What I sha know is, doz 3states selected can restrict those who intend to manipulate their posting.
U can't runs it to a state outside the 3 u selected, that one is certain.
A reliable source once told me each state has its quota so once its full, the remaining peeps hoping on it na only God go fit decide their fate.
