U can also decide to take pregnacare plus.
It's d one that has omega 3
Like 3500 monthly.
But some people say the composition is too low for Nigerian women so they prefer folic acid, iron tablet, multivitamin and bco as given during antenatal

But folic acid is a must.
Get it now please.

Hello mamas in the making

I feel awful not sharing my testimony after all I learnt here(maybe I've done it and forgotten sef)
Been trying for a long time. Found out that I reacted to drugs easily so bromocripton,Clomid etc brought out side effects unpleasant ones.
This site introduced me to natural drugs. I gave myself 3 Months,used 3 different products(vitex inclusive),took ewedu, folic acid all thru the 3 mths,finally I added vitamin C 1000mg(absolutely don't know where I saw this) I diluted it in my water daily. Took a lot of fruits blended, charted my ovulation period(knew I had a 6days window from previous tests).
Got pregnant last year(was more suprised than anyone)

I confess God’s word upon my unborn baby and I reject all types of Pregnancy complications and I hold the Blood of Jesus Christ against Gestational diabetes, High Blood pressure, preeclampsia, Epilepsy, pre-mature birth, physical and mental disabilties, infectious diseases, miscarriages, inherited sicknesses, every form of antenatal and postnatal infections, birth defects, malfunction, any hormonal problem, pains and sufferings in me and in my unborn baby.

And now heart burn wants to cut my throat.
This is real heart burn as it's a burning sensation in my throat.

Rice n kenke soup is d real ish. I used slightly bleached palm oil fried in onion n small gnut oil.
Fried dry. Really nice o.
The sauce can be used to eat yam too. Or rice n beans.
Mamas try it if u don't prepare it before n thank me later.
