The spray thing was given to me too when I had my 1st baby, coupled with a lots of ice pack pads with plenty PATA .

The spray is to ease d pain below. And the ice pack works greatly.

Please which one of the spray was given to you?
The one feddy27 or ginababy posted?

This is because the one ginababy posted is not advisable on bruised skin. It's like pepper spray n adviced to be used on joints n tendons pain.
I don't think it can be used in d vjay area.
It's very pepperish and I guess this is what the man has been saying.

Please clarify which of the two so mamas won't be confused.

Pregnancy brain n hormones can make us do funny things, before we go n put pepper spray in our vjay

Top loader is always the best o.
My front loader LG is just useless too many load errors "LE " when washing.
Had to switch to semi -manual LG. 38k June last year.
It can wash, rinse n spin for Africa. Jeans bedsheets, blanket, curtains.... Infact it's a life saver.
The only secret is to spin after washing before rinsing. To save water.

Still trying to figure out Wat to do with the front loader.

Just step out to a shop, say game or an LG shop.
It's cheaper there.

That's how yesterday I couldn't take the pains the penduculated fibriods was giving me for days.
I had been to a hospital near my house and it continued, I den draged dh to luth very early.
Was asked to do scan, by d time i came back, I saw a happy nurse walk in and said. Are the one to be admitted, before I could answer, doctor said she discharged herself. The nurse said ok. Pele. Don't worry u would be fine. Just rest, drink plenty water.
And I was just staring at her and nodding.
Doctor then said she should bring the sick leave pad for me so I can show d office, when she came, she asked d doctor how many days and he said 48hours, see sweet nurse saying, give her 72 na
Please na, let her rest well, give her 72 na, I know u like 48 but she needs rest. O boi, I was stunned.
Nurse walked out and came back and said madam, don't worry you hear, u would be very fine. Just drink water, that's when I found my voice and said are u Nurse kaffy?
Then she said yes and I was smiling and introduced myself.
Hubby was smiling too.
O boi, she almost carried me for joy n told doctor this is my person, we have been coming from a long time.
See me grining from ear to ear.
Doctor sef was surprised.

Hubby was surprised and said he thought our group was just us sharing experience, he didn't know we had professionals with us.
He also was telling me to call her from d house when we were heading to luth n I told him, don't worry I would recognise her. I decided to use the covering to recognise her but alas she wasn't d only one covering.
Hubby already showed me like 2 and even told me names on their vest and I was like I dont know her name.
He even said, u don't know her name and u keep saying my friend works in luth.
Lol
I said this man no go understand.
