The seller needs to provide the VIN and image of odometer displaying current mileage.

One look at the fender and those haphazard streamlines make it very clear that at least the fender was repaired. The painter didn't even bother to properly mask the license plate frame, the silver paint overlapped onto the edges of the frame.

Seller can choose to pretend to ignore these facts all he wants. I strongly urge any interested parties to take note of this history in any discussions with this seller.

This is a problem. A very significant problem. Just as problematic and significant is how this was proposed, sponsored and passed with assent by the president without any public hearing of any sort.

When governments attempt to index and regulate certain professional endeavours in this sort of underhanded manner, There's a problem.

A really huge problem.

Interested parties should note the mileage recorded and note that even that was regarded as an underestimation of the true mileage at the time of sale in 2017.

The mileage the seller posted, 77,000, is evidence that the vehicle odometer has been tampered with.

Any sale should proceed with these facts in mind.
