The fish to be scared of are those from the deep blue sea.
Moderation is always key

What oyinbo call 1 serving fish is a full sized adult fish.
What naija call 1 serving of fish is one adult fish sliced into 5
Thats why their mercury no dey too scare me like that.

No. I won't advise it. If your period is regular cos I took it to regulate my period and becos of pcos.
But then again. If u took it nd got pregnant twice. Then it's doing something for u. Maybe helping you ovulate well.

For weight, becos I was over weight. I needed more so it would work. Cos I read that it was 800mg for bmi within range. But if bmi is higher u increase.

My bmi was 33 while range is 18-25.

@iomoge2, what dosage of Vitex is ideal? I was on 800mg daily, at least 30 mins before breakfast.

Because of my weight/bmi -96kg
I took 1200mg as early as 5am on empty stomach, then 400 mg at night if I remember. But d morning own was constant n I had my earliest breakfast 5hours later.

I had pregnancy symptoms all through but didn't stop.
Then when I got my bfp on cd48, I switched to 400mg daily, then by 8th week, it was 400mg every other day.
I was also taking folic acid n 50mg vitamin b6 after bfp daily. Stopped at 12th week.

If your weight is normal u can do 800mg in d morning ad soon as u wake up or 2hours before meal n 400at night.
So your body do not digest it n dispose it with food.
Vitex is herbal. No overdose.

Fertility dust.

Hello ladies, I've been a silent follower on this thread. It's a blessing to read all these success stories as well as the medications you are on.
I've been TTCing almost 3 years now with 4 early mcs but I know my babies will come soon.
My Doc. has pushed for IVF but I'm not ready for that yet. I've tried Vitex which helped me get pregnant twice and EPO which helped with the other two.
I will be glad for tips on what to do cos visiting my doc has become a nightmare for me.
I'm currently on Fertilaid, Ovaboost and B complex. It's lovely to meet all of you.

If u took vitex before getting pregnant please continue till 14weeks

Hubby can last one hour.

Chai lucky you. I'm still having some funny MS symptoms. Vomited all through 2 days ago and had severe headache and constipation yesterday. Will be 19 weeks tomorrow and I hope this sickness let's up soon.

My baby refused showing gender till i was 26 weeks! I checked like 3times before he finally cooperated on the 4th time. So imagine the money I spent on scan !!! Infact I had given up and was team ' To be surprised at birth ' and decided to go shopping unisex clothes. It was when I went shopping and was sooo confused on what to pick cos I didn't really see the unisex clothes oo and other mother's to be where rushing clothes cos they knew the gender already, I just left the market that morning and went for a scan ! Low and behold, baby open nyash wide that morning! I got the result and rushed back to market again.

The Tt dose is correct. The second dose is given at least one month after the first. The 3rd dose will be 6months after the second dose.
Yes, the malaria drugs is safe....

So me that took one on 18th week and second would be 22 weeks. Third go be after I born if na 6months later o.

When I see 16weeks, I been dey happy say 4months but on a 2nd thought e be like say 4months just dey start ni.

Now way 20weeks Don near, e mean say 5months just dey start. Abi no be 9months be pregnancy again?

MamaTB, yes it's possible.
Ovulation strip looks for d surge in Lh hormone.
The Lh hormone is responsible for d trigger effect.

Like fine said, use tvs to confirm again say after 2days. If u haven't ovulated, ur follicles size should be 22 n 21mm.
You would then proceed to trigger using hcg injection.
Speak to your doctor about this.

When mine started I used to think my stomach was vibrating as I feel it more when am seated at work
Along d line, my insomnia got crazy again and I had to be sedated...

O boi, for a long while say 2 days, I felt no vibration, no one told me as I ran to do scan. Lol
I saw my Lo kicking, avoiding the scan, and changing position.
At a time, lo did a 360 and faced down... That's when hubby could see lo clearly..

I am so grateful to God almighty for d journey so far and what's to come

I wish everyone continued happy bumping.

This seating room thing had been a cause of concern to me as I would want no one in my bedroom.
Not even inlaws.... angry

I was finally able to see a cot with a smaller cot inside for 50k. The first one I saw was 70k. And looked too fragile. China things.

The 50k own too look fragile but might end up taking it.
So I can just carry the small cot to the parlour and place on d center table... Lol
I hope baby won't look like something of display. Kikikikikikikiki

Or place on chair if hubby agrees. #the man no dey play with him leather seat. embarassed

Udomama, if not buhari now, I for say u for try that 2 in one stroller for twins.

don't buy the tommy tippee. The space in it is limited. It can only take just 6 bottles (their brand). Waste of space and the plug needs special adaptors. I had to discard mine when baby refused to suck from tommy tippee bottles

will other brand accept other kind of bottles.
say avent now, will it accept another brand bottle?

I thought all along that I wasn't circumcised but when I mentioned it to do, he said are u sure lipsrsealed
