The account says it is one of the perks of retiring as DG of SSS- you are allowed to select one location anywhere in Nigeria to live that will be funded for by the SSS. Most heads of such parastatals enjoy such benefits. It is not unusual.

I understand the need for the publicity stunt but what he's doing is just plain dirty. The mattress is already used way past it's intended date,and as it stands looks like a health hazard. Besides, the background of the room also looks very filthy and I wonder how humans live is such an environment.
