Guy should tender an unreserved apology to the lecturer involved, go on national newspapers or television to humbly beg the school authorities and the concerned department, promise not to ever repeat such and be law abiding, afterwards he should compensate the lecturer with huge sum of money and pay a huge fine also to the school authority. Accept to do community service within the school for 6 months. After all these, he should now be humble enough to accept the extra year in school. When all these conditions are met, I think he should be pardoned to complete his studies
