Google doesn't give any warning. You just log in an you see the message or check your email and see their hammer.

@ Charix, does it mean one can post same story verbatim but only need to reference and you are OK with Google?

I don't mean, shutting down your blog but disabling adsense

I have read several times that Google penalizes bloggers for duplicate content or copying and pasting.

What happens on LIB seems to me like just copying entire stories or part of a story verbatim, then sometimes giving a link to the original post but Google has never penalized the site for this no disabled the ADSENSE account for this reason as they have continued to serve adsense on the site.

Can somebody please explain this to me. Maybe I don't under what's duplicate content or, disabling Google adsense is not part of the punishment on sites with duplicate content.

You guys should try and understand that the present predicament we're in isn't the fault of the current government. The previous government - PDP was spending the oil money it made on recurrent expenditures with no investments, so now that ooilprice is down & limited we're suffering it.

Buhari's government is doing everything it takes to diversify the economy & invest in infrastructures which would last and boost productivity, that's why you see construction and roads & railways renovations going on everywhere. Once these things are in place the government would be able to move those tomatoes and other agricultural products that are rotting away to places where they can be easily processed. That's the strategy!

So please be patient with the government. Also if it's job you seek, there's currently a need of workers in the construction and agricultural sectors because those are the main areas this government is investing in. You can look for opportunities in those areas. I wish you all the best!

I have written several times about these AMEN people and also those whose duty is to search the Internet and get the goriest pictures to post and ask their gullible followers to type amen. Others have written too and will continue to write.

However I noticed some interesting features of these AMEN TYPERS and which I think will certainly work in the interest of some sharp business guys online. NOTE:This isn't any sleazy stuff, neither am I advocating anything unethical. This is common business sense and a way to harness the energy and time being wasted by these amen people.

These are their features:

1.Their Facebook accounts look alike.

2.They have no real values or any valuable information on their pages

3.They have uncountable pictures of themselves, their friends and their activities

4.They are EXPERT SHARERS of content(Please take note of this because this is where they will help you)

5.They like good pictures, horrible pictures, accident and witchcraft pictures and gossip news and have plenty on their pages

6.They have strong faith in whatever you ask them to do, especially if you color it with religion or paint in a little "fear factor". In other words, they are highly emotional group and can easily be swayed to do what you want(call it gullibility, you might be correct)

7. Even if the person has been on Facebook for 5 years, you wouldn't see any content ;no posts of his or her own. They are COPY AND PASTE experts(a very good advantage for business folks.)

Or, ask them to share it and BOOM!!!!

You'll receive 10,000 page views in less than 12 hours. And you know what that means if you have a good product to market. Just about 2% of 10k buying your 5k or even 20k product...... Do the math.

Hence, while the see folks keep on posting disturbing pictures on Facebook and while I am sure that they'd never change, I think it's time to look for a way to harness their efforts positively.

They however failed to overrun the Bornu kingdom, so the Shehu of Bornu remains paramount till today!

The Afonja dynasty compromised by allowing a Fulani warrior known as Janta Alimi to settle in Ilorin, the Fulani guerrillas killed Afonja in 1824

And Ilorin, a Yoruba town under the Oyo empire, fell into Fulani hands, becoming an emirate under Sokoto caliphate till today! Even the attempts of the O'odua People's Congress (OPC) to revert to status quo ante and crown an Onilorin of Ilorin became an exercise in futility.

The Yoruba warriors got wise and defeated the Fulani jihadists in Osogbo in 1840, if this didn't happen there would most likely have been Fulani "emirs" as rulers in Oyo Alaafin, Ibadan, Owo, Osogbo, Ede, Ado, and Igede Ekiti today!

If the Bini Kingdom did not fight and repel the jihadists, they would have penetrated the Edo/Delta region beyond the present day Edo North Senatorial District which gave in and allowed the jihadists to overrun & islamize them.

Along with some ignorant folk most of them are now angling for grazing areas and a corridor through the entire federation. These grazing areas will in future become Fulani settlements, later commmunities and finally local government areas with elected officials.
If you think I am being alarmist look towards the once beautiful and serene Middle Belt state of Plateau.

Therefore, it will not be farfetched to conclude that the Fulani herdsmen are pawns in an agenda to overrun all towns in Nigeria! So that we will have emirs in Owerri, Enugu, Benin, Agatu, Abeokuta and other towns where FG creates "grazing reserves" for Fulani herdsmen!

If Yunfa didn't accommodate Fodio and his warlike immigrants from Futatoro, Hausa sarkins would be ruling today in the north!

And if Afonja didn't conspire with Alimi, a Yoruba kingdom would not have been ruled by Alimi's offspring till today!

It is a subtle continuation of the 1804 Fulani jihad by the fully-armed and protected Fulani herdsmen with an age-old agenda to overrun and Islamize the whole of Nigeria very quickly.

I will end this with what someone rightly said- "The grazing bill is not an attempt to solve the problem, it's a subterfuge to progress the agenda"

It's an age-old political strategy really- ..create a problem, come up with a "solution" that advances the cause, and then give it a legal backing.
Make it look like a win-win situation.

Apologies to Governor of Enugu state for leaking this story.

There was a call made by Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi to the president, he was put on hold for over an hour 15 minutes.

This call was made in the presence of 13 men and 4 women, the president's aide told the Governor that the president will get back to him. The president through his aide after 4 hrs told Enugu state governor that the president will do something about it.

My relative was among the people who witnessed this call.

Gov Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on hearing that the police have not arrived at Uzouwani called GOC 82 division for help. He was referred to the presidency again.

This time around, he was put on hold for nearly 2 hrs again, while waiting to speak to the president. News came in that the attack he was planning to prevent has actually taken place.

Within an hour, the commissioner and GOC who referred the Governor to the president had mobilised their men to stop retaliation. The same way Lagos and Agatu was attacked and retaliation prevented.

I want to use this medium to apologise to the Governor of Enugu state for speaking out on this true event, but I would like him to demand probe/investigation on this massacre.

I will know he has learnt his lessons, if not he is still a cretin we will have for only four years.

We need to know why the police commissioner and GOC need presidency to order them, before they can protect the innocent citizens?.

We need to know - why police and military sent their men to Uzouwani after the attack to prevent retaliation?.
We need to know why a sitting Governor cannot use the support of police and military to protect his people?.

My governor, I am just apologising because l thought you did nothing at all, until I was given all these information.

But as a man, an elected Governor, "what was your PLAN B, if presidency failed to help!??

Able bodied men and women would have prepared to help and protect their own people.
