If Nigerian Judges are like Judges everywhere else, Kanu just shot himself in the foot and bought himself a tougher and more experienced Judge that will not stand for his shenanigans or recuse himself from the case. He just got himself the Chief Judge.

Our Government should do what is obtainable internationally and not this biometrics I cannot trust any Government to have 100% information about my activities and my whereabouts. This will lead to tyranny and repression.

Well, for now, Nigeria being the way it is, I quite understand why its imperative that Biometrics be taken from this generation. What I will ask Nigerians to do is raise alarm if this program is allowed to become "permanent". Meaning, the next generation should not be subjected to this because the records of their parents (and their offsprings) have already been taken and registered in a vital statistics database.

It bothers me that Nigeria takes the biometrics of its citizens to issue them identification numbers, we don't do that out here--- and neither does any country that I know of in the developed world; United States,U.K, Canada and Australia inclusive--- because we know the danger inherent. Only immigrants are required to be registered in that manner. Nigeria needs to shore up its Vitals Statics on how it collates and registers Births, Marriages and Deaths so that the next generation of Nigerians will not be subjected to this program.

Everything I analyzed is how it happens in the developed world which you are trying to emulate. If you do not want to be treated like I enumerated above, then do everything in your power to avoid coming in contact with law enforcement. Do not break the law or you will be treated like a criminal.

Why does Nigeria invite people that committed serious crimes against the nation to their office? To discuss what exactly?! You're supposed to be kicking down their doors in a early morning raid, and every time you take them to court they are supposed to be handcuffed with their hands behind their backs and dressed in state provided prison uniforms. That way, you're telling the world that they are criminals and that you CAN and you WILL establish their guilt. If they prove their innocence, then they can go back to their normal lives.
