Yea Dr. Shaibu is one of d few doctors i have met, he is so down to earth n considerate, we didnt do d first two procedures wit him. when we eventually went there he was so nice wit us dat we had to stick to him, in our 2nd procedure wit him he gave us more than 40% discount, this last one he gave us about dat. I know God will continue to bless him.

@ all, thanks for all d prayers, am always delighted knowing i have ppl like u Venus, Olikiti, Blendy, Oviasouth, Abibyy n d rest of u too numerous to mention, am trusting God men like me will start joining this thread to make it more unisex. I have really seen that persistence helps, i never wanted to give up even after the 4th procedure. God is faithful. @safe06 yea it is fertilaid, check through my posts n get any info u need. They always get to blastocyst except wen d embies r not many.

Why will someone in his right state of mind do a thing like this? It takes a demon-inspired lunatic to act this way. There are many good ladies out there who would have readily accepted his hand in marriage but he has to act this way when he has so many options, I hope he will be caught very soon so that he can learn his lesson a hard way. May the souls of the deceased rest in peace.

What a sad news! May their souls rest in the bossom of the Lord. Haba, after 13 good years of waiting and they were almost at the threshold of getting their baby and everything just went down the drain like that, nobody will cut short the fulfilment of our destiny IJN..... Amen.

@Blendy77, a million thanks, i really trust God to do it this time around. she is really resting, as for my taking care of her, u can trust ur brother now,lol. No she wasnt given any aspirin but she is on other medications besides the cyclo which i help her in bringing it out from the fridge cos i no want hear story say she don forget. We have taken all the necessary precautionary measures cos its worth making any sacrifice for. Yea GenBuhari is a guy, he is very popular in politics section. Am sure one or too more men will join me someday here so as to make it more unisex, lol. till then i will keep being the lone-ranger. Thanks once again n regards to the Generals. @All, thanks for all the encouraging words/ prayers, i know our God is faithful to answer all the prayers. @Venuss pls i want you to keep faith alive, our God specializes in doing the impossible. you will still carry ur babies no matter the odds. Yea the transfer was done this morning, 4 embies i.e 2-A grade n 2-Bs were gotten, very much against my doctor's wish (maybe based on the recent happenings that few cases that 2embies were tranfered but they resulted into 4) i asked him to tranfer 3 and he did, am so happy because i am trusting God to get my 2boys n a girl from this procedure. @ Oviasouth, thanks for ur prayers and concern, pls my regards to ur DH, God will soon put smiles on our faces. We are to go for our tests on the 27th n i can't wait to share the testimony of BFP with you my beloved sisters in this forum. This thread is more of a feminine one but i dont mind sharing in your burden, besides GenBuhari in TTC thread has been an encouragement to me ( reading his posts in that thread has been an encouragement to me too).@ Blendy77, i hope those great Generals are doing fine, pls take care of them for usoooooooo.

@ all, sorry for not posting for a while now, I actually wanted to have enough info b4 i can post. We were in d hospital this morning, we heard a woman weeping ontop of her voice, on inquiry we were told she had BFP after so many years of waiting, she couldn't control herself in the doctor's office and she wept profusely. My wife needed to do a scan next door but we had to go into d doctor's office by permission to see the woman, we both held her and told her we wanted to key into her BFP, we prayed together for a while. Dr. Shaibu was so happy and started singing 'this is the day that the Lord has made.....,' and that he was preparing the song to sing for us too. Fertil Aid Clinic is unheralded but things are happening there, the Dr is the most humble and God-fearing that i have come across, his other team members are more like him. Its my prayer that God will visit us this time around. The ER will be done on Friday and the ET will be on Wednesday next week, my wife and I are very positive more than ever before, so house pls pray with us and for us. @Blendy77, I hope the boys are doing fine, @oviasouth my sister, am still expecting you one of these days, my regards to ur husband, tell him that this season( of childlessness) will soon be over, he should be very positive. Thanks all for all the words of encouragement, BFP to everybody in God's waiting room.

