Contact CPA of the province you are migrating to. They will ask you to register and upload transcripts from ICAN and your other degrees. They will let you know the next step to take. It's as simple as that.

We are still working on getting a reliable person. From what I gathered, there was a recent transfer of the all personnel in that dept. This info.have not been verified. Boss, i was really pressed to call WES again today and request that they check my file thoroughly because my school claimed they sent both transcripts when i contacted them. I got a mail this evening from WES that they have the transcripts now and that they have sent photocopies to my institution for verification.

i requested for remark in reading and writing i got a reponse from them yesterday there was an upgarde in my writing but they were silent about the reading. they didnt even state that i also requested for an upgrade in reading but it wasnt upgraded. my people were they suppose to also state the second module even though it wasnt upgraded?

Hello sir, just spoke to a contact some mins ago. Yes, they are out of office like u mentioned earlier but it won't take a month to process. The standard processing period is 2wks but in this case maybe 3wks.

Furthermore, WES verify through email and physical mail while they also reply through both ways. They are very familiar with WES.

Finally, they send the transcripts through NIPOST but if you wish to use courier service, they will call to inform you when the transcript is ready for pick up and send you the courier service number for payment.

Considering the impending NASU strike, i think its better i go with ICES. Though i would have preferred WES due to certainty of processing time but fear of strike is the beginning of wisdom. IQAS also replied my mail requesting for my application for refund.

Many thanks to all that responded to my enquiry above.
On behalf of all intending to do ECA but confused on which body to use cos of this IQAS wahala of delayed response and processing which is approx 15wks for now, I called ICES dis evening to ask questions we all might be interested in:
1- debit cards are not acceptable.only credit cards.
2-payment instructions will be given after one week (5working days) of receiving application which can be send by email.
3-most importantly, ur school can send transcripts without reference nos while waiting for payment instructions. This is for those whose transcripts might be ready b4 payment is completed.
4-lastly, processing period for now is 5wks for standard service.

I hope this info is useful.

I believe they decide not to pick calls as wifey called their line for 50mins but nobody responded.
