pls go for the Nissan almera. I have been using mine for more than 3 years now and I ve nt touched the engine for once. parts are cheap, no electrical problems, no shaft problem. the only thing that might give problem is the A/c but if you ve a very good A/C person, then its nothing. fuel efficiency is very ok.

aisha2: When I go for service I notice that most of the Volvos at the service centers some packed for long are s80s.
I also heard from the Mechanic that their parts are pretty expensive.
I prefer S40, S60 to S80, it seems to be the most problematic of the new versions.
It is the flashiest but also the gives the most headaches in my opinion

Mr. Gbenga, I took my time to read all your posts and I started having change of mind about cotonou's cars. my belief has always been that cotonou's cars are not always clean and they are always rough. you wouldn't blame for that kind of mindset cos I knew a dealer in the past that had never bought good cars for people. its either the cars is rough (interior) or bad engines after collecting huge amount of money from people. Sir, how much can you get me a 2000 or 2002 Volvo S80 cos I can't come to cotonou cos of my job and distance. I am very sure that I can trust you. I am seriously in love with the car. I just stumbled on this thread this afternoon. I went ahead to read all post in the 1st season. I got a lot of insight into the importation biz. Its a biz I ve been considering going into for more than a year now. I now have little capital to work with. I am about importing powerbank. I have concluded discussion with the manufacturer of the product and they exexpecting to effect payment. I am still holding on payment because I have to carry out my study very well in Abuja to know how much I can sell to shop owners. I need anyone that has any knowledge about this to share with me.

i want to help you out:

the questions are as follows:

i- tell us about urself, in btw this question, u might be cut short in d course of u answering the questions. the next qst depends on the kind of response u re giving to them. u tell them ur family back ground, ur position in the family,ur cv should also be in ur answer, pls master ur cv cos the interview panel will copies of cv so u ve to be very careful. at this stage most qst will be ffrom ur cv if are missing anypoint.

ii- u might be asked whether u won any academic award in school.

iii- u might be asked that why do u want to work wit them and what can u offer them. u ve to be very very very careful if they ask u dis.

iii- what do u know about banking and which dept will u like to work with, what do u know about that dept.

after ds qst, u might be asked to stand up and go or there could be ny further qstns. which i dont know.



what matter most is your confidence to answer the qstns, they will argue with u on some of answers pls stand on ur point eventhough u are wrong.

every thing is not up to 10mins.

i had an interview with them in abuja on sept 4th in abuja, i ve nt heard anything since then, while some people ve even met with the md.

u can see that all what i ve said is from experience.

sorry 4 not including the venue yesterday cos i had only few minutes to login yesterday. the venue is their wuse2 branch opp glo office. i learnt the test will be in sessions. mine is 1pm while some are 2 write theirs around 4pm. some wrote the test on monday. pls u guys should just help me out with their format

i ve been invited for the t***. i got the message through my mail box on wed july 31st. i applied online 2ce and submitted the hard copy of my cv to their HQtrs in lagos by post. if u're in Abuja, I will advice u to come and gate crash cos the same thing happened at Z.