Our God Has shown forth His power once again, GLORY BE TO HIS NAME. you have been a real encouragement to many of us and God Has rewarded you with those great Generals, pls my love for them and i also key into this great miracle, pls keep praying for us. It is well with you.

well, lets see how this drama plays out, this is becoming very interesting. The last has not been heard of the sacking of the CG, lets keep watching the drama as it unfolds. Nepotism of the highest order, may God help us.

Yea, we were in the hospital today, the stimming is commencing this evening, we are to go again on the 1/2/13. i want everybody to agree wit us that this is our last cycle and we are going to get our needed result in Jesus name.... Amen. I want to thank God for provididng again the money for the procedure, He did it in a big way this morning, am so happy and this has gone to show that He is very interested in what we are going through. I want to encourage everyone to keep the faith and know that God is working things out for us.

We were in the hospital today, we woud have started our 5th and last cycle today but we have a tight schedule next month (my SIL's wedding), he adviced us to suspend it till our next CD21 next month. Pls i recommend 'stand' by Donnie Mclurrkin for everyone. my doctor told me of a woman that got preg at her 11th time even after going to India to no avail, yes it is capital intensive but we can do it, we will all smile in jesus name. pls dont give up ladies.

Fight is a capital NO - NO, but misunderstanding -yea. It is a must but you must make sure it doesn't degenerate into something you can't handle. I can remember when we got married newly,i made a promise not to have any misunderstanding with my wife and for 8 good months we didnt 'have'. I almost ruined my marriage then, thank God today we are a nice couple because the misunderstandings came to make us better people to the glory of God. I don't live in that fantasy of 'no quarell or misunderstanding in marriage'.

Oh my sweet dad, i remember vividly how he used to wear one wrapper just to make sure my school fee was paid,i still remember his 'never say die' spirit, his hard-working spirit. He taught me never to give up no matter the situation. Oh death why did you take him away from me on the 8/11/09? You should have allowed him enjoy his life some more. Rest well my hero.

Come to think of it, many of your mates may still be roaming the streets of major cities in nigeria looking for 'white colar jobs', but here you are, trying to make something out of your life. @ladies i av something that is really bothering me oooo,when i started this my ivf cycle the nurse told me i should produce about 14 eggs,with my age,but when i started stimm they told me that i might have more than that,and immedeately reduce my dose when the follicle where too many,and i almost av OHSS and was very sick,and to God be the glory we had 30 eggs retrived yesterday,and they even told me that my DH fluid was very very good quality,but ladies to my surprise when the embryologist phone me today,he said out of our 30 eggs only 12 fertilized and this as been bothering me,am begining to think that most of my eggs are not of good quality.please ladies has anybody ever been in this kind of situation and still get their bfp or what do you think might be the cause of only 12 eggs fertilize out of 30 eggs this means that 18 eggs are not good quality,am so worried now about the quality of the remaining 12 ones as i will be having my transfer on friday.

It is very natural for all the eggs not to fertilize, if it were to be anytime an egg meets with sp.erm fertilization takes place then human being would have been thickly populated,thats how God made it. Besides, for you to have 12 fertilized embies is a great number by every standard. the highest that will be transfered in some hospitals is 2 A-grade embies out of the 12, the rest can be frozen if they have the equipment. Pls dont worry yourself, thank God that you even have that number, what will you say of ppl who dont produce eggs again or a very small number that may not even last till the transfer? stay positive and receive this gift that God has for you. It is well with you.

I hate it when some men make it look like it is 'women's thing', besides i always know that the moment we exchanged that vow, we were no more two but one, thats why you will notice the use of the word 'we' in my posts. It is not my wife's challenge but ours. Becos am staying in abuja and am looking for a good IVF clinic with @ least a high percentage of succes rate to no avail. Currently I have no job and for sometimes now I have been looking for part time jobs that will give me time to read and attends Tutorials for my studies. If I could get a part time job that could put food on my table and assist with my studies I will be so grateful but right now I am helpless.

My brother you dont have any problem, you are in lagos where you have alot of things going on, you dont need a very high paying part time job, you just need something to keep you going till you finish your professional stuff. Just try something and trust God to pick you up, people like you are the ones that normally tell stories of great turn around in their lives. Be focused and believe that God is taking you somewhere. One day you will also be an encouragement to some other person, so keep your hope alive.
