Mine.
Hand picked the beans.
Rinsed and cooked with plenty water n onion only. Half way through, I changed. Water to prevent running stomach.
Then more onion, seasoning cubes nd salt to taste at the tail end.
I don't have a pressure cooker but the beans was fast to cook.
I bought ewa-oloyin (honey beans)
It's somewhat sweet to taste.

For the topping.
I hand blended the pepper, crayfish and a little tomato. I wanted my sauce to have a little body. Just two pieces or so of tomato.
Then I chopped my onion and sliced some.
Washed my fish with hot water and salt.
Removed all d unwanted part.
Brought my oil to fry, added onion to the oil.
Then the fish, -hubby likes it crunchy
Then d blended tomapep
When fried almost dry, added d seasoning n no salt.
This is because I have salt in d beans n d fish plus I watching my salt intake.
When fried, I added d onion sliced onion n turned of the heat after.

The beans still had little water when I turned off heat. I wanted it smoggy so when serving, I mashed stirred the part to serve well with my cooking spoon to breakdown beans.
I no get gas to cook till it breaks... Lol

Thanks for calling me out ms is doing me strong thing (hyperperemesis gravidum), I've been in and out of the hospital but I'm stronger now and I have started eating too. I'm 12weeks +2 days today and I gv God all the glory. Congrats to all the mamas dat hv born.

Mamas in the house how have you been? I need you all to give me a prophetic BFP proclamation as birthday and wedding anniversary gift. I remember all the plans I made on grand ways to announce my bfp to dh. On the day i got the bfp excitement no let me remember all the plan. All I was able to do was say " hello daddy" when he came home some mins after I did the test.

Hahaha me too.
I got up 4am to test as my alarm is for 4:30am.
Wasn't able to sleep for days n I decided to test.

When it was one line, i saw dh coming into the room. N I was like Hian, see this man o, i dont want him heart broken even if we were not expecting anything that month, while trying to hide the test, I saw a faint second line forming n I didn't know when I called him to come n check it out for me. Lol

He said two lines n I said does it mean positive n he said can d test be wrong? Lol.
Na so surprise disappear. Lol
