I guess you're right about this.

Look at the coaches of club sides that made top 6 this season. Nome of them are English coaches. Even for previous seasons. Except for Ferguson, no other English coach commands my respect (southgate is getting there sha).

They are overhyped by the media. My verdict on Rodgers will wait till the end of next season because when a new coach is just hired, they tend to do well in the first few matches, good or not.
Sir Alex Ferguson is not English..

Believe it or leave it. Some of those Flying Eagles players will still graduate to the Super Eagles. Foreign born or Nigerian born.

Like I said before, there is no Flying Eagles set that has not produced players for the national team.

People have been tagging Aigbogun's Flying Eagles as the worst. I see them as people who are either miopic, mischievous, sentimental or a two young to have followed the Flying Eagles from decade to decade.

Do you know that JJ Okocha and Tijani Babangida's set of 1993 Flying Eagles did not even qualify out of their AYC Group? I don't even want to mention the 87 Flying Eagles that got whipped by Brazil 4:0, Italy 2:0 and played 2:2 with Canada. That team which is the worst Nigerian team to any FIFA tournament had likes of Siasia, Etim Esin, Okosieme, Odiaka, Ugbade, Willie Opara all of who progressed to play for the Super Eagles.
The 1997 Flying Eagles could not even qualify for the AYC as they lost on away goals rule to Sudan. That team had a certain Gbenga Okunowo who later played as a RB in Barcelona FC.
What of the 2001 Flying Eagles that had Batholomew Ogbeche, Christian Obodo and Justice Christopher? They could not qualify from the 2001 AYC Group. They even lost 4:1 to Ghana in their last group game.A year after Ogbeche and Christopher were in the WC. I can go on and on.
Every Flying Eagles set has always produced SE players. So please don't be so quick to write the 2019 Flying Eagles off.
I've reiterated that that team is not a total waste.

Bros calm down. Norway are now average at best now and are very beatable by Nigeria.

Norway are not what they used to be again, they now rely on past glory as a former world champion. The teams to beat in this competition are France, USA and England. Any team

this three is beatable if we keep our heads down and not panick. I'm still rooting for the falcons to make second round though, even if they qualify as best looser
I'm no longer current then. Let's see how it will play out.

in 2015 when Nigeria played Sweden everybody wrote them off after going 2-0 down they came back in second to drew 3-3 against one of the heavyweight in female football and narrowly lost USA in their last game ..Norway is favorite but anything can happen
I've not been following the women folk closely but if Norway are as strong as I know them to be, it may be an obliteration. I know Norway as one of the strongest female teams around, at a time they must have been the best. However, maybe the Falcons have been improved. Maybe.

That is not a bad idea. But the boy had the opportunity to join up with one of the Nigeria teams at one time but he instead threw out the opportunity for a chance with the England U21. I think his mind is not made up on Nigeria.

CAF champions league final : Esperance of Tunisia have been ordered by CAF to return their medals for a repeat second leg match against Wyda Casablanca of Morocco...

sperance have been ordered to return the African Champions League trophy and to replay the second leg of the final.

The Tunisian side led 1-0 in Saturday's second leg but Moroccan opponents Wydad Casablanca left the pitch after an equaliser they scored was disallowed.

Wydad wanted the video assistant referee to check if the goal should stand but the system was not working.

The Confederation of African Football (Caf) said the second leg will be replayed at a neutral venue.

The 1-1 draw from the first leg in Morocco stands.

The replay will be after the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt, which ends on 19 July.

Caf said Esperance players must return their winners' medals as well as the trophy.

Play in the second leg was halted after Wydad thought they had equalised on 59 minutes through Walid El Karti's header. It was disallowed for an infringement.

The VAR system was visible on the side of the pitch but the players had not been told it was not in use because of a malfunction.

The referee eventually awarded the victory to three-time champions Esperance after a 95-minute delay.

Wydad's president said the club was "the victim of a scandal" and Caf subsequently called an Executive Committee meeting where the decision to replay the game was made.

Who are those who don't believe in Aina? If Rohr doesn't believe in him he wouldn't have replaced Shehu after he got injured neither will he start the second leg against Libya.

How many times/minutes did he play for Chelsea?

Aina still started a game out of two when he first got injured. He didn't get to play three matches due to suspension. You lied.

Before anybody knew Ebuehi here, I already knew him and I was the one that introduced him and Ezihiue here.

So, spare me the learner stuffs because you are the learner here.
Oga you're clutching at straws. You're even asking me how many times he played for Chelsea. Nonsense.

Nothing you said strongly negates anything I said. You can go back to your tribal based lobbying, I'm done with you.

The reason people gave here to justify Aina drop from the world cup was that he conceded a penalty and he plays in a lower league but Tyrone did the same but was exonerated.

Now, he moved to Seria A and still played consistently in a more technical and tactical league yet he is not focused, he is not good enough defensively blah blah blah blah.

Who will take a Nigerian opinion seriously?

Now, we are hearing
Nigeria is so fucking divided. Truth is despised. How I wish the country and it's citizens can shun tribalism and all that. But it's not the case so we have to adjust.

Aina is not a player many believe in here. He's a Chelsea player, I've seen him play in Chelsea colours, generally he was just there. I remember he clocked the fastest speed in the Serie A and was touted the best crosser. At the start of his time at Torino he even shaved his hair and was looking decent.. Do you, a Yoruba Warrior like the stupid boy Oasis even remember all that?

How do I remember? I celebrated the boy here. It was a
good sign the boy was developing. I don't watch Serie A games so I don't comment on his case. However, I try to see if he starts or makes the bench on matchday. After he got injured he wasn't starting so often anymore. Am I lying?

Aina will prove he deserves a start (if his performance is up there). But for a learner to bring down Ebuehi to prove Aina is the man. Oh well ...
