you are in your early 20s which means you are an adult,i am sure you can weather the storm, what level of academic attainment are you now? is there anything you can do very well, are you computer literate? My dear you dont need anybody to adopt you, what you need is God and your inner will and strong desire to succeed. |
oviasouth: Olikili congrats oh. Dis is great nws. @ inwanigbobo I wish u great success oh. In dis Ur attempt u shall get ur heart desire. R u. Using bridge clinic? Did u ve a miscarriage with previous ivf? With a diff clinic? My cycle buddies baby dust to us oh.Thanks so much,we are in FCT so we are not using The Bridge, yes it was even in our 1st cycle of IVF that we lost it at the 10th week. yea wit a different clinic which i dont want to mention. the doc there was so insensitive and was just so unconcern. But i thank God for the clinic we are using now, it is called Fertil Aid Clinic, at Gwarinpa Estate, the doc's name is Shaibu Sunday, He was with Nisa Fertility Clinic before he left to have his, God is really using him greatly, people are trooping in there by the day. He does it to blastocyst level before the ET, and he shows alot of concern and empathy. |
yes congrats: one thing led to another and you started sleeping with your brother's wife. why didn't you move out if u didnt want to do it? you have completely betrayed your brother that had so much trust and confidence in you. Since they were childless and when did you become a child giver? you better pray to God for forgiveness. |

Mine is not so much because it is part time kind of. But i intend expanding it by God's grace. Thanks for your prayers in the other thread. |
olikili: They are here 2 health boys and a beautiful girl they are doing great thanks everyone God blessOh bless the Lord oh my soul and all that is within me, bless His holy name. if you check my last post, this is exactly what i desire i.e 2boys and a girl. He is faithful and able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think. I key into this wonderful work of our God and I believe Him more than ever before, that He is going to do it for the rest of us in Jesus Mighty name...Amen. Congrats my Sis and may God protect and keep them from every evil. |
econsult: Yes my bro we shall all smile and that very soon by God's grace, He has us in His perfect plans. But some men normally make it to be like it is the 'women thingy', no empathy, no concern eg. the woman must be the one that must look for a doctor, she must virtually beg him to go for SA, she must beg him to take his drugs if placed on any etc. thats very unfair. By God's grace, i will give her all the neccessary support, i know how much we have spent already for medical attention but it doesnt mean anything to me. For all those praying for us, my God will surely bless and reward you abundantly IJN....Amen. I will pm you later so as to share some experiences. |
Congrats to all our preggie mums, our God is faithful. Its been long i posted on this thread but i read it almost everyday. it is really a source of encouragement to me. We did our 4th cycle late last month but it came out BFN. The Dr. who has been so supportive now ask us to go for hysteroscopy so as to know the state of the wall of the uterus and the opening, because to him, he didnt see anything that should cause the 4th one to fail after every precaution was taken and it was a blastocyst ET with 3- A grade embies that was done. The result of the test showed that the wall of the uterus had some scars, he know asked us whether evacuation was done when we had that miscarraige last year( it was in a different hospital that we did the 1st and 2nd cycle),we said no, he now said that was responsible for the embies not implanting because of the scars. Well everything is ok now and the scars has been cleared. We are now waiting for the AF so that we can start the 5th and final cycle that will result in our triplet i.e 2boys and a girl that we are trusting God for, pls join us in prayers for this. I know it is well in Jesus Name..... Amen. |
This just softened my heart. May God bless you abundantly and give you children that would be great in their generation. Amen!
Thanks so much my sister. @ tetemu,jigawatts,a.A.K, omicron thanks alot for your prayers, i know our God will soon answer it. One thing that has helped me thus far is that i have been able to ward off pressure from all angles, some even suggested i should go out but i refuse. What will be my testimony if i do that? I know the God that i serve, He is well able to do it. Maybe you should read some of my posts in "' anyone trying ivf/iui?" in health section to know that am not just folding my hands. But it is not a do-or- die affair. My wife and i are in this together so i must stand by her, that is why most of the time she has an appointment with our Dr. i use to go with her. THE CHANGE WILL SOON COME IJN.....AMEN. |
I have waited a few years now, i will continue to wait because my marriage wasn't primarily for children but for companionship and that i have been enjoying. However, 'i will wait till my change come', my change comes from the LORD, whatever it takes, i will wait, so no time limit by God's grace. |
maybe she didn't read that part. Whatever, i thank God for them. honeric01: But the man said the wife was the boss of the house na |
What a marriage to emulate! I wish mine will last this long, I thank God for people like this. But this one that the wife has to be the boss, na waoooh. In my place they will call you all manner of names like woman wrapper, and that you don chop ' kop nno mi'. May God help us. |
Congrats @ Poster. It's one of those beautiful feelings in life which one needs to experience personally to be able to describe. I experienced mine on the 5th of April 2005 and for more than one week, it was like I owned the entire world! The feeling was so ecstatic! May God almighty grant the experience to all who desire it (Amen).

Congrats @ Poster. Mine was at Green Uzo Comprehensive College, Ihioma, Orlu LGA, Imo State. 1998/98. It was fun , i taught maths SS1 -SS3. I was more like a demi-god, highly respected but i had 2 learn Igbo by force since some boys even in SS3 didn't understand english. |

I thank God for a forum like this, we'v been ttcing for about 8yrs now. We'v been trying both orthodox and traditional medicine to no avail n we decided to go for ivf last year. we had egg collection on 17/09/11 n 2 A- grade embryoes were transfered on the 19th. The 14days waiting period was very traumatic, my wife didnt go out nor do anything, she took her cyclogest very religiously. We virtually turned into prayer warriors by force. On the 3rd of Oct she tested positive for preg. Our joy knew no bound and we were asked to come back in 2weeks time for u/s scan. When we showed up on the said time, the heartbeat wasnt found but there was an embryonic sac seen. He adviced us to come back in another 2weeks, along the line my wife had some droppings, well when we eventually showed up, another u/s scan was done n this time the sac was empty and the doctor adviced us to discontinue all the early preg medications, that it was that droppings time that we lost the preg. I 've just paid for the 2nd cycle, pls beloved pray for us, this time i've already told the doc to put atleast 3 embryoes in there, pls uphold us in your prayers, i 'll update you guys by God's grace. Wishing everbody all the BEST. |
10 months is quite a short time for one to consider divorce; what happens to the love they both professed earlier on? I feel they can still work things out, for marriage to work one person must play a fool n pay a price, along the line the other person will see reasons n things will work out naturally. Please dissuade your friend from it. |
Let him score 100% it doesn't matter, when d chips are down we will know who is who. |
nagging and caring |
What a thread? mine is that she snores so high that u wud think you are sleeping close to Agbokim waterfall in Cross river state. I'll stay awake 2 be touching her 2 change position thinking it wud help. She has never admitted she has ever down anything wrong. |
It doesn't matter what happens next, but 4 him to have openly acknowledged that power comes from God and that as David ascended the throne when he less expected it, he has won my heart. From history, God knows how to raise humble people to heights they couldn't believe they could attain. |
