not tell us that because it's a global phenomenon, we should overlook it.
Oboi thought I was the only who noticed this!! I swear the darn statement is annoying I tell you!!!javascript:void(0);
BusinessRe: Shoprite To Open Another Store In Ibadan by inspbado(m): 7:04am On Sep 29, 2013
publisher: My only anger is why Nigerian investors and the government have not taken it upon themselves to develope a Nigerian -owned big retail brand.

Look at us Nigerians getting excited about having a South African owned retail outlet opening shop at our respective cities. Kinda shameful if u ask me.

During my childhood days there was the likes of Kingsway, Leventis and Utc...i think.
There's this accountant from ijebu-ode, Ogun state(can't remember his name now) who is building medium sized shopping centres all over Lagos. I don't know if you've seen them?they are called "Addide". Dude has already built 22 so far, he says he plans to build 33 more, then branch out to other south western states.
PoliticsRe: The Fashola Vs Akpabio Thread. by inspbado(m): 10:38pm On Sep 15, 2013
Delafruita: fashola has shown us that with the right people in place, things can improve. tinubu has also shown us that you can be a godfather without interfering in everything.isnt it suprising that despite tinubu's long tentacles, none of his proteges break rank?i am yet to witness a time when ACN became factionalised in any southwest state.there are usually disagreements but they rarely rise to that level.

this only shows that there can be political differences, but they should be seperated from governnace.fashola has shown that been in power doesnt mean been powerful.many a time the governor's convoy passes and people dont even realise its the governor.the wellbeing and freedom of movement of people isnt compromised because the chief executive is passing by.

fashola has showed us that there is no office of the first lady.he has showed us that his wife has no role in governance and her appearances at functions are at best, supportive or social.

fashola isnt perfect and sometimes overzealous officials and advisers make mistakes as happened in the deportation saga(an action i condemned and still do) but overall he has shown us that with the right people in place,we can move forward.
I've been reading your comments in this thread, and I must say, you've made some of the most sensible and intelligent comments/arguments here ( not overlooking some other intelligent posts too, eg naptu's).
The thing about fashola is not only his overwhelming achievements in the governance of Lagos, but also his style of governance. The man is not perfect(no man is) but the man's vision, intellect and way of doing things is just extraordinary, when viewed from a Nigerian way of doing things !!

Akpabio,in my estimation, has tried. But honestly speaking, he has not justified the huge resources given his state viz a viz the population. the man has not generated any new idea(s) of making money in the state(unlike what fashola is doing in Lagos) all he does is spend d money at his disposal. In the Nigeria of today we need men with ideas; men who can change the old order of doing things. Plus;the guy is too crude, loud and ostentatious for my liking!! He "dashes"out public money like he owns it! You'll never see fashola give out public money anyhow, except for worthy causes, case in point;nogozi nwosu, the actress who was given 8m nd flown abroad for her surgery by the Lagos state govt.
PoliticsRe: The Fashola Vs Akpabio Thread. by inspbado(m): 9:39pm On Sep 15, 2013
unmask: I read through some of the posts..... And I have reached my conclusion.... Akpabio has done well but the major difference between akpabio's works and fashola's is the vision......

Akpabio's works are what you get when you have money to spend and won't need to think much on other factors.....

Fashola's works are based on when you need to create a vision of what should be while having several factors working against you

I don't know about akpabio's governance cause I don't stay in his state.... But what has happened in lagos is highly remarkable...... Just solving the transport conundrum to a reasonable extent is an achievement that most Governors won't be able to boast of even if they had to think about it for 8 years
Well said my guy!!!! You totally expressed my thoughts smiley

PoliticsRe: Ogun Poised To Overtake Lagos In Development! by inspbado(m): 7:42pm On Aug 16, 2013
Katsumoto: I am not going to waste my time explaining to you.

Try and pass this simple test before we go further. What comes after 6 but before 8?

There is a difference between 'a' and 'the'. A man can be one, 1000, 100,000, etc as long as the man isn't identified. If I say 'go and bring a table' am I referring to one table in particular or any anyone of millions of tables? 'The' on the other hand is specific, there is no ambiguity.

So when I said 'A' man, I was referring to the millions of Yoruba men or women who could have made the choice to move to other parts. Class is dismissed; now go and find a thread for GEJ lovers where you can find idiots of like minds. Don't try to debate above your station.
Classic!! Lolzzzz. Chief I LOVE your response to that guy's inane arguments. obviously, the guy is a dullard!! I weep for the poor dude.
To the topic; when you do the same thing over and over and you don't see any changes, why the heck don't you change to something else!! We've tried pdp for 14yrs going now, and we're getting nowhere. Why don't we try another party, I don't care if its apc, opc, cpc, app, apn whatever!! But anything is better than pdp IMO.
