Zika virus is not life threatening disease...the only problem here is infected pregnant women...it cause microcephaly to the children in their wombs...so this is absolute trash
mstik: So what are your plans? Me, I'm going to church and then from there, I'm going to sleep, have a movie day with my friends, study and then sleep for the rest of the day as I no get boo. And of course, celebrate with friends that have boos.
Isn’t it annoying whenever you look up diet tips, there’s like all of this oyinbo food that you don’t even eat anyway? Well don’t worry, I’m going to keep it 100% real with you all, like yeah I’m Nigerian-American, but in my house growing up, it was strictly Nigeria. I cook Nigerian food probably like 90% of the time, and when I’m on the go I will pick up a hamburger or something if I have a lot of programming work to do and I don’t have the time to cook. Okay so I’m going to share with you all some diet tricks and tips that I use to get my stomach flat, because Nigerian food is nice, but sometimes it can be extremely fattening, and it SHOWS!
Why are you putting all of that oil in your stew Stop it. Just calm down. Take a step back and ask yourself if you really need ALL of that oil in there. It may take some time to get used to cooking with less oil, but if you start by cutting down an eighth every time, you’ll slowly get used to it. Also, if you can try cooking your soup/stew with extra virgin olive oil, even better if it is LIGHT extra virgin olive oil.
Indomie Does Not Count As Nigerian Food Like for real ladies, stop playing. Stop being lazy. If you can cook it that fast, you can gain the fat even faster. Have you ever looked at the nutritional values on the back of a package of Indomie? Research has even shown that the consumption of too many instant noodles leads to heart attacks/ heart disease. Not only does Indomie cause belly fat, but TOO many instant noodles could be detrimental to your health. Just cool it on the Indomie. Just don’t even buy it. I only allow myself to eat one pack of Indomie a month. It’s just not worth it to me.
Don’t attack me please.. But leave that iyan alone. You have to! I know a lot of you all love your iyan. I love my iyan too. I promise. But it’s like extremely fattening. You would gag if you knew how many calories were in one cup. Another high calorie food is semolina, which doesn’t really mean much to me, because I don’t care for the taste of semo to be honest. Sorry for all you ladies that do (610 calories a cup! Chai! but that’s still better than iyan!)…And this is why eba will always be BAE. Forever and a day! 110 calories per cup. Does it get any better than that? Don’t judge me, but I eat a lot of eba, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. You don’t have to eat eba, but if you want to eat other foods, just be aware of the calorie intake, and eat in moderation.
If you can, eat brown rice and leave that white rice alone Brown rice actually has about 15 more calories per serving than white rice, but here’s the thing, brown rice is A LOT LESS PROCESSED THAN WHITE RICE. What this means is that brown rice is going to breakdown properly in your system and go through all of the steps of your digestive system, leaving you with less of a glucose level spark. What does that mean? That means you will feel a lot FULLER after you eat brown rice, than when you eat white rice. And that will lead to less snacking. Less snacking? That’s good!
Egusi Is Bae..Forever Egusi has one of the fats that your body actually needs! It is rich in Omega 3’s! This not only helps you lose weight, but it helps your hair grow stronger and faster! So make that egusi soup, but like all things, that doesn’t mean you should overdo it!
you didn't mention amala and ewedu...what can be more bae than that?
Wesely01: Nigerian boxing coaches are the best in world , just watching this video gat me chill because their passion, dedication and love for this sport hold no bonds. Lukman did good with morale coming from the coach behind the ropes but what do you want to say about the police officer Olarewaju Durodola that came back from been given KO! From the first round to be victorious at the second round all to the effort of his coaches that was behind the ring giving all the morale , not just doing Police proud, but Nigeria as a whole and Africa too. Watch the fight and see for yourself , government should please support all sports in Nigeria.

BatmanIsWatching: Maybe this comment won't be important to the majority of the people here. Some of you will ignore it, most of yall won't bother to read and it'll go unnoticed along with other comments, maybe I'll be criticized for this but i just want to let yall know I'm selling bananas.
Compliance: Hi fellow nairalanders, I need urgent and serious advices. I applied for a masters degree at Walden online university in 2013, I always had one of their agents calling me to consider studying with them since I showed my interest. He suggested the course I should put in for. That was masters in public health administration. Sincerely, he was too really on my neck then and I got his calls almost everyday. I guess is a white man. He's always calling to intimate me of the processes, until I got the admission letter, at a point he asked if I could be paying monthly.
I was sent some hard copy textbooks too. I started a few classes online, but when I started it was entirely something, I attended about 3 classes, did an assignment but didn't click with the way things were going. I wasn't used to all online lecture stuffs. Besides, I didn't flow because the course was basically based on the American system of health care delivery. I am and agric graduate, that course was like Latin to me.
I then lodged a complain to an advisor that I couldn't cope and besides its difficult keeping with classses due to several Nigerian factors. He said he'll look into it. Since that time I stopped attending the online classes and stopped totally. I attended the class like 3 times or four before I stopped. My laptop was latter stolen some few weeks after that and all materials were even gone.
After about a year I was called to pay up my school fees, I was like, what school fees? I didnt understand, I never wrote a test or exam let alone of obtaining a certificate. I told them I stopped long ago. They sent a few mails too trying to threaten me to pay up or they'll involve a third party, after about another year, They sent me a mail again, and I replied them the same thing, I even told them I would send the textbooks back to them, to me that was the only thing I can say I'm oweing them or I pay for them so they won't say Nigerians are corrupt. I told them my plight, I stopped working, and had no means of livelihood, a graduate looking for job and trying to make ends meet.
Some weeks ago I was contacted by some agents in Lagos about my indebtedness and that I must pay, I repeated the same response and explained to them that I'll pay for the textbooks and that I only did few classes not up to three weeks. They replied me that I must pay for those classes and the books when I converted the bill to Naira, it was above 400k. I was at first laughing it off, but I got a reminder again tonight.
Please I need urgent advises on what my actions could be. That amount is far too outrageous, even if they sell all I have right now, t won't pay the bill. Anyone that has encountered similar issue should please help with suggestions.
if you dropped the classessential you registered then,I am pretty sure all these won't be happening.to them you are a student who fail to come to class and do exam
