Were do u expect her to moved to? U should know she can't move to an hotel or friends place because that is another blunder & if she does, it will come with a lot of questions.

Most university in Estonian accept it. You can send a mail to the school you intend to apply to for advice as regard your GPA. I did same to Tallinn university & I received a favorable response from them my CPGA stood @ 2.98.

If you say people who specialise in understanding the mechanism and constitutional systems of modern government, and principles of government, as we as the domestic and foreign policies of the nations aren't making any impact on human society, then I wonder why you feel so, since they have as much impact as those fields you mention.
A doctor could save one life, a bad policy would affect millions.
Think about that.
My point - Don't look down on any profession/field they are important in their own special way, be it a Pharmacist or Horticulturist.
