@lawyer, what about owner sellers, don't they have a right to advertise their properties? Everyone must not be an estate surveyor at once, just tell us this section is being personalised for the professionals and we would keep off. Thank you for this, just name and shame + ban for anyone proven to try dirty tricks here. Another thing I will like to find out, should those that are not licenced/registered land/estate agents not supposed to make posts for lands they know is authentic for sale?

In my case, I am not registered anywhere, I am a professional in a different field who invests in real estate, I normally receive many offers to purchse, and sometimes I pass the ones I don't need immediately to Nairaland public to consider. If this is an offence I will stop posting in this section entirely.

There are countless properties in the outskirts of Enugu below N1.5m, but within Enugu town, there are very few places you can get with 2.5m.

We have some plots very near to Nike Lake hitel complex the will sell for N2.5m per plot. Emene sells for N2m in the average.

I think some phones have that feuture, there are phones that can block calls of particular numbers when its set up to do that, a girl I know does it with her Nokia phone, the caller will receive a busy message each time they try while your phone will not ring.

@uplawal, I develop properties as a side business but I can't understand this attraction, its not compulsury that I visit the site but even on busy days, I find myself coming back at night to see the progress of work!

Arrange with a girl to call the number and pretend it to be a mistake, and then chat whoever it is up with a different number, then set up a meeting for you to walk in.

Focus on your idea, start something small from where you are, do small jobs, ride okada, raise small money and start, by the time you start small and believe in yourself, your confidence and industriousness will drive investors your way, not the other way round.

@ denzel, am not a building engineer and that's not my job but am addicted to seeing buildings being done. I spend lots of hours watching workers build, its an addiction and I usually get 'pulled' to go see buildings .
