no worry, this too shall pass.
na 13 weeks be 2nd trimester so worry not. by 14 weeks everything should be over.
except u are one of the 1% that vomit all through preg....

for bump, me sef never see anything but am satisfied with that black line for now,
am not in a haste to see bump as i wan make people shock.
as they are getting used to me being preg, they will just hear i have given birth. lol.

What brand are you taking? I have very bad heart burn, and when it starts, all I need do is take one tab of Gelusil; at most, two tabs, and that's the end... All the others (gascol, gestid, and Co.) never worked...

I have looked for gelusil tire. When I ask, they say it's a genetic name for gestide.
I got gestide, i also got polyfort or so.
Lemme snap them.
It's tiring.

Something to point out for you to understand - I never said I don't have time for my kids. All I said was we go to work and class everyday and we drop them off at the nanny's, something most working family couples do. I stay at home most weekends and take them out. Fridays my wife and I don't work and we spend time with them at home.

one person should be willing to sacrifice.
One person should be back home after work.
Then th kids would be through with school for the day.
School never runs away.
Even if u become a grand parent, u can still school.
If anything happens to your girl, u two won't forgive your selves.
Both of u cant b in a competition to work n school at d same time.

Weigh d option n see who it won't affect much if the person stops now.
However I will suggest wifey, while u continue schooling, then she starts when u finish.
Suggesting wifey cause she is d one seeing this things n can easily stop all dis before it goes out of hand.

Wats d need for all d money n certificate when d immediate family is in chaos.
Am speaking from experience.
I pray it won't be long before u two come to a conclusion on wat to do.
8am to 9pm is for..king too much to leave a child without parental care.

I've been using mecure for years. The challenge I have with mecure is that you get no one to talk to.. Just take your sample and give you your result. One on one interaction is off kind of. In fact if you don't know the exact name of test you want ehn, the lady at the reception is too busy to assist you nii.
I once tried pathcare.. It was expensive o but I may just use path care this time around.. Ignoring the cost. There's one on the island.
I'm still waiting for more suggestions my sisters o. I want a place with accurate result and a good doctor to talk to.

Even d guy who did d hsg spoke well n answered questions.

Just try n go early, they resume 8am.

Cos Somedays are just scary with no feeling at all, i just leave pee in my system and run to d scan centre.

My first scan was nerve breaking couldn't tell hubby d result.

That's how I ended up with Ives face scrub, face wipe, one mild cleanser, Ives body wash.
Neutrogena has salicylic acid or so
Maybe na to hide buy am, change the container

I didn't even go near any cream as coconut oil has been my companion.

I scrubed n scrubed my face tonight ehn... Lol.

Just wash when I remember.
Guess it's because am always in a haste in d morning.
Lagos traffic and all.
Then I come back tired n manage to bath.
So weekends I just try.

But now my schedule has changed.
I only rush to work 3 days out of 7 when it falls on a weekday.
Sometimes it's just weekends and either Friday or Monday I work d whole week.
Anything I start now would be kinda consistent.

I have acne popping up daily, those types filled with pus...TMI
And I press them which turns into spots.

This started 2weeks ago. Right now my face it awful.
I fear looking at it on d phone of my screen (when d light times out) it's that bad. Not to talk of mirror

Here is what I use, and it works like a charm. I don't use the Neutrogena in the tube everyday though, cos I found out it over-compensates and removes oils too much, thereby making the skin on my face too dry and flaky. I use it like twice a week.

Here's how I use it, I use the St. Ives scrub daily(put it on like 5 mins before getting into the shower), then I use the Neutrogena acne wash to wash it off, and after I get out of the shower and towel off, I use the Clinique moisturizer to moisturize and control the oil. I've included pictures just in case.

Have you tried a neutrogena facial product or clean and clear product? They have black spots removers. I use their facial cleaners and no complains so far. I have a VERY OILY FACE ....so I try not to miss my face cleansing routine every morning once I wake up and after taking my evening bath.

Will sure give it a trail.

But cold! God forbid.
My mum says heat doesn't disturb a baby.
