PoliticsRe: Adamu Garba Hails Peter Obi by Invitationn: 4:43pm On Jun 10, 2022
HIGHESTPOPORI:
Its better than looting lagos and putting your children and wife in every position
I like your subtle admission that Peter Obi is not a saint.
PoliticsRe: Adamu Garba Hails Peter Obi by Invitationn: 4:35pm On Jun 10, 2022
IamWonderful:
Wealth creator indeed, I guess the wealth he created are stock in tax havens in the Carribbean for his then 9 year old daughter.
No one is ready to talk about this.
Corruption seems to be like a curse laid on every Nigeria.
If not for Pandora, Obi would've remain saint like he wants everyone to believe.

However, compared to the other big big criminals we have in Nigeria like Tinubu and Atiku, Obi is a saint indeed.
PoliticsRe: Thugs Attack Igbo Traders Who Closed Shops To Register For PVC In Alaba Lagos by Invitationn: 9:29pm On Jun 09, 2022
Discovery4today:
Stop asking unreasonable question, Igbo traders have union in Alaba, they made an announcement that they'll shut down their Shops to go and register for their PVC, only for them to be attacked in the process. Yoruba traders didn't close their Shops in Alaba, If you are not in Alaba Stop asking unreasonable question
You're mischievously nurturing a narrative.

The SP pointed out it wasn't about Igbos in your post yet, you are hell-bent on shoving the "everybody hates" Igbos narrative down our throats.
This victim mentality is disgusting.
PoliticsRe: Thugs Attack Igbo Traders Who Closed Shops To Register For PVC In Alaba Lagos by Invitationn: 9:24pm On Jun 09, 2022
Discovery4today:
They are not, HOW ABOUT THIS, are Igbos the only TRIBE attacked while trying to secure their PVC in Alaba?. YES
Back up your claim otherwise you're pathetic.
PoliticsRe: Labour Party Delivered Twins- Shehu Sani by Invitationn: 9:15pm On Jun 09, 2022
Benitoh:
Why are they all scared of Peter obihuh

I hope the igbos make a decisive statement come 2023...
@bolded says a lot about how you think about how a president emerges.

If every single Igbo, home and abroad vote for PO, he still needs other regions to win.

You can't do it alone except you are talking about "making a statement" for bragging rights.
Would've been more appropriately put; I hope Nigerians make come together for Peter Obi come 2023

PoliticsRe: ‘ASUU Strike’: Bola Tinubu Promises 25% Budgetary Allocation To Education by Invitationn: 3:35pm On Jun 09, 2022
Ademola47:
Exactly. What happened to the promises Buhari made and couldn't fulfill?

Truth is some things are very unrealistic, but promised for the purpose of winning election.
25% is very realistic. Except he doesn't want to do it.
PoliticsRe: El-rufai’s Coup, Aisha The ‘star Girl’, Abeokuta Outburst — How Tinubu Won by Invitationn: 11:28am On Jun 09, 2022
PrinceOfLagos:
The primary is over and victory bought , can we move on now

The main election is few months away and Tinubu life long ambition will not be achieved because of the northern factor and south east and south south factor which ofcourse will not favour Tinubu, so all this cheap bought over victory is not worth celebrating till you win the major in 2023 which I dont see happening
It's worth celebrating more than it WAS worth celebrating the ridiculous Lawan's announcement as Adamu's consensus candidate by you lots grin
Your celebration was premature

Stop being tribalistic you child of hate. I hope when it gets messier you don't come crying for help. Enjoy it while it last. Take your Tinubu and chop.
Help from who exactly?
You gotta be kidding me grin
We know you'd never support us, not because you don't want to support us but because you're helpless yourselves.
PoliticsRe: Reno Omokri Criticizes Osinbajo, Hails Tinubu by Invitationn: 10:53am On Jun 08, 2022
Abdul05:
I ask myself this Question

Could he osinbajo succeed in staging his own Hamlet without the prince (tinibu).. ?

He tinubu has set the ball rolling since 2015 , but to keep the game going, was it not necessary for osinbajo to observe the rules of the game?

But now greed has made him a traitor.. grin
Osinbajo wanted to cut corners.
He misinterpreted the signals.
He thought his principal will anoint him.
He was wrong.

