You only show the correspondences to the VO at the embassy. U dont need to involve them in your email exchange.

Someone can as well help you with accommodation, though I will be heading to Dallas but have a family there to stay with.

Just as adviced, fill the form urself and book for an interview. Interview dates are no longer as far as it use to be. U can be scheduled for an interview in less than an a week.

But u fit pay me the agent money make I run the show for u if you get extra money to throway for this recession.

I will be staying with family friend in Allen. Leaving mid or last week in August.

I had my daughter at Baylor Scott and White, White Rock Lake, Dallas in 2015. My entire medical bill all-inclusive was $7,031 but for a vaginal delivery. Don't know about CS but you can find out.

DW got fit to fly from a Govt hospital and also did port health at the airport, paid 1500 Naira at MM1
On the 2nd of March, DW flew Qatar airline with 14 months super active son and mom to Dallas, had a lay over in Doha accompanied with a hotel.
Got to Dallas about 15:25hrs

DW: Good day sir,
CBP: U welcome to America, how was ur flight?
DW: Fine thank you
CBP: can i have your passport?
CBP: what are u here for?
DW: to have to baby, (CBP was surprised)
CBP: How much do u have
DW: $8k
CBP: Make sure ur pay ur bills and keep your receipts, gave her passport without stamp

While exiting the terminal another CBP intercepted her can i see your passport? DW gave him her passport then told her to follow me (secondary inspection).

CBP: What are you here for?
DW: to have my baby and vacation
CBP: why are you always coming here to give birth? infact i will write to the embassy.
DW: told him it is not a crime to give birth here.
CBP: How much do u have on u?
DW: $8k
CBP: how much is your bill?
DW: about $6k
CBP: That is too little
DW: because i am a self pay patience. Now asked him (CBP), How much did u pay for your childbirth
CBP: about $12k
DW: Because your are using insurance right?
CBP: oh...yea that is true
CBP: stamp her in for 6months.

After getting Tarrant county temporary ID, becos DW sis leaves there. However, she was able to get two Doctor's appointment, check up and also paid for the VD hospital & Doc's fee at (JPS) $4,500.

During one of her routine check up they noticed she has High blood pressure and wanted to admit her, she refused and signed against medical advice. DW told them she knows the reason, that she needs to rest a little. Thereafter, the result was okay.

On the 28th of march the hospital Director saw her records and called her to come for delivering of the 30th which was against what she agreed with the other doctor's to come at 37 weeks. She went on the 30th and was 3cm dilated, she was given oxytocin which now helped her dilated upto 5cm for more than 7hrs. On the 31st of March DW gave birth to twin girls miraculously at 36 weeks plus 2 days, she gave birth thru VD when they were about taken her into the theater for CS. DW and Lo's are doing great, they were discharged on the 2nd of April.

i give thank to the Almighty God who made it possible. No Pre-nursing, No NICU, No CS, No Epidural. Baba God thank you.

They travelled same year, she stayed for 3 weeks cos of her work and hubby stayed for 5 month.
Hubby travelled again alone and overstayed.
Hubby returned and applied for student visa alone but both hubby and wife where invited for interview and also interviewed separately.
The VO asked the wife if she knows why the hubby overstayed and she said that he is an adult that have his own mind.
Hubby refuse to tell the wife what he was asked at the interview.
Her hubby visa was revoked and he was banned for 5years

Now the confusion:
The wife wants to renew her expired visa alone and she is scared if her hubby's issue will affect her renewal.
She does not know all the information on the form cos she was not be person that filled the form like mother's and father's date of birth.

Please house, what do u advise she should do?

She decided to try it out and we both filled the form base on her true information and submitted it. Her Visa came out today. She was issued 2years. Her is was the fastest that I have seen cos mine and hubby took 7 working days before it was issued while hers was just 4 days.

I guess her case was treated without having to let her hubby's undoing affect her.
More importantly God's favour went ahead of her.

Therrein lies the danger of using agents. Ist she knowingly mispresented her parents date of birth and God knows what else. 2nd, I'm almost certain she didn't indicate she used an agent. Both aren't good. That's a burden to overcome.
Next, as You already guessed, yes a family member's misbehaviour can affect the spouse's visa outcome. It will be hard to convince a reasonable man that a man stayed more than 6 months in america without a wife's consent. Legally speaking, she was aware of the crime and didn't divulge. (I don't know whether spousal privelege applies here but its the US embassy so they don't give a crap). Now add this burden to the misreresentation burden... Do the math .m.
What can she do? Nothing more than trying to convince the vo she had no part of her husband's overstaying. Any correspondence between them showing her dispproval of his actions could help. Proof of travel to otherr countries and not overstaying may help.
Prayer and grace will definitely go a long way.

My in-law, congrats. Abeg how did the total bill amount to 7000. i remember we paid 1800 for doc, 2300 for hospital, 800 for epidural, i paid extra 500 for my false alarm stay in hospital, 500 for NICU and about 500 for pediatric visits a and tests. 80 dollars fro brown n associates, making it all about 6480. my visa will expire soon and i dont want to be saying anythg from other pple dat we used the same hospital

I will love to know how to shop for reasonable ticket from Abuja to Fort Worth Dallas. The ones that I am seeing are too expensive, a little below 2mil for myself and my 2year old boy.

I dont know if there is other cheaper hospital that anyone on this thread has used, I used Medical Centre of Plano in 2015 and had emergency CS, I was charged over 11k.

Good day folks, got our family visas renewed via drop box. Myself n hubby. Our first visa was solely for birthing. Had my son May 1, 2015 in Medical Centre of Plano Dallas. Visa expired 23rd Feb 2017. Applied March 1, got an email to pick up 10th March. Will be picking up on Monday. Applied and renewed in Abuja. I bless God and thank this beautiful e-family.

Pls did u submit form IMM 5409 (Statutory Declaration of Common law union)? On their list of forms you must complete, sign and dated I saw that one and dont know what all the information is about. Kindly response.

Secondly let me run down the forms I intend to enclose base on the checklist
IMM 5257 Application form
IMM 5707 Family Information
IMM 5409 - Statutory declaration of common law union (which i dont know what to fill on that)
IMM 5475 Authority to release personal information to designated individual.

Pls confirm that it is same form u submitted also.

my concerns are
I don't have any medical record to present as I did not present any when I got my USA visa to birth my son in the US. Should I just state on the letter that I am going for family Visit and birthing purpose among other things without providing medical report for that. Abeg no vex ooo, I just need to get it right.