Faiththatworks:
I remember my lst post on Nairaland last year when I registered,I was emphatic in saying only a mad southern will go and queue behind another Northern in 2023.
I was sure both major political parties,APC and PDP will at least cede their presidential candidate to the South, but it's now very obvious the PDP has fully ceded its brain to the North.
Back to the matter, last week I posted that I had ported to the side of Asiwaju and some very deluded folks on Nairaland Rained insults on me,these neophytes who don't understand Nigeria politics replied with all manner of insults but I was very sure the signs were there for an Asiwaju Victory.
Now Asiwaju has won with a landslide, for those OBItuary people,ur candidate will be defeated 30 mins into the election.
I still don't understand why the PDP didn't zone its presidency to the South, SHAME ON ANY SOUTHERNER WHO QUEUES BEHIND ATIKU
As for the APC, we move to crushing that serial contester, Abubakar Atiku.
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, ON YOUR MANDATE WE STAND GIDIGABA, no shaking
No offense to the Northerners, but for me, it's a case of anyone except a Northerner, because "Awa lokan".
The North has done their turn.

Nonsense script. Spits on him and his write up. This man will NEVER be the President of Nigeria. Never!!!
Dumbo how far? grin
Are you still excited and jubilant that the Igbos have "built bridges and now in the mainstream of national politics?" Lmao

And you also still JOYOUS about "outwitting, outflanking, rejecting and outmaneuvering" the sophisticated moro'ns grin grin

You see, we keep schooling you politics but you don't take notes.
While Tinubu was seeking delegates' support nationwide, Onu was rehearsing his emotional speech -the dramatic and pathetic one he delivered yesterday at the convention - the one he paid a non-refundable pay-to-play ticket of N100M for.
In the same vein, Uzor Kalu was busy romancing Ahmad Lawan in a conspicuous attempt to spite the southwest.

Now the optics has changed.
Uzor Kalu wasted his congratulations grin

Journalists that have been bought off by Polithiefians

All their evil plans ends here, right on this ground, no sane human being will ever trust Nations and Daily trust newspapers again...never!
You cannot fool all the people all the time, their propaganda have been decrypted.

APC will never rule dis country again!...the last hope just died with the relegation of Osibanjo, now Obi can cruise to victory before 2pm on election day!

Peter Obi Presidency assured and sealed !

Osinbajo will do same. Planned thing
Isn't Lawan the consensus candidate again?
The one y'all celebrated his announcement yesterday grin

That's Tinubu schooling them politics.
If he wins, in essence he defeated the president's anointed candidate if you know what that means.

Seocndly, it's my region that sustains this bullshit your call Nigeria, not Enugu and her dimwits
We won't breach the 13% derivative grin
But the "ewedu eating dogs" will preside over your region and the resources therein.

But they're more sophisticated and intelligent than your past and present generation from your useless, pussy slicing, Nkpuru nmiri infested satanic region.
You shouldn't have dignify the bigoted fuu's comment by replying.
They're jittery now because their jubilation when Ahmad Lawan was announced yesterday short-lived. The optics has changed now and they're not having it.
And they can't do a thing about it.
Let him vent.

4wat

Tinibu is wasting his time and his money.
The South votes are divided.
SE is for Obi
SS majorly PDP is for ATIKU ( PDP wants power!)
SW confused btw their brother or a fellow head slammer!

NORTH- majorly ATIKU then KWANKASO.

...i don't know the miracle he expects to pull
Tinibu smells of desperacy and that's not good for Nigeria going forward!
I'm not moved.
Is it not the same SE that didn't vote for Ojukwu the Biafran hero and warlord grin

The problem with you is that you're ignoring that Uzor Kalu is leaving his kinsmen to support a "head slammer".
Look yourself in the mirror first.
PoliticsRe: APC Presidential Primary: Ahmad Lawan, Yahaya Bello Meet (Pictures) by Invitationn: 6:57pm On Jun 07, 2022
Soso990240:
Yahaya Bello please step down for Lawan, these people need to be thought that greed will only Leed someone to destruction. Northen Government should tell the people that they support Northern Candidates, then go behind and tell d delegates to vote for Lawan.
You should be in church with your co prayer warriors praying that Tinubu or Osinbajo doesn't win grin
You shouldn't be on NL at this time.
Another productive thing you could do is to mobilize people to go beg Bello to step down.
PoliticsRe: APC Convention: Aspirants Trimmed To 2, Osinbajo And Tinubu - Senator Gaya by Invitationn: 6:09pm On Jun 07, 2022
onuman:
The two largest political parties, like we did in 1999.

If you develop common sense, you shall understand that it's the turn of the SE to produce a successor from any of the two largest political parties to President Buhari.
It's not the turn of the SW region. Loads of reasonable Yorubas have been telling the truth that it's the turn of the Igbo to present a successor to President Buhari
Ain't gonna happen.
